I almost want to leave four stars just to make their rating seem more believable, but I can't justify giving them less than five. Dr. Peter Lee is fan-freaking-tastic, and every person I've met at this office is someone I would hire in a heartbeat. They're consistently polite and professional, and they genuinely seem happy to be there. I've visited on every day of the workweek throughout my Spark braces journey, so I feel like I would have noticed if anyone had a case of the Mondays. On one occasion, members of the team even came in for me on their day off--and I didn't realize it was their day off until later. That's how gracious and professional they were. I also ask a LOT of questions, and everyone has always made me feel that they were genuinely happy to answer them. The office is modern, thoughtfully designed, and easy to navigate. Soft background music plays throughout the space, while strategically placed TVs show a curated mix of fun, relaxing visuals. There's even a Vestaboard in the waiting room, which is a big favorite of mine. The care feels personal. Dr. Lee makes a point of checking in with every patient and spending as much time with them as they need. I've often felt like the most important patient in the building, which could earn five stars on its own. Compared with many other practices I've visited, this is one of the only places where I've never felt like I was viewed as a paycheck, and I've never felt pressured, rushed out the door, or upsold. My ortho journey began a year ago after YEARS or going back and forth contemplating if I should or shouldn't get the braces. I went to numerous consultations before finding NELA Orthodontics. The previous consultation told me I needed an expander and that my treatment would be 2 1/2 years long, that did not sit right with me since this was the first time any orthodontist had mentioned it. Took my 8 year old daughter here for a consult today at the advice of our dentist. The office staff and Dr. Lee were very nice and welcoming. Dr. Lee explained everything very clearly and shared that my daughter did not yet need braces, but we would continue to monitor. Dr. Lee is the best! My boyfriend was his patient at a previous location. We were both happy with the results, so of course I had to follow him to his new practice. He's thorough and good at what he does. You can tell he's passionate about his work. There's plenty of street parking as well as a dedicated lot if you can score a spot. The staff is also great, which is a sign that the office is managed well. They like to have fun while keeping it professional - check out their Instagram. You also get graded at each appointment on how well you're following your treatment plan. Good grades earn you raffle entries for cool prizes. There are lots of orthodontic practices out there - knowing I'm in the best hands, I'm happy to be spending my money here. It's a 20-minute commute for me compared to a 5-minute one I could be taking to a local clinic. Worth it for Dr. Lee! And a nice plus: he's not bad to look at! read more

I normally don't do reviews, but this place deserves praise. My treatment was for clear aligners which took a year and a half. The staff was incredible from the very beginning. Every time I called, they were responsive and kind. Whenever I came by for an appointment, my appointment time was honored and I never waited too long. I had my Invisalign done with Dr. Lee to fix my cross bite. I was told in the past that the only way to fix it was surgery (like, MAJOR jaw surgery) but he assured me it could be done. He was able to do a mini implant and I'm 90% done! It wasn't easy being consistent with wearing the Invisalign and the bands but I'm so happy with the results. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee. I went to him for adult braces. He was able to answer all my questions throughout the entire process and totally put me at ease. I wanted adult braces because I knew I wouldn't be disciplined to use Invisalign. I grew up with straight teeth and never needed braces but over the last few years, it became noticeable in photos that my teeth were shifting and I became self conscious of my smile. Last January I was searching for a place to get braces because I was very self conscious about my teeth. I saw this place on yelp and decided Id give it a try and it is one of the best decisions I have made. All the staff are very welcoming and have a positive attitude which makes the environment really good. One of the things that I love the most about this place is the interior. It is very clean and modern almost futuristic looking. The braces process was very simple and doctor lee did his best to meet my goals. When I was about to finish i noticed that the midline between my upper and lower teeth was a bit off and doctor lee pointed it out and said its better to wait a couple more months to make sure it lines up so that my teeth look as best as they can which shows me that he cares about the patient. Dr. Lee knows exactly what he's doing. My teeth were in bad shape when I first consulted with him to get braces. I had an outer bite and I did not smile because I was not confident and I did not like how my teeth were. I don't know where to start but I got braces in May 2018 and the entire process was well worth it because of Dr. Lee's expertise. He's very passionate about what he does and he takes the time to explain everything to his patients. He's always smiling and he makes the process so much easier to deal with. I disliked wearing my rubber bands at first but he constantly reminded me of the importance of wearing them. He did not rush to remove my braces until he was pleased that my teeth were perfectly aligned. Covid delayed the process of my braces getting removed but he did promise me that I'll have them off right in time for my wedding day. And he surely delivered.
