Tldr: this is your guy for BMW M cars Fantastic experience all-round here. I was in the process of buying an E92 M3, and was looking to just talk to someone who is familiar with the platform. Imad was recommended to me by someone who runs numerous V10 M6s and goes to him for the maintenance. I totally see why - Integrity does a great job, and they're honest people. M cars are finnicky and delicate, and expensive as hell when they break.... so you want someone you can trust to take care of your car. It turned out Integrity was actually selling a really nice E92 M3. I got a great price and bought the car, and it was a very pleasant experience all round. He even threw in a free oil change for me several months after I purchased. Crucially, I bought the car on the premise that it was maintained by someone who was intimately familiar and experienced with this engine. After 1000 miles of driving, the car has had no issues barring a slightly bent wheel. Imad also did a great job installing a valvetronic exhaust for me, and was very generous with how he charged for his time. I have also appreciated the constant advice and honest suggestions about what I should do next. Another thing worth noting - every time you walk in, there is a BMW M car of some kind being fixed up. Don't buy a car from this trash dealership. I barely got my car from this dealership last year and already have so many problems with the car and mechanic bills. The car has an AC problem where the heater doesn't work. The car also doesn't want to start sometimes. There's also a problem where the screen freezes. I brought these issues up with the owner in the first two weeks of purchasing the vehicle which he always had an excuse for. Owner really said he had trouble with my bank because I couldn't qualify for a loan when I paid for most of the car out of pocket. Really think I have issues getting a small loan ? Hysterical. I let the owner know right away of the issues I had with the car and he told me you bought a used car that should be expected. Complete trash. Use your money elsewhere. Not to mention I was pregnant at the time I bought my car and he proceeded to tell me how much weight his wife gained after having kids. How she used to be 125lbs a really thin woman and how she would eat so much because of her pregnancy cravings. That should have been the biggest red flag. I also recently learned that he was asking my husband when we had to meet at the bank what he does for a living and how much money he makes. When my husband answered him and told him he works for a high school, he told my husband it must be hard to work somewhere where there's so many pretty young girls while being married. Disgusting. Worst experience ever and this is my 5th used car I have purchased. Steer clear of this place. I also have texts which he constantly contacts yelp to take down. I would be happy to provide if anyone has doubts. How are they false reviews when they're literally text message conversations between us. Why tf would I pay you to fix something on the car THAT I HAD JUST BOUGHT FROM YOU?!??? You did not disclose any problems that the car had. YOU ARE A SCAMMER. You know the old joke... a girl walks into a mechanic's shop, and suddenly her bank account goes missing. This was not the case, probably for the first time in my life. My check engine light in my Mini Cooper has been on for about a year. No mechanic seemed to be able to come up with the correct solution, despite several costly attempts to get it to stay off. After dealing with a fast talking Berkeley shop and getting an estimate of $4,100 for a problem they said may or may not but probably existed, my guy recommended Integrity Motors. It was a bit of a hike, but when i got there, the shop was immaculate, the crew was busy but polite, and Imad got my car in for a look immediately. I was given an estimate of less than $500, and he said he could get right on it. I went to get a coffee and when i got back, the check engine light was off and the car was humming! I kept my fingers crossed, and left...weeks later the check engine light is still off and the car is still purring. I will make the drive from Boulder Creek to San Mateo from now on whenever i have a problem with my little zoomer, and for regular maintenance. It's no minor miracle to find someone who treats women, their vehicles, and their bank accounts with respect, and i feel completely comforted knowing that my car is in the hands of a skilled professional who knows exactly what he's doing! I had been looking for a 2007 Volvo S60R for 2.5 years with specific features, color, incredible "babied" condition, one owner and low miles. I finally found "the one" but since I live in Boston, MA and Integrity is located in San Mateo, CA I thought oh well forget about it even though the images looked gorgeous and the miles were under 50k. I left a message on a Friday out of curiosity and Imad returned my call promptly. After discussing the car for over an hour on the phone he said to sleep on it and chat again over the weekend. I obviously was rather hesitant to purchase a vehicle over the internet especially