I have been going here for years. They are very nice. I get good service. My nails look great. My pedicures are good. As with anywhere, some are better than others, but overall I am always happy. I try to make appointments, and rarely have to wait. They accept walk ins, and I have had to wait when I do that. But they always let me know how long the wait will be. read more

Go at your own risk!! I visited this place a couple of months ago. I made an appointment and waited 45 minutes after my appt time to be seen. While I was waiting on my nails I had a 10 min pedicure, literally 10 mins WITH gel. Worst pedicure ever. Then they had me return to the front to wait. By the time she started my nails I had 25 before I had to leave to be somewhere else, which is why I made an appointment' She was very rudely curious why I requested her and once I told her who referred me, she was a little more friendlier. I was made to feel like it was my fault she had to rush to do my nails. The whole place lacked customer service. I am so sad to have to write this but the last few times of this place have really been disappointing ending with truly terrible today. The woman at the front desk is truly just awful. She lets the phone ring incessantly, is rude and can't even say hello when you walk in and say hello to her. I have told the owner about her before and she even said that she has heard that from other before...strange that she would keep a person like her as the first point of contact when she has heard and knows about issues. All the techs that we have known for years are gone suddenly too and didn't even recognize any of the techs there now. Wondering if something happened to make them all leave? Lastly, they have us write our nail color on the papers in the very beginning yet I was asked, NO JOKE, 4 times what color I wanted. Pro: my dip manicure turned out nice Cons: The front desk ladies completely ignored me when I came into the salon. After I finally got checked in, I picked a color. The nail tech said they didn't have it. So I picked another color that was similar. Right before she started the dip color part of the manicure she said this color is too bright. I will pick the color. What?! Also there was another customer directly behind me who was loud and belligerent to the employee who was helping her. I really don't like to leave bad reviews, but I feel obligated to warn people of getting their gel filed off instead of soaked. I know better and allowed it to happen. My nails are sore, paper thin, filed to the skin. The grow-out just keeps breaking. Was staying at the Marriott for a work trip and popped in. My experience was relaxing and pleasant on site but I wasn't paying attention. My nails were sore (still are) after getting a fresh gel manicure. 2wks later, at home, I went to my regular salon to get my gel soaked off and my technician was horrified at what she saw. I hate leaving bad reviews so I normally don't but I feel y'all should know why I'm leaving this one. As a licensed cosmetologist I know the importance of an apex with acrylics. I got my nails done here about a week and a half go. They filed the acrylic too much to where the apex is gone and the acrylic is too thin, if you don't know the apex absorbs shock if you hit or bump your nails. I barely bumped my nail and it snapped in the middle of my natural nails because of how much they filed, plus the nails were left bumpy and bulky on the sides. read more

I've been going to CNB for over a year now for manicures and pedicures every 2 weeks and figured it was time to give a thorough review. Appearance and upkeep: the salon is immaculate. It is always clean from the chairs to the bathrooms to the counters. Every time you walk in the salon it is above the standard! Employees: every person I have held a conversation with has been so kind, caring, and seem to truly love what they do. They are great people! Nails: every 2 weeks I get a full pedicure with polish and a dip nail manicure. I'm an extremely rough person on my nails. If I'm not at work I'm in the garden, gym, etc. pretty much all things that have potential to ruin my nails. My toe polish always lasts the 2 weeks and my dip nails have only ever broken if it was my fault. The shape, length, and thickness of the dip is always perfect and they always last the 2 weeks. My first time going to this nail salon, overall it was very beautiful inside, and they had a lot of color options for gel and even more for nexgen. I got the deluxe mani and pedicure, spent a good amount of money there later in the day on Wednesday.. hours later the gel was already lifting on my right hand. I went back Thursday and the same girl fixed my one broken nail, as well as a few others that appeared they would be lifting soon. Later that same day three nails started to lift again. They had very nice customer service when I was there originally, and when I went back to fix the first nail. I gave them 3 stars because of the beautiful salon and customer service. Pre-COVID, I got my nails dipped every 2-3 weeks for many years at another salon in Alliance. I live very close to this salon, have since had a baby, and have finally been feeling like I want to pamper myself again. I made the decision to resume getting dip nails. I talked to who I thought was the owner (we'll call her "owner 1"). She told me she was the owner, was extremely helpful and personable, and recommended a few people to me. I told her that I was looking to be a frequent client. I finally pulled the trigger and got them done last Wednesday (1/5). I always just did "dip only" - no manicure at my last salon. That's what I opted for and never thought anything of it. After my nails were finished, I thought "wow my cuticles were pretty untouched. I hope this lasts." Over the next couple days, they started looking worse and worse. I initially thought I would just wait for 2 weeks and talk to whoever did my nails next.. but they look really bad now. Some have what looks like a 1/4" grow out because the cuticle has been pushed back with me just using my hands/life and some look normal. I decided not to wait and ask them if they work with me. I called up there and told them I wanted to talk to them about it. I would come up there if they wanted. I got there and the woman the the front glanced at them for 2 seconds and told me that they can't help with the peeling skin. I told her I didn't care about the skin. If the manicurist would have suggested to get a manicure to take care of my cuticles before the dip, I would have completely understood and gone that route. I wasn't given an option, and they look bad 5 days post. She proceeded to print out the receipt and tell me I only paid for dip. I told her that I understood that. They were super busy the night I got them done, and I'm sure the manicurist was tired. I just wanted someone to look at the situation and care enough to come to a resolution with me. We went in circles. She told me some nails grow faster. I told her yes, I've had dip nails a lot. I know that. and I just said ok nevermind and walked out. I called right back wanting to know when owner 1 would be in, and the lady said she's the owner and proceeding to rudely tell me that I didn't pay for cuticle cutting. The last thing I want to do is spend another hour at the salon to have them fixed. I don't want a free service. I just wanted nice nails for a couple weeks. It took me a long time to talk myself into this service again, and I'm incredibly frustrated. I don't know who the real owner is, but either way, I won't be back. read more

