I went there to get my eyebrows waxed, they got me in which was nice. I asked if they had any availability that day and she said she would fit me in right away which was great until it wasn't. I got a full set acrylic with french tip. all my nails were uneven and the french tip wasn't with any polish it was with the acrylic powder which i've NEVER gotten it done that way. I kind of just let it roll until i looked at my nails and realized all of them were uneven and all the french tips were wonky. i pay for them i say thank you and walk away. A few days goes by and all my nails lift, then they start popping off. after a few days!! are you kidding i paid for a full set of acrylics and she charged me for having short nails... i thought you charged for the longer length not short. So unbelievably disappointed. I called as soon as my nails started coming off and she said she could redo them but at that point my nail beds were so damaged and brittle i didn't want to risk getting them drilled on again so i asked if i could just get a refund and she straight up said no you didn't come here. I was shocked because she did my nails?!? So i described everything that happened and then she said okay well i can't do that. I just got my nails done and they all came off. at the end of the day don't come here unless you want to blow your money on nails that won't even last 4 days. read more

Just went for mani pedi my husbans and myself. The girl i had really was rough and hurt my cuticles when sanding. They were really expensive for what i received. 55.00 really high price. They bring out a small tray with fake flowers forget the fufoo and make a decent price. I will never go there again. My husband and I go at least once a month for pedicures, and I will go every so often to get a manicure as well. Free water, soda, or wine. Making an appointment is a breeze. Loads of polish colors to choose from. Good prices on services. Went last night, and they really spent their time with the foot scrub, hot stone massage, and aromatic lotion. I stopped by this salon to get a quick gel mani and pedi for a wedding I'm in town for. The gentleman who works there did my gel pedi and he was nice, but it was a poor job. There's a large air bubble in the gel on my big toe - almost like he didn't cure it properly. Another lady did my gel mani - I don't remember her name but she wore glasses. From the start she was rude. She got very snippy and annoyed because I asked to see a couple of different colors (I'm a bridesmaid so was instructed to get a pale pinky nude, and they didn't have great options for pink nudes). She then seemed to take her annoyance out in other ways -- being was rough with my manicure, aggressive, filing my nails very crooked and uneven. I politely asked three separate times to have them fixed. She kept cutting into me very roughly with the cuticle clippers despite me telling her I had a small cut on one finger. Finally when it came to the polish, for some reason she put on four coats of the polish, additional to the bottom and top coat, and then put a fifth coat on both thumbs. She also was roughly shoving my hands into the light curing machine, which caused the polish to smudge a couple different times. End result: Bumpy, uneven, sloppy manicure. Gel polish on skin. Divots in the polish job. Uncomfortable customer service experience. Do not recommend this place. read more

I loved my experience here! They responded quickly to my email request for an appointment, which made that part so hassle free. Cindy was friendly and professional and the facility was clean. I got a manicure and pedicure (just regular) for $37.00, which I thought was great! They do a massage of your legs and arms which was much needed after the week I had at work! If I had to give any feedback it would be that their prices were more easily accessible and that it was a little cluttered up front. Great location! Tried out this nail place for the first time about a month ago. Middle of the road place... not the fanciest salon, but reasonably clean and updated. Had sterilization equipment in use, always a plus to see. The lady who did my pedicure did nice work without hurting me in the slightest, and she did a really good job responding to my ques (I have sensitive feet with some old surgery scars). The polish was clean and neat and it's held up really well. The top coat could have been a little better applied and they put someone into the chair I'd just vacated rather quickly (did they really have enough time to clean and sanitize it? Perhaps.) but other than that, no complaints. Oh, the polish selection was a bit lacking but there was some OPI in the mix. Bottles just all seemed well used and gravitated towards the classic choices - I spent a while looking for a copper/bronze color. I'm borderline on a fourth star... I'd return, but maybe only after checking out some other places (although maybe not, I chose this salon in the first place because it was the only one without any terrible reviews!!) or during a slow time when I could be more sure of getting a fresh chair/tub. Takeaway: There are certainly far worse nail salons you could choose, but I wouldn't ditch a tried and true favorite for Luxury Nails. read more

