So I have visited this business twice now. First visit was good with the order taker being too involved with everyone next to her had going on and kept pausing us while we ordered. The cook at the time knew what she was doing and did make the order to how we liked it. Food came out hot and the presentation looked great with no wasted space. 2nd visit the order taker was the same person and this time was more focused on getting our order but there was a mistake with us not getting what we ordered . This was rectified and we all were able to sit down as a family and enjoyed our meal. Ambiance when you walk in has been good and the team seems friendly. It's always hot and stuffy when you walk in here. I get a small chicken philly & fries $6.99. The guy asks something and I have no idea what he's asking me. Then I realize he saying: do you want onions, peppers, lettuce and tomato. I respond yes. I watch the next three people order after me go through the same thing. I tried coming today once again for the third time Charlie's is close at 6:30 when you're supposed to close at seven the guy and the girl working there just looked at me like no they're not gonna open the door. Their sign says open but their door is locked. They refused the service and didn't bother to give us an explanation.I tried calling corporate but I got a few emails that I am going to contact as well but it shouldn't be a every weekend thing and when they are working, it definitely closes before they're supposed to. I don't think they should be doing that and their owner or whoever runs this shit know that that's not OK they are deceiving people that are coming to get it so open and it's closed and they still have a sign of any color or light up on I really hope somebody does something about it because it's more than one. I went up to get a soda refill and he yelled at me for it. Everytime I come the workers get worse and worse. I order the same thing everytime, today I went in ordered it exactly as I do everytime they called my nunber and made the wrong sandwich, I tried to explain this and India the girl working the cash register yells over to the opposite side of the counter i and standing at that they didn't make it wrong I ordered it wrong, which is in fact not true i was given a completely wrong order, instead of her saying it's no big deal she continues to argue with me while there is a customer in front of her she was helping out.
