    Honey Lavender Latte
    Ebony G.

I really love the concept of this coffee house. The space is clean, open, relaxing, and there's plenty of parking. I also appreciate that they employ individuals with disabilities, that's something I genuinely respect. The only issue was the communication and consistency among staff. I ordered the Harmony Hummus, steak burrito, and a hot lavender honey latte to go. The coffee came out quickly and was about a 7/10. After waiting another 20 minutes for the food with no update, I asked about it and was told the food takes longer because it's made "fresh." What confused me was another customer who ordered after me received his food first. There was also confusion when I asked if the steak burrito could be modified without tater tots. One employee said yes, another said no because it was "premade." So it left me wondering , is the food made fresh or premade, and can modifications be made or not? The food itself was honestly great: * Steak burrito: 9/10 * Harmony Hummus: 9/10 I'd definitely come back because the atmosphere and food were good, but I think the staff just needs to be more on the same page. Customer service wasn't bad, just not the most welcoming overall , although one employee was genuinely friendly and stood out.

Favorite coffee spot! Service is great and the ambiance is nice with vert open and spacious seating area!

Love their matcha. Love their mission. I found out about this place on TikTok a while ago and finally got to try it. I got a matcha latte with coconut milk and it was the perfect shade of green. The matcha was strong and super earthy. Just a heads up that it comes unsweetened. They had a lot of seating, perfect for working or studying (especially being right across from CSUF).

This is the second cafe I've been to in Fullerton and I loved it. The staff was so so sweet. Our food took a bit longer, but when it was ready, they brought it to us, which I thought was so nice. We got the steak burrito (which was hefty) and the peach cobbler latte. The peach flavor was delightfully light, and wasn't too fruity or floral where you would get sick of it easily. And it came with a granola on top that I did not know I needed. The cafe is huge with plenty of charging ports, with art installations done by the art students at CSUF. And maybe because we came on a day where it wasn't too crowded, it wasn't too loud. Additionally, I fully support how and why they run their business: to give opportunities to disabled/special needs individuals who "conventional employers" would otherwise overlook. It is refreshing to see a company/business that puts aside stigma and gives people a chance. For, that they will forever and always have my support.

I love the concept of Chase Coffee Roasters- supporting employment for people with disabilities and enjoying quality coffee. It is a ginormous space in a lively plaza with a few multicultural restaurants. Ample parking. Perfect spot to work or study inside (so many seats and outlets to charge) or sit on the patio where you hear loud Pakistani music. I ordered a hot quad shot Sensory Latte (espresso, brown sugar, cinnamon) and a ham & cheese croissant sandwich. They accidentally gave me an iced beverage, when I asked for it to be hot. They were profusely apologetic and gave me a coupon for a free drink plus tried to give me the iced latte too. It was no big deal, but I appreciated how they really wanted to give me the best experience. My hot sensory latte and the ham & cheese croissant sandwich were good, not amazing. But I'll be back and I'm bringing friends next time!

TLDR: super slow, lackluster drinks, $$$ I got a decaf latte with their vanilla ccr cream and a steak burrito. The latte had zero sweetness, zero vanilla flavor, and the cream was orange..? The burrito was tiny for how expensive it was and tasted burnt. It also took 20 minutes to come out, so definitely not somewhere you can grab a quick lunch. Looks like they had lots of seating though and parking which is rare for being near CSUF!

The place was nice and spacious. The drinks were pretty good. We got a turkey and cheese croissant which was warm and toasty.

Perfect cafe in the most spacious lot. I stumbled upon this cafe on my feed and decided to try it out. It's at the corner of a bigger plaza which is great for location and visuals. Double doors into a wide interior seating and back seating as well. Big tables. The cafe hires lots of disabled and neurodivergent individuals and I could clearly see that they are working very hard :) I support this sm! Their drink sleeve has the drawing of ASL language as well, very welcoming atmosphere. I wish they had worn a shirt or identified themselves as neurodivergent or disabled so people don't have a negative preconception coming in. The steak burrito is amazing and delicious!! It's huge for a $16 burrito. Comes with spicy aioli, guac, and salsa :) I think it's a peaceful, bright, welcoming cafe. I love what they stand for and people they have working here. Great business!

I love a coffee shop with a good mission and Chase Coffee Roasters has a great mission. In addition to serving up great coffee, they also create employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. I love seeing inclusion and delicious lattes go hand in hand. I ordered the sensory latte (cinnamon and brown sugar) and my husband got the spanish latte. It was really good! Not too sweet and strong coffee flavor. The service was excellent and there was plenty of space of sit and relax and work.

If you enjoy a sweet coffee, you would love the maple pecan latte--although I wished it were a little stronger in coffee taste, I still enjoyed the drink! I also ordered a burrito which was not only huge, but delicious! I definitely was full eating just half of the burrito. The cafe itself is nice and spacious and great for studying/doing some work, as it is very close to CSUF. The service was amazing--I really loved their mission & my barista was extremely kind and welcoming, explaining to me her favorite drink from the fall menu. Will definitely be back to try their seasonal menus!

    Peanut butter latte.... Interesting texture!

I have been wanting to check this cafe out for a while and I am glad I did. I opted in for peanut butter latte (half sweet). The texture was not what I was expecting. I think they use peanut butter powder so the texture is a bit grainy but overall it was tasty. The parking is plenty. The service was sweet and fast. I would for sure go back when I am in the area again.

    Veggie sandwich with ham
    Laura G.

