If I could select zero stars... I WOULD! This dealership is owned by a guy named Shawn who has the worst customer service imaginable. When my fiance and I bought this car I thought he was just having a crummy day so I choose to not give him a bad review and chose to give him the benefit of the doubt. However, after 2 years, he still has the same horrible attitude. He called me dumb while I was on the phone with him and told me that if I had any issues with the car it wasn't his fault given that it had been two years. Shaharouz (Sean) has been very fair and far more kind than any used car salesman I've ever dealt with! We took the car next door to have the mechanics and Four Car Garage check it out. The car ended up having some issues that Shaharouz didn't know about and he backed off the cost of what it might cost to fix!!! He came down to exactly the number that we were willing to pay. I was looking for a car that's rare to find... filtering my options to a to specific trim, low mileage and most importantly a car within my budget would naturally be hard to find. I noted the 5 star reviews and jokingly asked the owner (Sean) if his family had written them. He said he worked hard to earn them, and indeed he has earned mine. He had a Camry in my price range, one owner, in excellent condition but with a lot of miles on it. I asked to have the car inspected by a nearby Toyota dealer and not only did Sean not resist, but he arranged taking it to the dealer and picking it up. Sean was also reasonable to negotiate with and polite and respectful throughout the sales cycle. Being in sales myself, I know you can't please everyone, and noticed the recent 1 star review. Whatever is going on there, it couldn't be further from my experience. I waited a bit -- two weeks -- to make sure there were no surprises. I brought the car to a local garage to have the rear breaks done, as flagged in the dealer inspection, and the mechanic said the car is in excellent condition. The carI bought had a lot of small mechanical and cosmetic dents..that could be easily missed and Shawn wont tell you about them. He pretends to be a concerned and helpful But is not. The words that come to find are dishonest,deceiptful and greedy I I usually don't by cars from used car dealers.. typically a new car dealer or a private party. I made a mistake and bought this car from Shawn at Chase, He is a true used car dealer.. I had Problems right from the begining and he acted like he didnt know about any of the mechanical or dents.. He also delayed getting the issues resolved and then had the Nerve to say " well at least you support a local small business\person" .. Never again!