out on the west coast but felt reassured after speaking with Imad. Long story short, the Volvo is now getting used to Boston roads and New England and I couldn't be more pleased. The whole process went incredibly well and easy. Imad went above and beyond in answering all my questions, taking multiple detailed pictures including putting it up on the lift so I could see the engine, tranny, exhaust, all suspension components, etc. He showed me that there was a scuff on the front bumper from rubbing a curb and he had that repaired no questions asked and no additional charge. He arranged for a 3rd party shipping company to come and pick up the vehicle, keeping me updated throughout the process with text messages and images. The quote for door to door was very competitive and I opted for the covered transport which wasn't too much more than uncovered. When the vehicle arrived (on schedule and on time) I was truly impressed and ecstatic as the car is a gem and in pristine condition - it drives even better! I even took the car to my Volvo shop (only works on Volvo's ) to make sure everything was to spec and they were blown away - rims zero curbing, paint shiny, leather supple, engine bay not a spec of fluid or dust, all maintenance up to date, drives nice and tight, and the undercarriage literally looks like it just drove off from a showroom and ZERO stains. They said it's the nicest R they have seen since '07 (final year of production) and as a bonus this vehicle literally was one of the last to come off of the production line in May '07. It is a shame the car has to now deal with New England winters. I said I may have to store it during those months hah. I highly recommend Integrity Motors as they really deliver...literally. I'm so glad I made that call on Friday evening. It took less than three weeks from initial contact to delivery. No funny business, hidden fees, shady tactics, etc. Imad is a man of his word and he earned my full trust. Whether in the Bay Area or out of state and looking for a clean and well cared for, one owner, low miles, luxury vehicle, definitely check out Integrity!! Do not purchase any lemon used car from Imad(shop owner) , my wife and I purchased a used Mercedes Benz GLC 300 2018 a couple months back that was apparently his wife's car and has a bunch of dings and scratches and he offered to fix that before selling it and after months the scratches are starting to come out , at first San Mateo credit union was having trouble processing the loan for the vehicle for some reason then we noticed there was a problem because he had not mentioned that he purchased the car off auction and he had not ever once mentioned that to us until the bank had us ask him because they had no record of where the car was previously purchased. We first purchased the car during summer and noticed that the AC was blowing hot air and I emailed him about it and his response was that it was because it was very hot during summer . Three months went by and we have not put 500 miles in and it was already asking for oil change so I checked the oil and it was dark old oil and he claimed that his shop uses a purple oil.. I took it to his shop and all he did was reset the service reminder. Heres the email he sent so if you plan on doing oil change here avoid it at all costs. I took the car to him couple weeks back because he said he would take care of the AC problem and he diagnosed it and it showed the ac vent was broken so when the AC was turned on it was blowing hot and and when the heater was on it would blow cold air , remind you that I told him about the issue July 18 when he sold us the car during the 30 day warranty. I took it again yesterday and asked him for an estimate on when the car would get fixed but no response. I called him this morning and he started telling me I was going to pay out of pocket for an issue that the car had already when we sold us the car , his response was "what do you expect you bought a used car I sold it as is". Just goes to show you what kind of shady operation these guys are running. I decided I would pick up my car , upon my arrival I noticed my gps dash cam was unplugged and the gas tank was under. I went through the footage and shows it was unplugged at 6:54pm and my car had chip crumbs and chip bags on the floor. I bought my bmw e39 M5 from Imad back in March, and the car was clean and the pictures in the ads were very accurate. I had a great buying experience, and we had an agreement at the purchase price + a list of flaws I had found on the car that would be fixed at no additional cost! They refinished the wheels that had curb rash, replaced my trunk button actuator, replaced the cracked fog light, reprogrammed the door locks since one door did not lock, and most of the door dings. Car was as good as new when I came back to pick it up. They also offered a warranty for an additional fee, but I decided to decline it since I like to work on my car for most jobs. However, if you are someone who would rather have the shop do everything for you, get the warranty. If theres a issue that I cannot resolve, I would definitely consider coming