They're not something i seek out or even suggest at times, so I have absolutely zero authority when it comes to saying something is "authentic", it hate that term with a passion. I can confidently say that, out of the cheesesteaks we've had in our 24 years of marriage... these are definitely the best and stick out by a long shot. A very long shot.
