Had to put this on Yelp to get the word out! I got the vegan fried chicken (Southern fried oyster mushrooms on the menu). Yum! The texture was so realistic that my non-vegan mom was sure it was actually chicken. And as a plant based eater of 8+ years I was sort of worried like I did when Impossible burger came out! Very real. Almost too real, haha! I took some home and ate it with some vegan mashed potatoes and gravy. It was HEAVEN.