I found a coupon to this coffee shop so I decided to try. Cashier answered my questions about how to use the coupon and what applied to the discount. I got a veggie sandwich and added ham. It's made to order, so really fresh. Price wise for sandwich is about 3.5/5, a bit pricey, but the sandwich hits the spot, super delicious. Sat in using the WiFi for an online class. AC on, and found a corner spot where I can focus without being distracted. Will probably stop by here again before the semester is over.

The royal milk tea was decent but not as flavorful as I had hoped. Since I had asked for less sweetness, that may have reduced the flavor. I did enjoy the bagel as it had fresh lox. The capers were a lovely garnish since they definitely enhanced the flavors from the cream cheese and lox. The cafe is quite cozy with its homey structure. It's quite inconspicuous if driving past the cafe, but as we walked toward it, we noticed customers using their patio. We were greeted as we walked up to order using the kiosk. A few of the tables have handwritten notes underneath clear glass. I noticed many heartfelt messages that sparked my imagination as to how the writers must've felt. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere with chatter from local customers who seemed to know the owners well. We had also played a card game after eating, so this cafe is good for that as well. The owners were friendly and even took our plates and cups once we were finished. There's very limited parking right next to the cafe, so I had to make use of residential streets. However, it's worth making a trip here to try this coffeehouse. Also, It's interesting how they open early at 7 am per Google Maps. I usually don't see cafes opening that early, but this is a good tidbit of information for the future.

Omg! I just moved to the North OC area, and I'm happy to say I've found one of my new go-to coffee…read moreshop study spots in the area! :) I'm currently studying for a big exam, and it's been surprisingly challenging finding coffee shops to study at with the beautiful, modern, aesthetic ambience that makes me happy, without feeling anxious there won't be enough seats or space when I get there, esp since I have to drive a decent amount to get to cafes. I've been getting a little stir crazy at home and finally making the trek here was so worth it-- I felt more motivated than ever to get work done with a tasty treat. I'm not sure if it's because CSUF just started this week, or because I came on a Friday morning, but it was really spacious and open with tons of outlets (almost at each table). Not sure how other days are, but I'd love to bring my study group friends here in the future, since it's so hard to find places with enough space for study groups! Not to mention the clean bathroom haha and good wifi haha The staff here is also incredibly sweet and friendly, making it a comfortable and good experience. Because it was my first time, I asked the barista about her recommendation, and she also asked my general preferences to cater to my taste, and I ended up with a seasonal Birthday Cake Americano at half sweetness (since I don't have much of a sweet tooth). It was perfect for me! I don't usually get Americanos and have a sensitive stomach rn, but it was delicious and kind on my stomach lol. I also got a ham and cheese croissant, and maybe it could've been heated up a little more, but I did wait a bit to eat it, so it was no big deal. The other barista was also so sweet in answering my many questions haha The only struggle as others have mentioned is the parking - I ended up parking at the retail parking nearby, which had plenty of spots but can get pretty pricey, and it sounds like you can park in the areas others have mentioned still (like The Hub I guess has "New Here" parking spots or the employee parking spots?), so I'll need to look more next time. But there's quite a bit around the area within walking distance, you can easily make a day out of it too. Also since it is at the first floor of an apartment in a college town, there will be students going in and out, so just be prepared for that haha -- reminded me of dorm days, and I'm glad students have a spot like this :) Overall, the yummy coffee, amazing vibe and beautiful ambiance, especially as a study spot, alongside the kind and comfortable service has been just what I've been looking for in a coffee shop around here, and I'm excited to return! Thank you New Here!

But fear not, you can go into the structure, park in one of the "employee only" spots, and just tell them which spot and you're golden (wish I knew that before I came and parked across the street). Also, another reason why this place is great is that it's not full at all. Might be because of the parking situation, but the place is near empty which makes it have a nice luxury vibe. Their Vanilla Thesis drink at 50% sweet is soooo good. It's a great blend of coffee and tastes great. You can totally taste the vanilla. Their ham and cheese croissant is also great.

I am writing this review because a few of my friends and I have frequented this coffee shop for a few years now, but we wont be back for a while. Months ago, one of my friends had made a visit and overheard an elderly woman making a negative comment about a Pride flag displayed by the register. Obviously other customers comments cant be or shouldn't be controlled by the company, but we were extremely disappointed to find out that since that comment was made, the Pride flag has been taken down. I had ran in to grab a drip before work one morning and noticed that some of the baristas also no longer had their Pride flag pins on. This clearly has details I am unaware of but it seems obvious that corporate had those images removed. This makes me and my friends feel very uncomfortable with how this situation was treated. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to support this kind of activity. One very simple solution for you: Bring back the flag and you'll bring back our buisness! If you're worried about more complaints from individuals like the elderly woman, maybe fly an American flag as well I simply want people to feel safe and accepted.

Unfortunately, this visit was one disappointment after another. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. hoping for a peaceful coffee-and-breakfast morning. Instead, we accidentally wandered into what felt like a Janis Joplin tribute concert. The music was blasting at nightclub volume--not exactly the relaxing start to the day we had in mind. But surprisingly... that wasn't even the worst part. The food was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and the potatoes were still raw--hard enough to remind me they were once part of the ground.. My husband ordered the French toast, which looked suspiciously like it took a quick detour from Trader Joe's frozen aisle before landing on our table. There's nothing wrong with frozen French toast... unless you're charging $14 and calling it brunch. Another friend ordered the granola with berries. After a few bites, he gave it a skeptical look, pushed the bowl away, and decided breakfast simply wasn't worth the gamble. The coffee was decent , but honestly wasn't worth fighting the neighbors for a parking spot!
