We were only acknowledged by one of the tellers who then communicated with us that Xcyl had another call that was being prioritized and that we would have to wait another 20 mins to be helped. This is completely unacceptable and bad customer service. The only reason why I'm giving two stars is the teller who was kind enough to communicate with us about what was going on. I got a letter from them saying that they had signed me up for Identity Theft Protection product that I never signed up for - got two letters so they signed me up for this twice and they are going to reimburse me for the costs of this. I was supposed to receive the payments in January 2024 but have not yet and when I call to follow up the payments are still pending. So they cannot even make restitution in a timely manner. I am glad I switched from this bank. I am usually a very low key customer and had banked with them for years but this signing people up for products that they do not want is totally unethical and a really poor business practice. It is dishonest. About this branch though - I alway got good service here and the people are really nice so I will add stars for that. The tellers here are really nice.
