    My rating is due to the great customer service SAMANTHA and JUDE gave. It was my first time at a dealership to get my own car, so I was really nervous. But the Putnam Kia Team was awesome! Everyone had a smile on their face, was super friendly, and the dealership itself was clean. While I was waiting to get my car detailed and some gas in the tank, I was able to watch how the other people in sales engaged with the other clients. It was really nice to see everyone being professional and ready to help! Samantha was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable about the car. I came in with my sister to initially test drive the 2026 Kia K5 GT-Line and ended up leaving with it due to her. Throughout the drive, it wasn't awkward at all-- as if I was merely driving around with a friend. That's how comfortable we felt! Jude, who's in finance (I believe the offices are shared with Toyota) was also awesome! The process for the paperwork was really smooth and didn't take long to finish at all. It wasn't as intimidating as it would seem thanks to his friendly personality and humor. Plus, the car itself is a 10/10! She's incredibly smooth and easy to drive. All the features are so incredible, especially that panoramic sunroof, and my family also likes this car. Especially my dog! Besides, the red leather seats are to die for. I'd 100% recommend this dealership if you're looking to test drive or buy a car!

    What an amazing experience. I had walked in less than an hour to close and Rishi was kind enough to show me a Kia sportage hybrid AND allow me to take it for a test drive. I was in the car market and was test driving a lot of cars and fell in love with this one. Rishi was not pushy whatsoever he gave me his card and the next week I ended up buying a car from him. The experience was truly very smooth and Rishi and Francisco were super helpful. I've had my new car for almost a week and Rishi has been checking in to see how it's going and if I have any questions which is truly very appreciating he is following the process even after buying the car. It shows he cares for his customers. Thank you for making my experience truly memorable!

I previously went to another auto repair who listed several issues (engine oil, brake belt, leaking water coolant, replace filters, tires, etc). I definitely needed serious repairs done. The previous shop quoted me $3k including labor. I asked around and was recommended Lou's. I called 730am and he called me back 15 mins later and welcomed me to bring the car by for a free inspection. He said the previous shop was correct in their assessment. I did need all those repairs but a couple could wait until my next oil change or in 5000 miles. He also said I could go to Costco to get my tires done (a place that referred business elsewhere def means he's looking out for customers!!). He quoted me $1696 including labor!!! I was shocked and grateful for his honest quote. I was able to leave the car and pick it up at the end of the day. They also test drove it on the streets and freeway to make sure everything was solid. I cannot rave enough about Lou's. I trust him and his crew 1000%. He made a life customer.

    This review is meant for a full set of tire replacements on 10/29/2025 and subsequent warranty…read morereplacement for driver side rear tire on 1/19/26. Invoices are attached highlighting the staff that helped as well as things I felt were important to highlight. Basically: the price-matching and the hassle-free warranty replacement (since damage was deemed irreparable). What isn't shown in the invoices is how attentive and considerate Mauricio (red shirt) was during my warranty replacement visit. Highlights: (1) he put my car in the system such that I would be immediately next in line as soon as the replacement tire came in, (2) spent considerable extra time with me to diagnose TPMS (tire pressure monitor) issues after the replacement, and; (3) made sure I had face-to-face contact with another red-shirt member (Sebastian) in case my TPMS issues were unresolved when Mauricio is not present. I did want to mention that it was extremely busy when I came in. It took me some time to actually get to talk to Mauricio specifically, but his professionalism was worth the wait. Lastly, I wanted to give a shout out to the technicians that actually serviced my vehicle on 10/29/25 and 01/19/26: those guys did fine by me. PS: Mauricio was right; driving a few miles fixed my TPMS issue. PPS: With the amount of construction in Millbrae and Burlingame, I'll probably see these guys again--when I do I'll be confident I'll be taken care of well.

I went back around 3:30 to see where things were at and to wait around for my car since I didn't have anything better to do. They had a line of 28 people waiting for their cars to be worked on. They were telling everybody, all 28 of those cars, that they would be done by 6 PM. There was a guy who came in to check on the car that he left yesterday, they told him his car would also be done by 6 PM. I believed them 0% that my car was gonna get touched this evening and I drove away after wasting nearly 5 hours, at 4:45, with a screw still in my tire. editing this at 6:40 the same day, they called because they were finally ready to begin service on my car. lmfao!

Shortly after the service, my car began leaking oil significantly. Within days, the engine started producing smoke. I had the vehicle inspected by another mechanic, who found that an INCORRECT oil filter had been installed. This improper installation led to oil loss and further engine damage. Prior to this service, I did not have any visible oil leaks (no oil on the ground, no smoke). When I contacted the shop, they denied responsibility and only referred to a "pre-existing leak," without addressing the incorrect oil filter installation at all. They also stopped responding after I provided this information. I have since filed a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and am providing documentation and evidence. I recommend being very cautious when considering this shop. THEY ALSO mixed up my service records with a completely different vehicle I owned in the past, which raised concerns about their accuracy!

I wanted validation of that first. Rodrigo came out to show me and was making up all sorts of stuff like feel the grooves, it needs a replacement. Still not convinced as I wasn't getting a straight answer to how many mm are left with proof, I went under the car and took this picture. There is more than 50% left, about 70% of a full pad. The little low pad warning visual helper notch is still there as well. Are the clerks incentivized to make one time sales over running a honest business? Please make good win-win long term decisions for yourself Big O. I appreciate the tire repair but not the dishonest upsell.
