    Chinese savory crepe
    Grace G.

Nice comfortable restaurant with satisfying simple dishes. Service is quick simple and it's a Chinese speaking establishment. 5/5 Chinese Savory Crepe (off menu) 8.99 (aka YuanWei JianBing GuoZi): street food style crepe made of egg with crisps inside. Delicious chili spread that is savory and subtly sweet. Good even without add-ons. Crispy Chinese Burger also classic 5/5, meat is well cooked and tender.

excited that Changan Kitchen (印象長安) just opened their second location in Chino Hills -- even better, it's on the north side, closer to 60 fwy The menu is a little different from the original spot, but everything is just as fresh and flavorful as always. I love how they keep it traditional with a creative twist -- perfect for both classic Xi'an dishes lovers and adventurous eaters. Some of my faves this time: Wagyu Crispy Burger 和牛肉夾饃 - juicy, crispy, super satisfying Beef & Cheese Potstickers 芝士牛肉鍋貼 - comfort food with a cheesy kick Beef Pancake Roll 牛肉卷餅 - flaky, savory, packed with flavor Definitely one of my go-to spots for northern Chinese flavors with a modern edge Can't wait to come back again (and again)! Really enjoyed most of the foods we ordered here. The lamb dumplings were super umami and the wagyu beef burger flaky and a good meat to pastry ratio. The food came out fast and hot, and I love that there's so much parking out front. The noodles weren't too salty. My only qualm is that it should have been noted the wontons came in a shrimp based soup (I'm allergic) so a heads up would have been helpful and the cold noodles could have come with some green onions or cilantro to cut through the greasiness of the noodles.

decided to come here for lunch! it was empty but the staff was all very nice and prompt. the interior was nice and the tables were clean their biang noodles are delicious. i still think about them to this day! the noodles texture is bouncy and the sauce is flavorful. the beef roll was filled nicely with meat. dumplings were also fresh and very hot! would love to come here again!

Let me introduce you to my newest neighborhood gem where it tastes like a Chinese grandma made the food just for you. Think hidden gem, no frills, super casual, but already so well loved. We were recommended to try their famous pancake crepe and my eyes lit up when I saw you can do a duck filling, and it did not disappoint. It's savory with the hoisin sauce and has a surprising crunchy element to it, the texture is INSANE and it all works so well together. Here are my other favorites: Beef potstickers, Shrimp and pork steamed dumplings--they have a whole separate menu just for dumplings--thiccc, chewy hand-pulled noodles that you can do a dry version with a numbing spicy sauce, or in beef broth with the most TENDER beef. Thanks for reading! ^-^

Great food! And the service was excellent too. We ordered Wonton HK style and the broth was excellent. Make sure to try hand noodles too.

New spot in Chino Hills serving Chinese-style crêpes stuffed with roasted duck + cucumbers Not your usual French crêpe, this one is packed with flavor! The server paired mine with cold soy milk Perfect place to go with friends/family and share dishes. The Biang Biang noodles were the best I've had with perfect texture + sauce The beef noodle soup had a rich broth, and the dumplings tied the meal together beautifully.

This place is a new Chinese restaurant in Chino Hills. They have a lot of Xi'an food (dumplings, potstickers, hand-pulled noodles). The food is very homey and my Chinese friend said it's like what her mom cooks. The potstickers are my favorite. The soup dumpling was good too. Nothing was spicy to me, although some dishes look somewhat spicy. It's on the Pipeline Ave side of the plaza near Holy Cow. Apple map wasn't very accurate when I went.

The environment of the restaurant is clean, but the food was a letdown. There aren't many options on the menu. The beef noodles were bland and lacked any real flavor. The dry noodles were just average; they didn't come with any meat, yet were priced almost the same as the meat options, which doesn't feel fair. Also, the meat used in the noodles seemed to be the same as what was inside the pork/beef buns, processed and not authentic. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. The food doesn't feel genuine or thoughtfully prepared.

Smaller menu. Cafe style quick grab. Service was fast since we were early for opening lunch hour.

Fast service, very yummy food, and cravings always satisfied. Already excited to come back, and I've been to this location and the other location multiple times already. Highly recommend hand-ripped noodles with stewed pork! My favorite and always yummy. Also Liang Pi for hot days, with black vinegar to taste!

Cold Noodles, Potstickers, and wonton soup

All around good quality food. I recommend getting their Crispy Chinese Burger and the Potstickers, super crispy. Staff was friendly and attentive! Vibes felt traditional and like a family member's home.

Front register area. It's so clean and nice as well as very welcoming staff too!

Right after that conversation, yet another party walked in and they were told to write their name down, and the staff immediately scratched it off and seated them on the spot while we were still left waiting. It's extremely disappointing to see long-time customers treated with zero regard or basic organization. The bad: prices were high but this would be ok if it weren't for... The ugly: the service is literally the worst I've ever experienced at a restaurant. When we first sat down, we were one of only three tables so service was swift and reasonable, but pretty quickly the restaurant filled up and we stopped getting our food. In fact, we never got two out of the three items we originally ordered. It also took multiple tries to get more pan fried pork buns, and when they eventually came 45 mins later, they were soggy and not nearly as good as the first batch. We also never got water refills and the three guests who came later just never got water. Finally, I pointed out a hair in one of the dishes, and they never even offered any compensation. The waiters kept forgetting in general. If I'm craving this stuff, I might come during a less busy time. Sadly, the bar for that might be a little high due to this poor experience.
