It took a bit for our server to come acknowledge us but once he did, he was very helpful and attentive. My boyfriend ordered a peach Kentucky mule (they originally said they couldn't make that, which we questioned with it being a distillery, but our server came back and said they could after all). He enjoyed it and said it's one of the better ones he's had! We both ordered smash burgers and sweet potato fries - I had the junction 35 (pimento cheese + bacon jam) and he had the farmhouse (bacon + fried egg). Both were amazing! Juicy burgers, perfect size patties for smash burgers, the buns were fresh and held up nicely, and the toppings were great. Sweet potato fries had a great crunch and were seasoned really well. Service was great, food was high quality and had great flavor, and the dog friendly patio was perfect for our pup. It's located in a nice little strip of shops and restaurants, and has a common area of cornhole and other games that would be fun for an activity before/after dinner, or if you have kids in tow. We'd definitely make another trip here when in the area.

It needed more bun to be honest. It wasn't horrible though and it had a good creamy slaw on it. Just kept falling off because there was hardly any bun. Service was excellent this time though! I love the vibe in this place when it's busy!

When I walked in, there were probably 15 families in front of me (the lobby is pretty small for this). There were several people working the desk so I got through pretty quickly. Checkout was also a seamless process. Water park / Activities: The kids wanted to immediately head to the water park (indoor). It was very nice but it was DISGUSTINGLY muggy in here. I'm not sure what the solution is but after 45 minutes, I was drenched from head to toe. There was a small bar inside the park. Service was unbelievably slow and they would only allow people to order one drink (someone in our party couldn't order for his wife). They could have been better prepared to handle a large flux of people (large volleyball tournament). The arcade was roomy and had a variety of games for all ages. There are also other activities that we just didn't have time to do. I think the daily resort fee is fair for what it includes. I really liked they sent a daily text with the calendar of activities. Grizzly Grill: This was a little food spot inside the water park. My daughter had the burger and fries. The fries were hard as a rock and the burger looked like mystery meat. Room: The bathroom was extremely small in relation to the rest of the room. We had a kitchen with full fridge, stove, dishwasher. The kitchen table and six chairs took over a LOT of the room. Our toilet backed up at the first use. Facilities were quick to arrive and fix the problem but the toilet really struggled to flush the entire weekend. The room was adequately stocked with towels. The room was not cleaned well. There was tape on the ceiling where someone probably had some signs hanging. The dishes were also dirty. General: The general area of the hotel was clean inside and outside. There seemed to be adequate parking. There is a shuttle that runs and we had no problem catching this when heading to the convention center. The Peak: We hung out at the peak for both food & drink. This was another spot that I didn't feel was staffed appropriately for the crowd. There were 2 servers responsible for the inside and outside patrons. They were very nice, but service was pretty slow. I had the gluten free caprese pizza and it was delightful. The featured cocktails were entirely too sweet, but that is my fault for trying something new. The kids pizza was well liked and my party enjoyed the nachos. Firefly: This was also not staffed appropriately. I had asked for gluten free options and was told there were none. As I checked out, I saw someone viewing a gluten free menu. This was rather disappointing, but I was still able to order food before closing time. Deli: The yogurt parfait was a big hit with the kids. It was favored over the parfait being sold at the convention center. Overall, I'd come back to the resort.

We did our homework ahead of time and got the chopped beef brisket sandwich, warm nuts (cashews and almonds), fresh chips, banana pudding, peach cobbler, beaver nuggets and gummy bears. The chopped beef brisket was top notch! Even though it's chopped, there were still significant chunks of juicy flavorful pieces of beef. Make sure to get the pickles, onions and extra bbq sauce! The warm nuts were awesome! Crunchy and sweet. The beaver chips are kettle chips. We got a fresh batch but after it sat awhile they were soggy. Banana pudding was legit. Peach cobbler didn't have enough peaches in it. The beaver nuggets are like corn puffs with a caramel coating. Very good! Gummy bears were soft. Yum! We loaded up on T-shirts, hats and socks before we had to regulate ourselves and put away the adult onesie. Buc-ee's has everything you could possibly want and need and then some. We got outta there and dropped over $200 (a Costco run for us)! The only thing that could make it better is if they had seating to enjoy all the food!

