    I have been to Chapman before for the same 2023 service. Champman service quote repair estimates given out $200.00 for alignment week before. I have 38,000 miles on 2023 trail boss. I bought new. Then (1.2.26) when drop off my 2022 Chevrolet trail boss at service they quote me $2,000 repair bill for repairs I did not approve, much less needed. Remember, I have documents showing no repairs needed on first visit week before. IF GM Motors is selling Silvardro's trail bosses which need expensive repairs at 38,000 miles of $2,000 plus, buy a Ford, Toyota or Nissian. Unhappy ASU alumni of 2023 chevy Trail boss owner.

    Contacted through messenger and got prompt response from "Cousin Chuy" - great guy, he got us all the info we needed, spoke over the course of the week, gave him our OTD budget and he provided the info needed to come down and check out the car. No "upsells", or haggling - a no nonsense deal. No high pressure sales tactics - a fair deal on a great car! Chuy was super busy this morning so we got some help from Corey Sizemore and he was excellent to work with as well - great team to work with there.

Not to mention, even if you agree on the price you have to spend more time going through finance and they try to up sell you on every warranty under the sun! At Jones Motors, you will not get that! It's simple, easy and most importantly a fun experience. Yes, I said fun. I've purchased multiple vehicles from this place and each time have had nothing but a great experience. My last vehicle I purchased from Jones Motors I did most of my dealings over the phone. When all was said and done, I drove down to their location and literally spent about 10 minutes in that place, signed some papers and off I went! No issues, no pressure, and my vehicle was all cleaned up and waiting for me to pick it up! Such a great experience! Not to mention their showroom is ridiculously clean! Sure, you can go to other major dealerships, but take your camping gear cause you will camp out there for a while. At this place, super easy and the cars are great! Highly recommend Jones Motors. He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

    I am giving two stars because of the only positives: they scheduled my inspection within a few days…read moreof calling and Justin, the technician that arrived, was very nice. However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.
