I had 2 employees helping me find cleats for me. they took in what I wanted in design and my price range; I was given every cleat within those ranges until I found the perfect fit for me. There are about 5-6 employees working at a time and if they aren't bugging you after initially entering the store and want some time to look around, they ignore you. When you do need some shoes, the workers will hang out behind the cash register. This is more of a knock on the management to allow this type of behavior while running the store. I understand they get busy but the least they can do is check back up on me. I had to leave and walk back in a few minutes later, just to be like a new customer. No matter what location I am at, the staff will check their online inventory to see if they have what you're looking for in stock, in most cases there's been a few times where they didn't have a particular pair of shoes in stock, but they ordered for me and had it delivered to my house.
