Well upstairs is a whole new world for home/office and I bought the most amazing cordless vacuum I found up there (on sale too!!!). Downstairs is all grocery/toiletries and this Fred Meyer has a great selection of chips! They have tons of the Siete brand here including salt and vinegar which is the best. There are always great deals on avocados and other produce here as well! Things I can't find at Safeway I know FM will have. The bottle return here is so convenient as well.

I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't that horrible off-gassing smell at similar type places. However, they did have some kind of odd blinky holiday lights that made annoying noises throughout my visit. I toured each aisle and there wasn't anything to my liking but I can see where a new Asian restaurant could completing outfit their establishment with everything they need. It was nice to see they had real plants! I would consider returning for those or maybe some of their pots. Prices were okay, not great. I am going to buy a blanket next time I visit. After paying for my items, Long mentioned that her husband is at the store across. Note: Portland Closeout is in 2 separate shop. The store is in front where Long's husband manage has all household items for your kitchen, home and garden which includes furniture, plants, even paintings. This store does look clutter as well, but its a good clutter!! I noticed children's bicycles out in front. This store has EVERYTHING!! If you even go near the makeup, doesn't matter if you yourself are dressed in brand name or designer head to toe already.... You will absolutely get "greeted" aggressively 5 times in 3 minutes by a flock of managers and security to make sure you're not stealing because they have no handle on loss prevention. Totally different environment next door despite having similar products and pricing. Same exact neighborhood. Same shopping center. Same environment but one store treats customers like known thiefs and the other treats you like an adult who isn't there to score.
