We've been to many pet-friendly restaurants. You are NOT pet-friendly. You happily took our money for the meal, and added a 20% gratuity yourselves (which was not earned btw), but you barely did enough to accommodate our pups, let alone be considered "friendly". We stayed at the hotel that is connected to the indoor water park. Upon arrival we had a lot of trouble checking in. It took us over an hour to get things straight and the lady at the service desk almost gave us a room that was reserved by someone else. She still didn't give us the correct rate and my husband had to spend another thirty minutes when we checked out so that was annoying. The water park was very clean and fun. I will say that some lifeguards enforce rules while others don't. Also our grandson purchased a water canon in their store and then was told that he could not use it at the pool so be aware that toys are not allowed in the waterpark area. We enjoyed the arcade and I would suggest going between 8 AM and 10 AM when the arcade is half price. For the most part we went out and got food because the waterpark resturaunts are expensive. We did eat one day at The Swimmin' Chicken and the food was very good! Please note that the hotel can get loud as you may hear kids running up and down the halls and babies crying when you are trying to sleep. We did have tickets for the big outdoor water park but we never went to it. I would give this 3.5 stars but I am rounding up.

Staff was called and came up with the bright idea of applying disinfectant and assured us the room "should be good," but the smell now became" lavender flavored sour milk" and never improved. After nearly 20 hours we were finally moved to the room across the hall. While the second room was somewhat better, we were still greeted by that same sour mold smell every time we stepped into the hallway. Eventually, day 3 we requested yet another room. Three rooms in three days is simply too much moving for anyone trying to enjoy a vacation. They should have never put anyone in the initial room to begin with. Because of this and the repeated room issues and the disruption to my vacation they caused, I have to give this stay 0 stars for accommodations, despite the otherwise enjoyable facilities and dining experience. I told an employee that I couldn't do stairs, and his first response was to tell me to take them anyway. After explaining again that I needed the elevator, I stood there for several minutes before he finally moved the rope and let me on. He then told me the elevator only went to the second floor, which left me wondering what was on the third floor. For $40 per person, I honestly felt this attraction was overpriced. One of the more memorable exhibits on the second floor was a display where you could put your hand in 28-degree water to experience how cold the water felt for those who ended up in it. Other than that, I didn't feel like the experience justified the cost.

Bathroom wasn't cramped, water pressure good and temperature nice and hot. Quiet (we had a corner room) and we couldn't hear anything. Not even when neighbors opening or closing their door. Even had a workspace if you were working while you were supposed to be on vacation. Amenities included shuttle to and from the park. Pool and Spa (didn't partake). Went to the bar/restaurant - see other review and an on site convenience store. Free parking. I'm sure there are more but that's just all that comes to mind because we were for the park.
