On a business trip and was so excited to find such a great place close to our hotel. If I lived in Denver, it would be at the top of my list. I had the Thai Peanut Curry with potatoes, broccoli, carrot, and onions and it was SO good. My husband had the Pad Thai and I got a To Go order of the Tom Kha, Thai Coconut milk soup with chicken, lemongrass, galangal, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes and cilantro for lunch the next day. Being generous here with the 3 stars. Staff was friendly, the location is convenient to us. Wanted to like this place, but the food is.. not very good. Mushy overcooked rice, soggy 3 flavor chicken, chicken in the curry had a funk to it... gamey. Maybe it was an off day, but there are much better Thai places to go. If your Thai restaurant doesn't offer the condiment (Nam Som Prik Dong: Thai Chillies Steeped in Vinegar) it's not the real deal. read more

This family Owned restaurant is our favorite Thai restaurant so far. We've been there twice in the past two weeks and ordered the exact same thing and we loved it! We had the vegetarian appetizers, potstickers, Tom Kha coconut chicken veggie soup and shrimp pad Thai which we shared - enough for 2 people. It's a new restaurant located adjacent to JCPenney's at the mall with plenty of parking. We found it very clean and safe during Covid. The owner came by to ask how we liked it and we thought that was a nice touch. We will definitely come back and recommend it. read more

My wife is allergic to broccoli. We ordered with specific instructions to not include which they admitted to. BUT, they offered a store credit but no refund as we used doordash since they don't deliver. The guy on the phone said they messed up but he didn't and was just unlucky that he answered the phone. Do not go here as they don't have any ethics, don't stand behind their products....who knows what else is actually going on in the back. Poor service and even more poor attitude. read more

I'm truly sad that we had such a negative experience at Charm since I had high hopes for a new Thai place in the area. Here are some key points: Drinks: They don't serve ANY alcohol. I have no idea why this isn't mentioned in any other reviews or on the website. I also asked if we could bring our own bottle of wine in the future like many other non serving places allow and they said no. Food: we had the chicken wing app which was way over cooked. The peanut salad was decent. Husband got the chicken 3 ways (teriyaki chicken) and ordered it the extra spicy. It was so breaded and they made it extra spicy by putting a ton of red pepper flakes on it. That's not how it's done in traditional Thai cuisine. I had the pork shoulder skillet and I guarantee it wasn't a shoulder cut. It was so dry plus the sticky rice was undercooked and delivered in a plastic baggy ummm. Service: so slow! We could hear the wait staff arguing with the kitchen, the front desk people, takeout orders, etc. We had to ask 3x for water refills. Hubby's entree came out almost 10 mins before mine. Again, I'm sad to write this review but feel like I had to since I was totally shocked by the experience based on all the other reviews. Charm was great at the 120th location. Now smaller portions, but to be expected after covid. The rating was on the curry. jungle curry, supposedly Thai hot. I am not a Thai food expert so I cannot comment on authenticity but I can tell you the food was delicious. We started out by our server bringing us water. He gave us plenty of time with the menu and answered all our questions. The food came quickly and was delicious. I really liked that they served salt and red pepper on the side so you can season to taste. Each plate was around $13.00 but there was more than enough. My husband and son were able to finish theirs but barely. The service was also excellent, no exaggeration. Best we've experienced even in some 5 star restaurants. Our glasses would barely get 1/2 and Scott was there to fill it up. We were not the exception. He was always moving around and making sure everyone had everything they needed. Another small touch which I appreciated was that the silverware was wrapped in a napkin but the napkin was one of the really thick ones that feels more like cloth. All of these little things added up to a wonderful night out. If you're looking for something different for a quick dinner out I would highly encourage this new place. I had the Tom yum ramen and it didn't taste great the ramen wasn't ramen noodles they were like Italian pasta noodles in soup. We had five people and only two of them enjoyed their dishes. We paid 105$ for a small amount of food. Not bad bud definitely nothing to write home about. read more

I ordered pick up. I ordered Pak Kee Mao with tofu chicken and shrimp and they included the beef in my order. I am religious so this offended me, because it was a simple request to not include beef. Overall before I noticed the beef, the food didn't taste like authentic Thai at all, noodles were very bland without any flavor. Love, love love this spot. Have tried half the items on the menu over multiple visits. Just flat out delicious food that leaves you wishing for more and planning your next visit. The portions are perfect size and they can dial up the heat to your preference. I've taken to ordering extra so I can take it home for lunch the next day! You really want to like this place, the people are friendly. Walked in for lunch last week at 1230, there was not one other person there, in fact the kitchen was dark. So where did our food come from? Not quite sure. But when you make your spring rolls not with rice paper but with dry, spongey dim sum pancakes, then cut them up like sushi rolls, something is definitely off. Chicken satay was decent, the pad thai was not bad, so the stars are for those. The fact it's dead inside tells me this place isn't long for this world. Ugh terrible experience. I called and they told me they couldn't make my panang curry mild. Then I got my panang curry- probably the worst panang curry I've ever had. Paul and Kay have moved and renamed "Zo" to a new location in Orchard Shopping Center. There's no Sushi this time, but they've elevated their Thai food offerings to new heights.
