He made me an offer to buy back the vehicle and allow me to cut my losses completely, or he could help set up a really good deal on another vehicle if I gave it another shot. The repair was completed quickly and they were very honest about the outcome and if further repairs would be needed. I did experience one issue. After picking up the vehicle, I discovered the driver's side wiper blade had been badly bent while in their care. I called my service advisor and told him about the issue, and he immediately denied responsibility. I've attached a screenshot of the wiper blades from their walk around video at drop off, and a photo of the damaged wiper blade after I picked the vehicle up. Anyway, I stopped at Auto Zone and replaced my front blades for $30 on my way home, so it wasn't a big deal. It just should not have been returned to me damaged.

Low price can mean low quality. This is not the case, these guys know their stuff and are super-fast. What was going to take two weeks at the dealership took them a day. I dropped it off one day and picked it up the next. I did run into an issue with the thermostat they had changed and when I brought it to their attention they took care of it right away.
