Amazing coffee!! All the staff are super sweet and friendly. The mobile order system is quick so if you're running late for work they have your coffee ready and they don't pour the ice until you get there so the coffee doesn't water down. LOVE THIS PLACE. Also, always very clean read more

Ordered the banana matcha and match-agato. Match-agato was a scoop of ice cream in a paper cup with maybe 15ml of matcha poured over it. To say it's the most ridiculous $6 I've ever spent at a cafe is an understatement. They also forgot to give us our banana matcha until we asked 15 minutes later. i'm glad i have visited this shop after their rebranding. they are of the few places that is open relatively late during the week. i find this shop so endearing as it allows for people with disabilities to socialize and obtain jobs. would 100% support businesses just off that alone but i do find their drinks relatively good. i am unfortunately not a fan of their matcha :( but would def recommend coming for their coffee!! read more

Came in an a Friday afternoon, wasn't too busy. I love the ambience and the aesthetic of the place! My first time trying Chase Coffee Roasters, the staff were very nice and the service was great! I ordered an iced lavender matcha latte which was very green and tasted amazing!! I also ordered a steak burrito which was the perfect portion and absolutely to die for! Add a bit of the Tapatio hot sauce provided and it is the perfect bite of fluffy scrambled eggs, cheesy tater tots and tender steak! Would recommend! Also lots of seating for studying. read more

The drinks I gotten a SENSORY LATTE, my mom said, "it's perfect between sweet and coffee, not to overly sweet, was good" Also got the SPANISH LATTE, kinda tasted just of condensed milk and coffee, didn't get the caramel or cinnamon flavor. What a great spot! We ordered an Iced Date Night and Hot Candy Heart off the holiday menu. Both drinks had just the right amount of sweetness and you get really nice hints of the fruit. I really enjoyed the decorations and layout of this place. The spinning chair was a cool concept. Also, $5 for bagel with cream cheese was super worth it because they loaded the cream cheese up! Has potential, but service is extremely slow. Make sure you have time to hang around. The ambiance is nice and it's super comfortable inside. They have a great selection of specialty drinks and even picked up a turmeric immunity shot. For food, Avocado toast was fantastic and the chocolate crescent well was a chocolate crescent (you can't really go wrong if you like them, you like them)! Also ordered a hot and iced Spanish latte which were good. They have the small ice which always makes me happy. I used to love coming to chase before class but the last few times I've come I've been disappointed with beverage quality and the staff. All of their drinks just taste like milk now... I got an iced matcha latte and it tasted like pure milk so I asked if I could pay for an extra scoop and was informed that their wasn't anymore matcha.. no wonder it has no matcha taste. came here to try the strawberry matcha and the strawberry puree and foam was sweet but matcha had absolutely no flavor, tasted extremely watered down and you could tell the color of the matcha it was not right...either they added too much milk or not enough matcha powder, but great big space area to work but if you are trying to get some good high quality matcha don't expect it from here! read more

This place is awesome! I come here to grab coffee and breakfast in the morning sometimes and everyone here is so nice! Great customer service, I've noticed that the staff also take initiative to recognize regulars which is something you don't see much anymore. Everything I've had from here has always been delicious. People are nice and ambiance is nice. This location used to be under another name and they did a rebranding. In that rebranding, all gift cards are void and only eligible for a free drink. I had a 15 dollar gift card that got me one drink. Very disappointing. Good spot, don't recommend buying a gift card in case they decide to rebrand again and take your money. read more

Coffee was great. I tried the foam latte (it had orange in it) and it was super smooth and the flavors went well together. The foam literally made me stop and go "omg that's good." The service was very polite-- I took forever to choose and he was nice about it. The vibes were very chill and plenty of comfy seating and soft light inside. After waiting a mind-numbing 45 minutes for a simple bagel, I dared to inquire about the status of my order, only to be met with extreme disrespect from male barista on staff. Instead of offering a genuine apology or explanation, I was rudely told that my food was "coming" and he "didn't know when." As if I should be grateful for the privilege of waiting endlessly. The blatant disregard for customer service and basic courtesy left a sour taste in my mouth, overshadowing any potential enjoyment of the food and coffee. Save yourself the frustration and find a coffee place that values its customers' time and dignity. On the other hand the female was very helpful.
