The Brown Cheese Vanilla Croffle was definitely the highlight--crispy on the outside, soft inside, topped with creamy vanilla ice cream and rich brown cheese that added the perfect sweet and savory flavor. The Pistachio Matcha was smooth and well-balanced, and the Corn Einspanner was surprisingly delicious with its creamy corn foam. It has freshly brewed tea with pineapple bits, pineapple jam, and thinly slices of lime lemon apple. I really enjoy sipping on it on a hot day and scooping out the fruit with the fork after the tea has been consumed. Ive tried many tea shops but this is the one place where the tea is properly brewed using their tea espresso. The tea espresso really brings out the taste in the tea. Perfect level of sweetness that doesn't overpower the tea and the mix of whipped cream and a bite here or there of the candied nuts adds the a nice sugary pang to it. Mango Coconut Twilight (50% sweet) - this is a very pretty drink as it's orange and white from mango and coconut. The top is bluish from spirulina. I think the flavor was ok, but the mochi was more of a snotty consistency instead of little chewy bits. We didn't really care for this one. Still love Ume Tea. This location has an empty frame that you can stand behind for a photo op.
