Light on beans and rice , the way it should be. We got the regular burrito with beef which was steak and the wet burrito with chicken. My favorite was the regular, sometimes less is more,my husband liked the wet better ,loaded with chicken and advacado. I planed on not joining him ,as I'm low carb ,but I couldn't resist, and couldn't stop. The folks that serve from the truck are wonderful. The owner Matt is an absolute king of cuisine and also of customer care and service. Congratulations to him and his wife on his baby who was born last night. This little one has now extended his children to four little boys. Matt showed up for just a few minutes to open the food truck today. I caught him just in time to remind him of how good his food is, and to wish him continued success with the food truck and his growing family.
