Chow mein with no mushrooms, buffalo cauliflower

I love getting Jeff's Vegan! The food is flavorful and well-priced for how much you get. Every time we've dined in, the restaurant is very clean and comfortable to be in. The staff is friendly and they are willing to accommodate modifications if asked. I also love that they have buffalo cauliflower on the menu, I get it every time!

This place was very nice. It's a casual place that's clean and simple. I ordered the spicy salt and pepper tofu. I loved the texture of the tofu. It had a crunchy outside and soft inside. The seasoning was delicious. I wish it was a bit spicier though but it was still very tasty! I also ordered the red bean sesame ball. The texture was good but I wish it had more red bean. I got more dough than filling. The service was fast and friendly.

Loved this place! 1. Passion chicken (orange): (5/5) it was just fabulous! A bit on the sweeter side. 2. Orange flower (5/5): spicy and a good thing to order with the passion chicken. 1. Spicy kung pao: (2/5) it was spicy and looked weird (plate with tiny morsels of food) 2. Some soft tofu: (2/5): no idea what the name is but I didn't like it Thai tea sucks don't get it (it's toooooo sweet)

I'm very disappointed to be making this review, I've been meaning to visit this restaurant for a while now and was excited but I feel that they are scamming a little bit, u know vegan places typically are expensive with low portion but this was insane. Also the prices online did not match in person, then menu items are way more in person. I would give the Passion balls an 7/10, they were good but they cost $15 for like 10 balls or less with literally 3 small pieces of broccoli floating in a bunch of sauce and a hunk of white rice!! Also the pot stickers, they were good but they were like $9 for 6 and they are so tiny!! They are scamming, this is unethical. You wanna know what I ended up doing?! I ordered the rest of my food at another place, I got a full take away container of fried rice and 6 spring rolls all for like 15 bucks, this place is definitely scamming, don't come here unless you have money to waste, you will be unsatisfied!

My mom and I love this place. We try to come and visit whenever we are in the area. We ordered the Tofu vegetables and vegan carrot cake and vegan egg rolls (not pictured). I noticed some of the prices increased since my last visit. There are not too many vegan options in this area so this always is a good option.

I would give this place a 3.5 star. It was "good enough, but could be better". I had such high hopes, but felt let down. The best thing we had, which were fantastic by the way, were the Texas Fries. They had a curry, nutmeg type seasoning on this. The spring rolls were ok. They were better once we asked for chili sauce and soy sauce. Would not eat them without the chili sauce. The miso was bland, until we added soy sauce to it. It really tasted like veggie broth. The Fried Rice Noodle tasted like chicken ramen noodles from the packet. Honestly, if they would have added the seasoning that's on the Texas Fries or peanut sauce, it would have been way better. The picture for the Spicy Salt and Pepper Tofu (V4) showed a bunch of veggies, but the plate was almost all just tofu. My husband enjoyed this, I had a hard time with the texture on the inside (kind of mushy). The cheesecake was ok, although I wouldn't get it again. It would have been better if it came with some kind of sauce maybe. I would go back for the Texas Fries. Not sure if I'd be willing to try anything else or not though.

$8 Texas Fries. It's insane how small this is for $8. I wish someone told me this was the size of it before I ordered it.

Glad there is an vegan option in Frisco. A bit expensive for what it is. My main issue was the Texas Fries which was $8 and it was a handful of fries.... That is frustrating.

When scrolling thru yelp reviewers' pics of the menu, please pay attention to the dates of the photos. I had perused the menu before coming in, and it looked great! However, once seated with a menu, I noticed the prices had gone up considerably. I was going to order the "Fried Rice Noodles" (which are now $13.95, btw), but then I discovered that it doesn't even include ANY protein source. I originally thought it was extra $ for EXTRA tofu, but no. It's extra $ for ANY tofu. I'm sorry, but $15 bucks for a simple noodle dish at lunchtime?? I just can't do it. So, I ultimately ordered only the dumplings. They were delicious, and I would have loved to try more menu items, but I just couldn't justify the prices. I'm posting pics of the menu on 4/26/2024. The ambiance is very nice, and service was friendly. Again, tho....the pricing

Veggies? Where's the beef?? Haven't found a lot of vegan restaurants here in Dallas, but this place had some interesting variety for a decent price. The only issue was the flavors were a bit on the lighter side. + Veggie burger was my favorite = Hand pulled noodle soup had a curry flavor to it. Wasn't bad but also wasn't memorable. = People raved about the tofu bites but I want that impressed. Just tasted like fried tofu, and very little flavor. For a vegan place is Dallas it's pretty good, but compared to others I've had it's just ok.

