Chaska popped up on my Yelp map and I knew I had to try! My partner and I are big Indian food fans and the restaurant is fairly close to our house. We stopped in on a Tuesday evening and were able to try out some of their dishes before their grand opening. Service was attentive throughout the meal and the chef even came out to see how we liked the food. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture, but the naan was probably some of the best I've ever had --slightly puffed with a perfect cook and lathered in butter and garlic. The butter chicken was also excellent with classic flavors and a decent sized portion. The masala baingan was a dish I had never tried before, but I enjoy eggplant. It was tasty and had great flavor, and a very solid spice kick! The interior is hip and trendy, and the restaurant is located in a relaxed strip mall area near the outlets. Great Indian food in Vegas. We went twice in a single trip because of the food. The flavors the distinct and mouthwatering. Kadai shrimp, fish tikka and goat curry is worth a try. Each time I have tried something new and each time it is off the charts tasty! Don't skip the Kathi Roll or the palak chicken. Sooo good. Even something as simple as the garlic naan is awesome. Perfect blend of crisp bottom and soft top. Chef Ram is a genius. Staff is super friendly. They have always been kind and will come talk Indian history which I love. It was supposed to be a five course wine paired meal for two. It ended up being 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 desserts, 2 glasses of wine. Pani puri - this is normally my husband's favorite dish, so he orders it everywhere we go. Here the shell was really stale. Samosa chaat- normally this is crispy, but it was overly smothered and soggy. Really bland in flavor, samosa wasn't fried fresh. Butter chicken - not edible. The chicken was so dry. I couldn't even cut it apart with a fork/spoon. It was in tiny thin dry chicken strips. Flavor was bland and it tasted like they just dropped the chicken in the sauce. It didn't have time to marry in the flavors. Spinach and goat - I love the bright green color of the spinach, and the flavor was great in this. Unfortunately it only came with three small pieces of bone in goat, so you probably got less than 1.5 ounces of meat if that. Garlic naan - thin and dry like a cracker. Wine list didn't match available wine. We were pretty unhappy with the food, but Chris came and tried to offer anything to make it better. We were just too full. 5 stars for Chris! Groupon wasn't worth it and that meal Definitely wasn't worth the $180 advertised on Groupon. Went for a quick lunch bite since it was close to our hotel. It was so amazing, we came back for dinner the next night. Chef Vijay was voted best Indian food chef in the valley last year. The menu included standard classic fare like butter chicken, tikka masala, korma, plus a wide variety of vegetarian dishes. But also street food and appetizers not normally found on local Indian menus. Everything we tried was very good. Our favorite was a tikka chicken served as a pizza on a naan bread. Found the place on a lark, just off I-15. They said they had opened 4 months prior so was apprehensive. Shouldn't have worried. Small space, three-four tables down and maybe a couple one level up. Food: the chicken malai kabab was tender and had the right amount of char. Bhelpuri tasted just like what you get in Mumbai. Fish was okay. Son definitely liked the chicken better. The Biryani and raita: two thumbs up!! We took Malai Kofta and Mutter Paneer to go. Both were delish. The Tandoori Rotis are big and easy to digest. Went here with family in mid December 2025. The food (e.g., naan, lamb biriyani, tandoori shrimp) was excellent and reasonably priced for the quality and amount. In fact, the lamb biriyani was probably the best I've ever had. The server (I've forgotten her name) and the chef (Vijay Deokar) were very nice--the chef came out from the kitchen and chatted with us after we had finished our meal. Love this place!!! The food is primarily North Indian and excellent! The spice level is toned down for the American palate but they will amp it up to authentic upon request. I have tried a variety of dishes and so far, so good! Tasty, fresh and enjoyable. The naan was warm and delicious. The space is cozy and comfortable for lunch or dinner. They have a second floor that I have not visited yet. The servers are very friendly and attentive. The team is still getting a rhythm but they are enthusiastic and interested. Vegas is a bit light on quality authentic Indian cuisine but this is a great spot with stunningly good food. If you want great Indian food, this is the place. My wife is obsessed with street food from other countries such as Korean, Pakistani, etc. We've ate Indian food many times but not street food so we wanted to check out this place; and we were not disappointed. Found out about Chaska through a neighbor's recommendation. The ambiance is clean and modern with beautiful rose murals on the walls. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. We did take out and tried the Butter Chicken Curry, Cucumber Raita and Garlic Naan. The Butter Chicken contained a good amount of sauce which is great. The portions were generous and enough to eat twice and the food was fresh, delicious, authentic and flavorful. We asked for medium spice and it was perfect. Our favorite Indian food that we have tried here in the Las Vegas area. Chaska is located near the Las Vegas Factory Outlets South and parking is ample. One of the best Indian places in Vegas try their paneer it absolutely melts in your mouth.

Boy, this place has gone downhill. I used to really like it. Mind you, it hasn't been open for long. But I feel like it might not be open for much longer. This restaurant is owned by the same entity that owns the Mexican place right next door. And, as of my visit today, the doors to Chaska are locked, and you have to enter from the Mexican place. They won't take your order at your table anymore - you have to walk up to the counter at the Mexican place and do your order there, cafeteria style. When you're done eating, you have to walk back over there to pay. Except there was nobody minding the counter on the Mexican side, when I was trying to pay, so I eventually just handed cash to one of the servers in the kitchen. They've deleted several items from the menu since they opened, including my favorite item. And the naan - I hate to say this - is the worst I've ever had. Dry, crumbling, with only a tiny hint of butter and undetectable garlic. I tried to get it down, but left most of it behind. It was more like lavash than naan. Again, this used to be better, back when they first opened. The staff are all doing the best they can, given the unworkable conditions. But the place has all the warning signs of collapse. When you cut the menu down, reduce the quality, no longer have a server taking orders at tables, and have your front doors locked, the end can't be far away. read more
