I…read moreoriginally just stopped to grab my daughter a new pair of boots because my husband left her shoes at the venue where we had just had her 2nd birthday party. However my very opinionated 2 year old saw the Hulk (she adores Hulk) shoes in the bigger kid sizes. I asked an employee about toddler sizes and she said no sorry. So we tried on some pink ones in her size. The employee (I didn't catch her name) came back and said she looked online to see if we were able to order the Hulk shoes from your website sadly we are not. Now most employees would leave it at that but she didn't. She asked my daughter who her favorite super hero was and she of course said Hulk and asked for the shoes. The employee apologized to my daughter about not having her size and asked what her second favorite. My daughter replied Spiderman. The employee had ready looked up other super hero shoes in toddler sizes while looking for the Hulk ones. The excitement in her face was priceless when she told my daughter that they had ONE pair of Spiderman shoes in her size! My daughter thanked her and had the biggest smile. It took a good 15 minuets and 2 employees to find the shoes (they were left in the wrong section when they recently moved product around in the back) my daughter was ecstatic about her new Spiderman shoes! Not only were all the employees so nice but the one that helped us (associate ID is 364553) went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday a little more special. None of the ladies working that day were judgmental of the fact my daughter wanted "boy" shoes. I can't say the same for any of my fellow patrons. I did get some funny looks when my 2 year old in a hot pink and orange dinosaur themed dress asked ever so politely for "Hulk smash" shoes. I will also be calling the Silverdale, Wa store today to tell my story to the managers there. I'm sure big companies like yourself get more complaints than compliments and I just wanted to let you know you and your employees are doing a great job! I've been shopping your store since I was a young teen. Now 27 and still shops there. You and your silverdale employees don't know how much a simple pair of Spiderman shoes will help my daughter. We have to go to Seattle Children's Hospital every few months for my daughter and having one of her favorite heroes on her feet and in her hands (she has a Spiderman action figure) will help her tremendously! Francis has always Helped me and is full of the current news involving local sports teams. Usually anything not available can be easily ordered on line for a later delivery or pick-up. A small fee for a "20/20 Discount Card" can be used if you plan on making purchases throughout the year. It's a real money saver.

The boots were either crazy expensive or there was a serious lack of selection. Knowing how particular I can be my wife took to Yelp and found Charly Boots & Western Wear. After a quick ferry ride and a short drive I was at the store. The man himself gave me a hand and in less than 15 minutes I was walking out the door with a new pair of kicks. The best part was they gave me a tub of Mink oil with the instructions to rub the boots every 4 to 5 months to condition the leather. I ended up with a pair of Ariat Midtown Ramblers in Barn Brown, size 10. It was an amazing customer experience and I would highly recommend it.

No one acknowledged me at all! I walked past 4 people, nothing. I went down an aisle a woman was working at. She grabbed something out of the cart and went around the corner. I had to move the cart so I could get my cart by what I was looking for. It made a lot of noise. It was when she came back she said sorry and wanted to know if she could get somebody to help me. I said no. I was at the paint department and the woman at the key kiosk never said a word. I decided to just leave. Even the 2 cashiers, who were just standing there, said nothing as they watched me walk out the door. I stopped shopping Lowes because their customer service was bad. But I think I will give them another try!

They offered pennies on the dollar for a handful of safe queens, when I asked why their offer was so low the guy shrugged and said "you can only sell these to gun stores now so there's no private market any more, take it or leave it" I left it, I can't justify selling a rifle/scope that I paid $5K for with only 20 rounds down range for $300 because that's just how it is now. The whole experience was so negative that I didn't bother shopping around, I'd rather take my business ANYWHERE else.

Ned ( I believe is his name ) was there and offered some awesome tips on aftermarket parts that I was wondering about. Seriously, great work guys. Their prices were pretty fair too, just a couple dollars over what I saw a few other people charging for similar platforms. Not bad, and I'll be coming back!