We'd read enough good things that we weren't about to risk a long wait, so we played it safe. Ended up being the second group seated. The manager who sat us wasn't exactly rolling out the welcome mat. Led us to the table, dropped the menus, and walked off with no greeting at all. We were the only table inside and still sat there for a solid 8 minutes before anyone came over for drinks. We were about 5 more minutes from leaving before our server showed up. Thankfully she was attentive, and genuinely friendly. It turned our moods around very quickly. We started with drinks and the Elote Ribs. The drinks were perfect and those Elote Ribs were a great way to start our meal. For mains I went with the Birria tacos and my wife got the chicken fajitas. The Birria tacos were amazing! The meat was incredibly tender, full of flavor, and the rice that came with it was seasoned perfectly. It would be hard for me to order anything else there because that's how much I liked them. The chicken fajitas were just as good. The chicken was cooked right and seasoned well, and came with that same rice as my tacos.

From the moment you arrive and see the massive ship replica, you can tell this is something special. The exterior alone is stunning and immediately sets the tone for what's inside. As soon as you walk in, you're given a boarding pass with the name of a real passenger or crew member, which adds a deeply personal and immersive element to the visit. Throughout the museum, you follow their journey, and by the end, you find out their fate--it's a powerful and emotional touch that really connects you to the history. The exhibits are extremely well done and very interactive. You're not just looking at displays--you're experiencing them. From touching a real iceberg to feeling the sloping decks that simulate the ship's final moments, everything is designed to help you understand what it was like on board. The attention to detail is incredible, with beautifully recreated rooms like the Grand Staircase that make you feel like you've stepped back in time. The museum does an amazing job of balancing education and emotion. There's so much history to learn, with real artifacts, detailed information, and stories about passengers and crew that bring everything to life. It's clear that a lot of care and respect went into telling the story of Titanic in a meaningful way. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate, which made the experience even better. The entire facility was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, allowing you to take your time and fully enjoy each part of the museum. Overall, this is an unforgettable experience that goes far beyond a typical museum visit. Whether you're a Titanic enthusiast or just looking for something unique and meaningful to do, this is an absolute must-visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone--definitely a five-star experience.

The employee told me no because I needed to stop for a picture. I told her I didn't want a picture and just wanted to get through the entrance, but she still insisted I walk the entire queue. I found that pretty frustrating. As you make your way through, there are historical artifacts and information displays, which were interesting. The bigger issue came when I needed to use the elevator. I told an employee that I couldn't do stairs, and his first response was to tell me to take them anyway. After explaining again that I needed the elevator, I stood there for several minutes before he finally moved the rope and let me on. He then told me the elevator only went to the second floor, which left me wondering what was on the third floor. For $40 per person, I honestly felt this attraction was overpriced. One of the more memorable exhibits on the second floor was a display where you could put your hand in 28-degree water to experience how cold the water felt for those who ended up in it. Other than that, I didn't feel like the experience justified the cost.

I was offered a different room, but then the head housekeeper said my room would be available in 10 minutes. Yay for communication! We had a king room. There was a light-blocking curtain that pulled between the sitting area and the bed so that there was nominal privacy if someone was sleeping on the sofa bed, but as there was only one TV and no actual door dividing the sleeping areas, you couldn't really watch TV after the kids go to bed without disturbing them. The room had a microwave, dishwasher, mid-sized refrigerator, and kitchen sink. It was convenient to be able to keep drinks in the fridge or have the option to reheat leftovers. The bathroom was recently renovated, but the water pressure in the shower was unusually poor. One of the nicest features of the hotel is the outdoor pool that has a decent slide and also some water features for the kids. As the hotel is on a hill, adults can appreciate the views of the surrounding mountains while watching over their splashing kids. There's also an indoor poor, but it's a standard pool, no cool features. There's a free breakfast included with the room. It's pretty basic, usually DIY waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt and a single egg and meat offering. The orange juice was awful. Only apples for fruit. However, it was convenient and free, so I can't complain too much. My only gripe is that housekeeping isn't daily/automatic. They'll clean your room if you have a longer stay, or if you call and ask them to come and clean. I guess the days of daily maid service are done for this class of hotel. We were there only 2 nights, so I suppose it wasn't a huge deal, but I might look to a fancier hotel in the future because I really do like having my bed made up and towels tidied when I'm on vacation.
