It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

BEST part was I had a huge dent in the front fender that I figured I'd pay to fix later this year yet upon pick up the dent was gone!? (Matt?) worked on my car and went completely out of his way to fix the dent. Total cloud 9 jaw drop! Sarah, Forrest, the gentlemen with fun colored hair... everyone is helpful and the biz is so well structured and efficient. No one likes spending on a broken down car but somehow I always walk out of here feeling like my car should break down again just so I can come back lol

AM PM Diesel had the truck for appx 2 weeks, they called and advised truck was ready for pickup. When picked up truck, they never touched the death wobble (which was the main reason for taking truck in); they addressed 2 other smaller items on the list and charged us over $5,000. Called their office to find out why none of the other items were addressed & why they did NOT repair the death wobble. We never received a call back nor did they answer our questions about the death wobble nor the other repairs. With the $5 grand they charged most of the repairs should have been made, including the death wobble. Instead they charged enormous amount of money for the 2 repairs (one was only "checking" for leak in radiator, which they indicated was not leaking). BUYER BEWARE - We will NEVER take our truck back to AM PM for repair. Overcharged (by appx 2x) what they did do & NEVER addressed the death wobble, which is dangerous and we are unable to drive our truck except for around town until it's repaired. AM PM didn't even make 1 "Star", D&N

I was stranded four hours from home, exhausted, emotional, and not in the best shape after a long drive and a crazy work week. The guy they sent (a super professional blonde guy who's been with the company over 10 years--I'm so mad I can't remember his name!) not only arrived Jimmy John's quick but seriously turned my whole day around. Not only did he know exactly what to do, but he had me laughing with jokes while still being totally on top of things. Being that I drive a Toyota it's safety features were being a pain--it kept relocking itself and setting off the alarm while he tried to get in, so he had to pop the hood and disconnect the battery to get the keys out(which he forewarned me about). On top of it being a fussy Toyota, my driver door is messed-up & my hood latch, so I know my service was a PITA but he stayed calm and patient the entire time. I was so grateful he was the one sent out. He wouldn't even let me tip him! I honestly couldn't not have had a better experience. If you're ever locked out, I hope you get someone like him.

When I first contacted the dealership around 11 AM regarding the truck, I specifically asked for a price breakdown before making the drive out there. I was told that "the price listed on the website is what we charge" and that they "don't have add-ons." However, by the time I arrived at the dealership around 5:15 PM the same day, the price had already increased by roughly $1,000 before we even finalized numbers. I even provided proof through a screenshot of the listing. I was then (heavily) encouraged to complete the financing application after already being pre-approved through my lender. After moving forward with the financing process and approval, the deal structure changed multiple times again after the vehicle went through service inspection. I was later told the truck needed approximately $4,000 in repairs and was repeatedly asked to split the repair cost 50/50 by adding another roughly $2,000 out of pocket. Throughout the process, I also felt pressured to make a decision quickly while the numbers continued changing. To the dealership's credit, they did remove optional add-on packages after I pushed back. However, the repeated pricing changes, pressure during negotiations, and requests for me to absorb repair costs after financing was already underway made the experience stressful and difficult to navigate as a customer. I would strongly recommend that anyone shopping here ask for a complete written breakdown of: - selling price - trade value - amount financed - repair issues - optional products - or avoid this location before completing financing or emotionally committing to a vehicle purchase. The truck itself was nice, but the overall process became much more complicated than expected.

Within two weeks of their work, the tread on BOTH rear tires separated from the belts. Was it their fault? The answer seems obvious--judge for yourself: * Timing + duplication = common cause. Two identical failures, on the same vehicle, right after one service event, point to (1) a shared condition introduced, or (2) factory-installed tires that were already failing and weren't detected during an alignment/rotation. The odds of both tires--less than halfway through their usable life--failing identically by chance at the same time are astronomical. Not detecting failing tires during an alignment/rotation is gross incompetence. Either would be a case of Stroeher's dropping the ball--with potentially deadly consequences. * They controlled the risk factors. The service manager (Lane) insisted "nothing we did could have caused it." During alignment/rotation a shop sets tire pressures, handles mounting/beads, torques lugs, and evaluates tire condition. Errors in any of those can lead to overheating/over-deflection, which can result in tread/belt separation (per NTSB and USTMA). So it appears Lane is either unqualified to do his job, or he was lying. * Duty of care--breached. They returned the car still misaligned after charging for alignment, then brushed off concerns. When I said I was unhappy with the original alignment, Lane handed me the keys and said, "If you aren't happy with our service, you should take it somewhere else." No investigation, no documentation, no concern. Bottom line: reckless indifference to customer safety and an abject refusal to take accountability. And I get an alignment that didn't fully align the car and ended up costing me over $700.