Especially during a global pandemic. We were seated at unsightly/unsanitary pedicure stations, with residue from a prior clients stuck to the cabinets and chairs. My husband and I were seated in these chairs-- when I asked the "receptionist/drink maker" if the chairs were cleaned; she shrugged us off and said we don't have to put our feet on that part of the chair anyway. She did not clean it and ignored us and moved on to helping other guest. Of course-- the first thing that the pedicurist asked me to do; was to place my feet on the unsanitary area (the same area the "receptionist/drink maker" said we didn't need to place our feet). Also, the "receptionist/drink maker" never came back around nor did she check on us or asked us if we needed anything. Almost as if I offended her by asking if our seats were clean. I will never come back here-- solely due to the customer service of the the "receptionist/drink maker". The front desk host and both of the pedicurist were pleasant. But the "receptionist/drink maker" needs a crash-course in CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wife and sister went into this salon and got there nails done and literally not even a week after, my wife's nails started bubbling and looking horrible. The lady looks at her and literally says nothing and proceeds to do her nails... Once she's done, she has the guy next to her tell my lady that she can't do the design... this guy relays the message... Like UM REALLY!!! Then... the manager comes over and says she'll do it. My lady is then moved to the front of the Solon. The manager brings out some stickers and proceeds to tell my lady she's going to put them on her nails. My lady says "No, I want this design" (show's her the photo) and the manager says that she's too busy to do that design because it takes so much time and she's working the front desk. LIKE WTF? What parallel universe is this? My lady then told the manager that she and her employee should've told her upfront if they were unable to do the design! She would've chosen different colors to put on her nails because now she now has 2 white fingernails with nothing on them. The manager then proceeds to tell my lady that she doesn't speak good English! AAAAARRRRGGG!!! WTF!!! That's not our problem and in fact it's bad customer service to use that as an excuse!! Seriously someone should've told us because she could have used a translator to explain all that from the F'ing beginning!!! They charged her $160 for her and her daughters nails. I honestly think the inside is gorgeous, but the people who work there are extremely rude. My 2 year old daughter was with me one day, and she had like 3 nail polishes she just was looking at, not bothering anyone, yes she dropped one but nothing happened. Well, the lady behind us, gets up, and takes the polishes pretty much out of my daughters hands. I didn't say anything, (which usually I would) because I didn't want to make a hug yelling match with this lady in a business. I've had multiple ladies give me an attitude. But the last straw for me was, i went in to book an appointment, and the owner promised me 20% off because last time they did a crappy job, well I didn't have it on me, well she remembered me & still argued with me. Never had so many ingrown nails and hangnails as I've had since using this salon.! They don't cut/file nails evenly. When I am getting regular mani/pedis I should not have hangnails and ingrown nails within two weeks of service. The staff is rude. Person who I assume to be owner (rose) told me to ask for a specific discount on my next visit. Go in, have mani/pedi, go to pay and tell her I was told to ask for this discount and she says she never told me that, it must have been one of the other ladies. No, Rose, I am certain it was you - provided specific details from that conversation. She did grudgingly honor the discount but I won't be going back. I had tried this place right when it opened, and absolutely loved it! I couldn't remember why I stopped going...until I went back. My friend and I decided to go one night last week, because it was so close to where we live! The atmosphere is great and the people working there are very friendly and let you know the things that cost extra. I had a wonderful technician that did a great job. I paid $60 and left, pretty pleased with the entire experience. However, I started to notice just how weak my nails are. They started chipping and cracking one by one...to the point where pieces are now falling off. The only one that has lasted me is the one that has the tip, which is fine, but I've never had my nails break so quickly even without tips! I have been coming here since they opened. The owner is amazing, warm and friendly. However her second in command was absolutely terrible to me as I walked in. I asked for a nail tech by name and she wasn't available. Then I asked who she'd recommend. She asked what I wanted and as I began to tell her a mani/pedi.... Before I could get pedi out she asked dip I said yes....she stated the tech I asked for doesn't do mani only pedi. She said this so loud and repeated herself over and over then walked around to me... I stated in a very low voice please don't yell at me as I had my head down...she replied " I just talk loud"....as she walked away....as I looked up I was so embarrassed as 8 clients and techs sitting nearby are now all glaring at me... I crumpled my paper up I was filling out and left. Never have I been so embarrassed and humiliated ever. Clearly she can't handle working under pressure and certainly has no customer service skills. No one deserves to walk into a business and be yelled at and made to feel stupid. Getting your nails done should be a pleasant experience. I received a full set and a pedicure at this location. I didn't get the ladies name who did my pedicure but when I tell you, it was one of the best pedicures that I have ever received. She also massage my legs and feet, I drive for a living, so I needed that extra care in those areas. I also got a full set with the dip powder and I was completely satisfied. The people here are very nice and although I am not from the Dallas area, I would definitely return. The salon is clean. The ambience is very nice. I was completely satisfied. read more