This might be my 4th or 5th visit. I'd say it's hit or miss if you walk in, depending on who you get. The service prices are going up, but the salon condition and services are not on at the level of nicer salons that warrant higher prices. Some of the nail tech are friendly. I don't know that they steam sterilize the tools, they still use the cheese grater type tool on your heels (most places don't use these because of sanitary issues) and they consistently dilute the nail polish with nail polish remover which eventually makes the nail polish chunky, like a curdled consistently, but they still use it. read more

This place was horrible... not sure why they have such great reviews. My toes are smudged and we're not able to dry correctly. The lady who did my dip on my nails drew blood and took too much off the top of my nails where it hurt. And then blamed my nail after she cut too much off. I will never go back. This place is probably pretty typical when it comes to the average nail salon. But I was very disappointed. The price was reasonable and the end result was good (nails looked pretty and well manicured) but the service was very unfriendly and almost mean. I sat down for my pedicure and my bottle of nail polish slipped off the chair and clattered on the floor and I apologized but the gal exclaimed "Oh my God" and just picked it up and didn't say anything to me. She was non-communicative to me the whole time and was generally very rough with me. When one of my toenails got smudged she was very clearly unhappy with me. Maybe this is normal for some nail salons, but to me it was very unpleasant. She also tried to push gels on me several times and since it was the only time she spoke friendly to me, it seemed super phony. read more

I had been here a couple of years ago and was not very happy, but I decided to give it a try again for a gel manicure and Lynn did a great job! It's so hard to find someone who gets the polish all the way to the edge of the nail without it getting all over your skin and that's exactly what she did! I'll definitely be going to see Lynn again. The nails were fine, which is why I gave two stars, but twice now I've asked the price before starting a nail service and then they've charged me another price at the end of the service. Only a few dollars difference but for an average nail job I will definitely take my business somewhere else. They need to display prices and make sure their employees know what to charge. I went in here trying to get my current full-set of powder nails soaked off. The lady that did my nails asked me if I wanted dip and I said no. She asked me again, and I got a little bit of an attitude cause I just wanted to get my nails soaked off, get in and out fast, and not spend money on nails that last a week before popping off or cracking. As I sat down to soak off she talked and the lady next to me explained how great their "dip" nails were. Still reluctant, I said I've got them done in the past 8 different places and the same thing happens, they crack or chip. The owner ensured me that they use the best products, so I said you know what why not I'll give it a try. Firstly, the nail tech took her time and made sure every nail was perfect. Secondly, I've had them two weeks and they still are PERFECT! I seriously don't think I'll ever get my dip nails done anywhere else! And everyone was super nice! I'm sold! Had been going to Luxury Nails for years and always liked the way I was treated, the relaxing pedicures, and the manicures that lasted. Well, I moved for work and had to find a new salon. Now I know just how good Luxury Nails really is! Karen did a dip on my nails before I left THREE weeks ago and they still looked good! My nails grew out and were too long to comfortably do my job or unpack at the new place, so I found a new salon (in Missouri). That was a horrible experience as the new dip barely lasted a day (one nail broke, the finish came off two others) and the salon wouldn't stand behind their sloppy work. Guess I need to find a convenient way to get back to Luxury Nails so I can continue to have my nails done right! read more

I'm not one to get my nails done and mostly think it's a hassle to let people deal with my sweaty palms but the staff here comfortably accepted my requests and made great suggestions (within my comfort zone) to what manicure I should get. I ended up getting a simple gel nail in a maroon color. The service was great and I will definitely consider getting my nails done more often. Ask for Karen Vu! She was wonderful to work with and patiently listened to all of my requests. Karen is the owner and she cares a lot about her customers. I go to her for the powder nails and I always leave with a perfect manicure! (If you're looking for the perfect powder pink manicure, the powder number 255 is you answer.) There are a lot of great people who work here and many of them have been there for years. The shop is clean, the wait is rarely ever more than a few minutes for a pedicure and I can't say enough kind things about Karen. We've gotten to know each other the past 4 years and some times we talk, other times she knows I just want to relax and enjoy my time there. To the person that showed pictures of her nails, this is NOT something that was done at the salon. I do not go to a salon for fancy fancy, but rather to get a great nail service and pedicure. They know the right procedures to do a manicure and pedicure. They are always polite. I watched them do nails on an elderly lady who had arthritis and kept hitting her nails.