Probably one of the best places we have been for vegan food in our area. You must try it. Even if you are not vegan this restaurant, located in a strip center Northwest of Stonebriar Center off Preston, is good for you too! We tried multiple appetizers (spring rolls, tofu bites, pot stickers), we had a health burger that came with fries and we tried the Texas Fries too. I found the flavors to be very good with just the right seasoning. The tofu bites were the best appetizer although each of them was very good. The Health Burger, even if healthy, didn't taste like it! Melted vegan cheese over mushrooms with vegan mayo. It melted in your mouth. The menu offers a lot of variety. If you don't want stir fry over rice you can get a burger or burrito. The desserts look tasty but we didn't try them. We carried out so I can't say much about the service in the restaurant. The take out process was smooth, efficient, and quick. No complaints. The five star is really because of the food. I've not had vegan food this good in a long time. This is now our go to place for carry out.

Very bright and relaxing atmosphere. Great customer service, warm and welcome feeling. Reasonably priced dishes, variety of food to choose from, it's not just burgers. I'm happy I stopped by. Will be back.

This visit did not disappoint me. The tacos were delicious and flavorful. I also tried some recommended favorites of friends. The Lobster and Shrimp Taco was amazing. It was well seasoned and the scampi sauce was finger licking good! It was delightful and delectable bite. The Philly Cheesesteak was loaded with peppers, onions and lots of meat. It was a great tasting and fun taco. The Spicy Mango Margarita on happy hour was perfect. It had a nice kick and the tajin rim was the perfect touch. The ambiance is so cool for tacos. It's just the cutest place. A happy and colorful restaurant. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. Service was good the waiter was pleasant. I took my mom with me and she enjoyed herself. The menu has so many tasty offerings and the food was delicious. However, the prices are, in my opinion, steep for street size food. My Mahi Mahi taco was delicious, but it was small. I was still hungry and could have easily ordered a second or even third taco BUT at $11 for one taco that was too steep for lunch. Instead, Dani and I PAID to split chips + salsa - not free, but a paid appetizer. Our server was so quiet we had trouble hearing him and he mostly left us to ourselves, occasionally dropping by to fill waters. Dream Tacos has excellent food, but the portion sizes and cost are far too steep for this area and for being a taco joint. Sadly, I don't think they will last at these ptoces in this location.

I can give grace for that since I too want to not test the Texas grid. It's really clean and well set up when you first walk in. It was so hot inside, my legs stuck to the seat of the vinyl booth. My soup was fresh and the broth was delicious! It was a spice level of 5. I like my food spicy. This was off the charts! My friends had a hard time eating their food. It was supposed to be level 2 spice, instead it was level 5 like mine. It was not enjoyable for them. Theirs went in a to go box. Then to the trash when they got home. I ate all my soup, no togo box for me. I paid the price for 3 days after eating here. OMG! Your tummy will be dying. Be safe. Don't eat level 5 at a new restaurant. You would think I'd learned that by now. We all have stupid moments. Mine was epic! It's supposed to be vegan and gluten free which is a big plus for those that require that as their diet. Less sugar items is a plus too! Way to go green. For me, because I messed up, I'll start at a lower spice level if I return. There were 4 people in our party. I would highly recommend against people ordering this if they're expecting the authentic Asian flavor profile. The beef noodle soup ordered medium spicy was not spicy at all and so next time if I ever go back, I'll have to get their extra spicy. And their tofu noodle soup did not have nearly as much tofu as the picture seemed to make us believe. The one thing I did really like was the wontons in the wonton soup so if I come back, I'll probably just be ordering that. Overall, I think I was expecting a classic Taiwanese flavor profile and was left wanting more.
