I must say this place has some good wings also. I always love mild lemon pepper when I order mine. I cant eat the suicide stuff like I used to be able to back in my 20's. I'm in my 50's now, it's time to scale back a little. It was a pick up order before I went to vote as the voting building was in the same big parking lot. It took like 10 minutes to get my food. Starting to hate this American deli, over and over again they do not care how they make you food. You can ask for extra crispy and extra wet mind you they charge you a arm and a leg for it, and it will be so squishy with no extra sauce to the point you have to ask for them to do it again. Please make sure you visibly see if they give you extra dressing that you paid for because they will lie and tell you they did and don't. I live down the street and my food is already cold, If you feel like you are to busy to care for people's food then maybe you should limit the amount of customers you take because this is ridiculous. read more

This place serves up a great philly and some crispy, tasty wings! Also, their fries are sooooooo good especially with some extra seasoning. Try out the chicken philly. I find it way tastier than the beef philly. You can also always request crispier wings. My favorite flavors are lemon pepper and teriyaki. The Reuben here is also really good with tons of meat and sauce! I haven't had a Reuben before, so I'm not sure what the standard is for it. I can't wait to try their burgers, gyros and fried fish! Not what one would expect for a place called "American Deli". They are trying to do too much and they are failing at all of it. The food isn't even mediocre.... and the service is shit. We ordered our food to eat in, and after a long wait we were given our food in a to-go bag. We figured they just forgot so we sat down to eat and five minutes later they told us to pack it up and leave. Didn't even get to finish the shit meal we overpaid dearly for. Frequent customer but I order chicken fried rice and Parmesan garlic wings. The cashier typed the incorrect order. When my order was up. She showed me and closed the carton. The wings looked the same as the honey Parmesan garlic in color, so I didn't question it. didn't see chicken so I asked if it was chicken fried rice. She replies no did you want chicken I said yes. So she reruns me and charges me 1.49 In between taking orders she was preoccupied with her phone. Needless to say, I make it home and she gave me lemon pepper wings. I called and told her I didn't get the correct order. She states I typed in lemon pepper so that's what you ordered. I mentioned how she messed up my rice as well. She put me on hold, comes back and tells me you caught the rice but they are not fixing the wings. Customer service here was horrible!!
