My main concern when I get a pedicure is cleanliness and I was very pleased with this salon. They use an autoclave to sanitize their nail implements, putting them in a separate sealed pouch for each customer. I felt comfortable that everything was clean (and I am pretty picky!) I got their Unwinding Spa Pedicure ($55) and Andy was my technician. He did an excellent job and was very precise in each step of the pedicure. The salon is large and uncluttered, with lots of space between the pedicure massage chairs. I was offered a cold drink when I arrived and made to feel very welcome. Went to this salon on a whim last Friday since my usual place two minutes away from my house had an hour long wait. While the salon itself is huge and kind of empty looking, the service was excellent! I just got a regular $15 manicure. I have never had technicians take that much care to remove every single piece of dead skin and cuticle for just a regular mani. She did such a great job and my polish has almost lasted a full week. My friend got a $30 shellac manicure and she was also really impressed with how detailed her nail tech was. I will be returning!! read more

I went here last week to get a gel manicure and the place didn't disappoint. Located in the cul-de-sac of the shopping center, it can be a little hard to find. The shop is quite large inside and has many different nail color (gel and regular) options. The person who did my nails was very professional and did a great job. I was in and out of the place in 45 minutes. Would recommend this place for a simple gel nail manicure (can't comment on other services). read more

After searching for a good place to get my mani/pedi I stumbled across this gem! You would never know it existed unless you google manicure near me and are in the area, but I'm so glad I did. This I the best place I have gone so far and will not be going anywhere else. I had a two hour experience (most on the pedi) and needless to say I found my person!!! I took my mom here yesterday for a mani-pedi. It was a bit disappointing. I had two different people do my pedi and mani. The pedicure was good - attentive and painted well. My nails on the other hand, were very rushed (maybe she her shift was ending)? but missed spots and sloppy, didn't clean up my nails well ( i can have very dry cuticles so I need a lot of care in that area which is all the benefit of a nail salon right?) but I left with still dry skin on my fingers and spots missing (side edges not painted and not a strong top coat). My mom's experience was better in that I think she had a better technician (very friendly), but her main complaint was that he might've been managing the place with another lady, so every time he was very fidgety and always get up multiple times to tend to other guests. I think they need to invest in a fulltime front desk person so that they have someone to pick up phones, tend to guests when they arrive etc. even my nail technical picked up the phone multiple times while she was doing my nails. It made my mom feel more anxious and not a comforting nail experience as it should've been. read more

I was walking into the salon when a girl was checking out clearly not happy with her service (she is one of the recent Yelpers actually). I was desperate to utilize my time in the Chantilly area, and because they had a good standing with reviewers overall, I was going to get a mani pedi anyways. I will say that it was quite spacious with a very quiet atmosphere. It was actually too quiet to relax for me. In the end, however, I loved my pedicure and liked my manicure. They could have earned a 4th star if they had a better stock of inventory. I had to chase down a different color for my gel manicure after I had my heart set on 2 other colors which they were out of. read more

I stumbled upon this salon as it was close to my work and had good reviews. I was warmly greeted upon my arrival and the salon was very clean and airy when I walked in. Being 8 months pregnant with a sensitive nose and the inability to reach my toes, a clean and airy salon is a must! I came in for a spa pedicure. I was seated to a very nice massaging chair and the nail technician opened a new package of nail equipment for me including putting on new gloves. I had a wonderful foot and leg massage on my swollen feet and my nails were cut and polished. They did a great job! There is also a great polish collection to choose from. I will be back! read more

The place itself is really nice but the one nail technician I got was in a rush with me and messed up my acrylics, mind you it was only 40 minutes after they had just opened so it wasn't even busy. I think it might've just been the one nail tech I got because the lady next to me was getting the exact same acrylics done by a different tech and she was there before me but i left first. read more

This is an excellent place with much attention to detail. My wife and I started going there a couple of months ago for spa mani-pedi and found the service to be excellent. Ann and Tara are great! The massage chairs are high tech and very comfortable. We have gone back on average every two weeks since then. Would highly recommend Chantilly Nail Spa. read more
