Cassi replied with "we are booked 4+ weeks in advance, best wishes". She did not ask me when I wanted the service done. I could have gone elsewhere in the first few weeks and booked in two months. But apparently she has enough business that she doesn't need to generate any more with inquiries.

Levi is a jerk!!!…read more He called me for a cancellation spot was sweet as pie and as soon as I walked in he looked at me like I was annoying him to even walk in. I told him who I was and just continued to be rude. I still left my puppy for a puppy cut because I've been going to this location since it was CJ's pet grooming over 20 years now. When returning Levi asked me to pay I asked him if I could see my puppy first he asked why. I explained before I paid a tip I'd like to see him. He got frustrated with me and went and got him and put him on the counter I looked at my puppy saw that he needed his butt area trimmed he grabbed my puppy took him to a lady groomer whispered in her ear and before I knew it they shaved his whole butt area. I think Levi has poor communication skills and is very rude. He has lost me and my entire family as a groomer and 4 of us used to go there.
