Throughout my treatment, the team was able to accommodate my appointments to my schedule, the let me know if payments had to go out at a different time than agreed upon, I was always sent texts for appt confirmation, and my visits were timely and consistent. When adjustments had to be made, Dr. Massih was sure to let me know exactly what would happen next and gave me timeline of events as my teeth moved. I finished my treatment a little before I was set to finish, which was a nice surprise.