back here for repair! They find many enthusiast BMWs and other makes and models that is hard to find anywhere else. Integrity also has their own auto shop for repairs as well! Brought my BMW X5 to this place for a brake pad/rotor replacement, fooled by the sign of "BMW specialist" on its building. We went on a trip to Sierra mountains the following weekend. While we were driving on the mountain road, THE new brake started to make a strange swooshing sound, like the pad wobbling against the rotor or something. Weird thing is that the sound come and go though we did definitely smell the burning smell. We were really uneasy about this for the whole trip while we were on the mountain. After we came back, the wobbling sound did not show up doing local drive. But I had it recorded earlier and played the audio to the guys in the shop. Convinced them to check the brake again, trying to figure out the reason and resolve the uncertainty. I was told nothing was wrong and they did not see any signs of friction with it. And I had to bring it to another garage to get it checked and reassembled. And a couple months passed and the car drives w/o any issue. It's my choice to have my vehicle serviced at this garage in the first place, so, no complains. BUT, would like to share the lesson learned with others, if they do not know how to do a regular brake replacement job, it is really hard to believe they are really specialists. And another thing, if you have to bring your vehicle there for service, please ask them to put down everything in writing, otherwise you are in for big surprises when bad things happened. read more

Yet another of those shady dealerships I unfortunately visited to buy a car, and wasted my time and money. Went to see a Mercedes SL500 that the dealer confirmed multiple times on phone was in great condition -- without oil leaks or codes. Took the car for a mechanic check, which revealed otherwise. Dealer refused to accept any issue even after I showed him photos (that my mechanic took) of big oil leaks inside the engine and photocopy of computer codes. At this point, his professionalism takes a u-turn. Unable to argue rationally, he starts to behave super rudely, even going to the extent of using *scare tactics*. Buyers BEWARE, make sure to get any car properly mechanic-checked before buying from here. read more

If this sounds like a copied review, it isn't. It's just another overly satisfied customer of Integrity Motors. I wholeheartedly support Imad and the team at Integrity Motors. They live up to their name, run a clean garage, provide great service, and give you honest answers - which to me is a first in auto care. I took my 328 coupe in to Integrity, after wasting $200 of time/money on a diagnosis at the stealership for warning lights that were going off. The dealer wanted about $3000 to replace airbag system. I wasn't convinced and took my car to Imad who suggested we go with a simpler solution. He spent as much time that was needed and found the actual part that was defective, charged me a very fair amount for the labor, and had the car fixed. No upsell, no scare tactics, no fuss. Who does that? Only those that really care about the customer and fixing the real issue. I did have to take the car in twice, once for the diagnosis, and one for the part replacement and leave the car there for the day, but that's understandable. The part did take a while to get, but that's a minor issue compared to the great service and money saved. Imad was also very courteous and gave me rides to the local coffee shop so I could continue to work while the car was fixed, both times. I will not hesitate to go to Imad for any professional work that the car needs and have already recommended the shop to friends/family. In fact, I'm already planning to go to them again for a airbox swap. If you have a need for honest, reliable, reasonable BMW or Euro car mechanic shop, then look no further then Integrity Motors. Anyone considering a used car from any source should get a mechanical inspection! I tried doing that myself, drove on a test drive a short distance and the car seemed OK, I mean the engine sounded allright and the brakes worked fine that's about all you can rely on froom a behind the wheel test. The car showed a mileage figure well under 100K miles so I took a gamble, tried to get a small discount and failed so I bought it. Unfortunately the little things that I found on my own such as (badly) needing ball joints and a fan belt were soon displaced by a continuing series of check engine lights occurring the day after I signed the papers. Finally after a highly experienced mechanic did some careful examination and it was discovered the Gremlin was a cracked manifold which cost me $1700 to replace plus another $800 in MAF sensors and a few things that were shot. It is obvious that the PO had continuing check engine lights during the time before Imad bought the car and all Integrity Motors did was reset the OBC and tell me the car was fine. Buyer Beware! Words to the wise: Get a professional mechanical evaluation and drive a car at least 10 miles before you buy it! read more
