I am extremely happy with every one of my purchases and always leave in a good mood. (Which is a sign of good service) As a seasoned salesman and manager i know you sometimes have to save the client from their blowing their money on both cheap OR overpriced junk, and direct the towards proper QUALITY for their budget. You can set up an appointment online or use the kiosk when you get there. If you're picking up or purchasing a firearm, I'd definitely set aside about an hour to an hour and a half because it can take some time. The gun counter line closes at 8 PM on weekdays, so keep that in mind. The employees I dealt with were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Overall, a really good experience.

With rows and rows of tackle, I am able to find most lake specific lures, weights, bait, hooks, etc. Sometimes I have to go to the store at the lake itself and get even more specific items, but BPS usually has what I need. Whenever I enter the store, the personnel always ask if I need help or direct me to the area where more specific help can be found. Moreover, the store is dog friendly and has dog treats at the ready. Occasionally, BPS will host a Monday club night whereby if you are a BPS club member, you can stand in line to get a light meal and enter a raffle to win items, but I recommend you go early and stand in line or else there will be no more food left.
