She made a very awkward situation for me (my first Brazilian) feel normal and kept me relaxed with very little pain. After my waxing I asked about threading. I had her also do my eyebrows and face. We found this place and decided to try it out. I noticed that the technician used the string in her mouth. Other places I have visited no longer keep string in their mouths, but around their necks. Nevertheless, while watching my wife get her eyebrows done, the female technician worked fast and efficiently. The shop wasn't very busy, so we didn't have to wait long. I am glad we found this place. I am sure we will come back here again.

Samantha, who was managing the reception area, was so professional, gracious and focused on customer satisfaction. I ended up rescheduling to another date but I wanted to mention how impressed I was with her calm demenor as she told guests of the problem and offered solutions to everyone there and everyone calling.

I trusted their recommendation. I walked in and get taken to the back, as I'm already on the table ready for my Brazilian, I ask the waxer how long they've been in the industry and she says she has just received her license, less than 6 months ago. I was livid, it was too late for me to walk out. I proceeded with the service that took almost an hour, it was truly the 2nd to worst experience I've had. Once i get back to the front, I had checked in on Yelp and because of the check in i received a coupon that they told me i couldn't use. No one had any idea what it was. Anyways, overall i won't be returning to this location. They can't keep their employees, high turnover rate and no one really knows what they're talking about at the front desk.
