Seating was fast when we arrived it was pretty late so they let us sit wherever, the food was prepared fairly quick we waited about 10 minutes from ordering for it to be ready and out to us. The soup i got had good tasting broth and noodles the only thing i did not like was the brisket it was very chewy and rough to bite down almost rubbery the flavor was there but this threw me off big time. The seating area was not too big i can see there being a wait if it's early and super busy. Another thing i was not to big on was the drinks here they don't have fountain drinks and charge by the can or bottle of the little selection that they have. Overall fairly decent and try if you would like to see for yourself and form your own opinion

    Too funny!

Been loving this spot. If you love hand pulled noodles give this place a try, décor and seating is pretty modern. Tons of parking in shared plaza. N1. Biang Baing Noodles -sauce is so flavorful. Small kick of spice, seasoned well and a bit tangy. Dish doesn't have any protein but you can always add when you order it. N2. Braised Beef Brisket Noodle Soup (Chili Oil)- had this dish both ways, original or with chili oil. Personally chili oil isn't too spicy and adds a ton of depth. Beef is so tender. N13. Stir Fried Hand Pulled Round Noodles with Special Cumin Beef -was pretty salty but still enjoyable. Might not order again due to salty levels. CR6. Chinese Burger with House Special Marinated Beef -great for a light appetizer. Beef is tender but not much flavor, pretty bland. I had to add vinegar, chili oil and white pepper to mine.

We came to Changan kitchen for lunch on the Labor Day weekend! The restaurant is in a nice restaurant tucked in the corner! Service was great, even so, the server helped a friend mix her noodles! Triple Jumbo with Pork and Veggies: super flavorful and meaty! Personally, love the balance and umami was this dish brought out! Some of the veggies were a bit firmer in texture but still great! Sweet and Sour Fish: HUGE fish pieces and super flavorful! Great as a side dish with rice or any of the other dishes! Lamb Bun: super flavorful with their spices! Wish their bun was a bit fluffier such as steamed! Pork Bun: great and I suggest adding chili oil for extra flavor! Overall, recommend eating here as this is a bang of your buck type of place to eat at! Price is great for portion size and flavor as well! TIP: Parking is ample and there's two restrooms that are gender neutral! They also have a spa water container for water!

Hidden behind a residential area, we found this restaurant after trying to go to the other Changan Kitchen. The other place was very crowded but luckily this place had open tables. We were seated right away and were greeted by our delightful waitress. For food we got: - Lamb and Pork stew burger: both had great taste and the lamb had a nice spicy kick. Unfortunately the buns weren't that great. Usually they should be flaky and soft but these were a little tough like the frozen ones from the super market 4/5 - The noodles were all delicious. Bouncy thick noodles with your choice of different toppings. I think the pork was the best. I had to add some chili oil but extra sauce was provided on the side so you can season to taste 5/5 - Sweet and sour fish was very yummy and the portion was HUGE. Fat chunks of fish that had a great flavor. 5/5 - Service was fantastic and the cold water was delicious(Probably because it was so hot outside) Will be looking forward to our next visit!

Love coming here for some comforting hand pulled noodles! A bit oily/greasy depending on the dish but overall tasty .

Buns are soft and meat inside is soo good. Must try it.

Place has a nice center ceiling interior. Service is fast and served fresh food. The stir fry chicken noodles were kind of salty. But the chicken egg fried rice and the soups were delicious. The Bao burger had an interesting flavor. My taste bud must've been different from everyone else. But try it maybe your taste palette is different from mine. Check out my orders.

The cold appetizers were pretty good, though the glass noodle was only spicy without any other flavor, it came with a lot of pork large intestines. Would like to try other dishes, especially the stir-fried knife cut noodles.

Spicy Braised beef brisket noodle soup. It only had one spice symbol on the menu but it was pretty spicy!!!!

This place is LEGIT. But a warning for you all that their spicy is SPICYYYY. I tried one of their popular dish, the spicy braised beef noodle soup. It was a gigantic portion with knife cut noodles. It only had 1 spice symbol (others had up to 3!) but it was still quite spicy! Made my nose runny and eyes tear but I still powered through cus it was SO good. I still fantasize about it because it's the only spicy noodle that's actually flavorful, and not just painfully spicy yet bland. Huge portions too!!! I tried their noodles with tomatoes and egg. This didn't have any spice symbol next to it so I assumed it wouldn't be spicy at all but it also had a kick to it. Medium spice for me but my hubby who can't really tolerate spice was sweating bullets lol I highly recommend this place if you're nearby or in the area!!!

