She was responsive to all my questions and was able to fit me in on short notice, but I liked that she wanted to check first that I could meet her before-care requirements because this would ensure the best results. Another vendor with more reviews was willing to book me for the next day with no questions asked, but I chose Willy because I felt her vetting of me showed integrity. Willy has this cute studio in the Phenix building and a nice comfy bed to rest in while she does her work. She was meticulous with her initial outline of my lips, generous with the numbing cream, showed me the brand new needle in its wrapping before she started, and did several passes to ensure an even color. She has a great eye for color, and her color recommendation for my skin tone was spot-on. I went with all her recommendations and while it's only been a day, I am super happy with the results so far. Wow! This was the least painful acne extraction I've ever experienced in my life! Winny is definitely knowledgeable and patient. I want to say.. it has only been maybe 3 facial visits with her and my face has improved 200%! She listens to my concerns and advises on what I should do. I was taking antibiotics for 3 months and Retin-A at night. It cleared ip my skin but, the acne came back after I finished the antibiotics. Willy's facials are a must! And I realized that all those years she was doing my microdermabrasion facials, it was what was helping me the most. I've been wearing strip false lashes since I became too busy as a mom to get my lashes done professionally. Putting strip lashes everyday is not easy. Plus, getting used to not having lashes on without any false lashes is even the hardest. But the thank God to Willy. She blessed me with her keratin lashlift! Make sure to request medical grade ink for tattoos, not cheap carcinogenic ink made in china. Don't forget, that although the word tattoo is used in much of wileys advertising, this isn't a real tattoo. Needle is injected in skin and infection may arise, but it doesn't go as deep as it does at a real tattoo shop. Also, you want to ask to open the package containing the needle yourself and make sure that it is really securely sealed and not one from a previous patient appearing to be new. My personal experience wasn't that good. I found the lady operating the booth to be pretty sneaky. She initially quotes the first customers the bare minimum in order to pay her $33/day rent at the stall and as soon as she finds another person willing to pay top dollar, she kicks the cheaper customers to the curb and caters to her new elite customers. I've never experienced this at any other place. Wishy-washy prices are visible on the "questions" page. In addition to vacillating rates, there seems to be a constant underhanded shuffling of appointments. I'm assuming that this is another sick tactic to get the lower paying customers to go away and if this doesn't work, this flip-flopper will downright ghost you. Zero empathy and you cease to exist. I am not kidding. She disappears for a couple of months and then gets desperate again and tries to reel you back into her twisted game again until she finds her next victim to prey upon. My advice, if you are going to fork out a months worth of rent money for forty minutes of her time, make sure to set the bar high in terms of sanitary expectations. You do not want the substandard cheap ink from China. In her responses to some of her fake reviews that result from her incentivized prodding, you will see that she has an aversion to altering appearance with the use of app filters. Yet her customers can alter appearance with cheap ink at her "so called" clinic so long as it's filling her bottomless pockets. Another thing about this fly by night, jail-sized shanty, cash is king here because she doesn't have to deal with the tax man with an electronic trail of evidence. Finally, if you do decide to proceed with her services, remember that this is not a real tattoo and will thus, fade dramatically in a couple of months. $350 for a couple of months. Thereafter I started filling my eyebrows with makeup like before and I was back where I started. I distanced myself from this business after I started seeing inconsistent and shoddy results and multiple appointment cancellations. You might want to block her after because she will try to get you back when business is slow. Make sure you read the comments on questions page because she will try to get top dollar from naive customers even though cheaper prices are posted there. Likewise she will charge $100 extra for touch up if you forget to tell her that touch up is included on her message board. Me personally, I'm not going to tolerate such grimy business practices. From the moment I first called her she started asking how I found her. Very calculating! I guess you can review the feedback on her page and look at syntax and sentence structure. They are all from the same author. All with misspellings and bad grammar. She neglects paying attention to detail. Just like when she misspelled my name in her text messages. She will "forget her phone at the office" but trust me she'll come around when the well runs dry again. Her futile attempts to discredit her customers will come back to haunt her when she gets evicted for failing to pay her booth rent. I'm not worried about karma. You wanna portray like your part of the medical community and disparage the competition with real MDs? Good luck with that. But you finally got one thing right now, it is Erika with a "K".