Cumin lamb Chinese burger - lamb was VERY flavorful and delicious, burger patty could be better haha

Wow! I am VERY glad to have found this gem of a restaurant that opens so early. It's perfect when you want to start your day off on a tasty note. Also for those who attend F45 fitness classes, lots of people come here after for a meal, so hopefully you don't come during that rush. There's one guy as the host and server, he did a great job managing on his own even though the restaurant was busy. Be patient, the food is worth it! I loved the cumin lamb in the burger. I would suggest it in a noodle dish, but the burger bun was kind of dry and not really memorable. The meat was enough for it to be a highlight though! That's how well-seasoned it was. I would probably order this again! The pork and vegetable wonton soup was DELICIOUS. 100% would get again. It's such a homey dish and the wonton filling was perfectly seasoned. Honestly this dish alone would make this place a 4 star for me. The spicy beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles was just ok for me. I'd much prefer it at other restaurants so I wouldn't get this again. The noodle consistency was good though. The broth wasn't memorable to me. The Xiao long bao was the most disappointing and probably why this is a 4 star. I don't think they need it on their menu at all. The wrapper was too thick, they didn't have much juice inside, and it wasn't even served with sliced ginger. It was just disappointing. Liang pi (traditional cold noodles) - I LOVED IT. It was so refreshing. The flavors melded nicely, vinegar with some chili oil and I loved the textures. I would order this again for sure. Overall, I'm a big fan. I plan to come back at some point! Parking was ample and service was nice.

I was a big fan of the other location in Ontario so decided to try this new location out. Decoration is upscale for a Chinese place. Very clean and new. Service was fine and lots of diners but food came fast. Food was great. Biang Biang Noodles just as delightful as other location and worth the drive. They have a smaller menu than other location but have more skewers and a new thing where you order a bunch of ingredients and then they fry them in chili oil. If you like that mix of spices it's fantastic (but definitely not good for you even if you order veggies). I will say that I wish there were more veggie options on the menu. That's a staple of my Chinese meals.

I first learned of this chain after passing by the unopened location at University Plaza in Riverside. I wanted a preview of what was coming and decided to stop by the Chino Hills location on a weekday. I tried a few dishes and was really impressed. The bian bian noodles were the highlight for me, but I enjoyed everything I tried. I was a little confused by the skewer menu, as there are two sections, but basically there's one section where you order skewers by the stick, and another where you choose 6 and a sauce and they come pre mixed as a sort of stir fry. The mixed skewers dish was a tad salty, but I really enjoyed the crispy "potato chips," which are thick slices of potato that are deep fried and then tossed in the sauce.

Cute Asian restaurant in the area with many parking spaces. Fast service and our server was quick and attentive. The orange chicken braised beef spicy soup is good and hearty with decent taste in broth. The dumplings that were boiled lacked flavor though and needed sauces.

The place was packed on a Friday night which is always a good sign. Overall it's a decent restaurant but nothing was memorable. The pan fried buns were not crispy enough on the bottom. The noodles were a bit too soft, probably overcooked. The lamb skewers and shrimp skewers were good.

I ordered a combo plat of roast duck and roast pork, an order of chicken feet, shrimp and pork shau mai and a chive and pork ball (I forgot the name but not the intense flavor!). All plates were among the best I have eaten anywhere and I believe they were all made to order as they came out over a period of time and not all at once. The flavors were superlative and the price fair. My entire meal came to $40 and I was sated. The wait staff was friendly and the restaurant itself was clean and cheery. I will be back soon.

Soon after, multiple parties walked in, bypassed the list entirely, and were seated right away. I approached the host stand to check in, and the staff simply asked, "Did you put your name down?" to which I said yes. Right after that conversation, yet another party walked in and they were told to write their name down, and the staff immediately scratched it off and seated them on the spot while we were still left waiting. It's extremely disappointing to see long-time customers treated with zero regard or basic organization. Good food doesn't make up for completely unfair and dismissive service.

The consistency of the noodles and the beef slices were exceptional. The bok choy was also very well prepared and added a nice crunch texture. This is also a sauced dish (although my initial thought was that I was going to be a soup) which to me didn't matter. The chili oil was very well prepared and flavor packed. Not only that, the portions were enormous. Some other dishes we ordered were the braised beef noodle soup which was hearty, rich, and comforting.
