Definitely have to brag a little harder than usual. This place has the best customer service, I live in Keller and I get my nails done here now, since I work in Colleyville. A couple i just met while getting my nails done for the first time, drive from Irving to get their nails and pedis done. I asked the guy Joseph, why do you guys drive so far? He said , we drive for the customer service. Tuan, the owner knows everyone's name. He greeted me by my name after not seeing me for a few months. For that, hes out guy . I couldn't agree more. He'd only met me 1 time and used my name immediately when I walked in the door yesterday. Helen was my nail tech. I've already tried 2 salons I wasn't extatic about. Helen was patient. I asked for gel and my nails are long already but 2 broke off, I didnt care, don't want those other 3 cut. Twan talked me into getting dip. Its amazing!! I tried before at another salon, but they were too thick. Im picky. Helen made them perfect, just like gel but stronger. They have a 100% satiafaction clause, so if I broke one or anything bad happened they'd fix for free. Who does that?? I was offered a drink and they had a cab, my fave. I had the best shoulder and arm massage by Me Me, and I was very pleased with the manicure options they have. Over 700 dip colors 20% off Mon- Thurs Accepts walk-ins , but during Covid, ask that you make an appt. Even same day Great parking lot. Everyone wears mask and gloves. Everything in the salon is brand new And the music selection started multiple conversations. Great customer service, I've found my new nail salon. I don't think I would come back because the lady was a bit rude and kept pulling my fingers and my feet. It's okay to just ask if I can straighten my feet or hands but she kept yanking them. And my nails look like they're already about to chip even through I just got them done today. I honestly can't even tell if I painted them or if an actual nail tech painted them cus they look awful. I would give 1 star but the lady was nice enough to help me get to my car so I wouldn't mess up my nails but other than that I don't think they did a good job with my nails. Great experience. It's nice to come and get pampered after being on lockdown. They are under new ownership and Tuan is very friendly and helpful. He works really hard to make it a great experience for everyone. They have remodeled and it's very clean, light and bright. The pedi chairs are very comfy. The mani and pedi were great. The foot massage was very relaxing and I enjoyed the paraffin and hot stone. The manicure was just as relaxing and they did a great job on the polish. The salon is very dated and old looking on the inside. They prices are decent and pretty average compared to others and for the area. I got a no chip manicure and a pedicure. I was told to choose my gel color and they have the matching ones for the toes. The lady who did my nails filed them shorter than I would have liked without asking my preference. She only asked about my preference of shape. The manicure was standard but the polish was sloppy. I had to clean off excess when I got home. From the pedicures, I chose the Eucalyptus Mint pedi ($40). A basic pedi is $25. The pedicure chair wasn't working for a massage and it also doesn't have jets, so the water gets cool pretty quickly. I can soak my feet at home ‍. The actual pedicure was AMAZING though. I don't know the name of the gentleman but he did an absolutely wonderful job. My feet were soaked, scrubbed, legs massaged with sugar scrub, oils and lotion and then topped off with hot towels and paraffin wax. The eucalyptus mint was also cooling which was a pleasant surprise. One of the best pedicures I've ever had. Then a third technician came to polish my toes and they look horrendous. It was also sloppy and my big toes smudged many hours later. Not to mention the "matching color" for my toes was darker than my hand color. My feet feel great but I will be repainting my toes myself the same day I got them done. Very disappointed and will not be returning. She gave me a punch card but I threw it away. I am only gotten a manicure a decade ago for weddings since I have short bitten nails. Since my goal have been to take care of myself, I wanted to have pretty nails. I didn't think it was possible until I called this place and she patiently suggested that a dipped option would be good. The salon was opened ans cleaned. It is not overly busy given I got an afternoon appointment. I am been to other salons for pedicure that are busier but treated me like a number and seemed rushed. Not here, this is a family owned salon and the gentelman did my nails. He took the time and all the steps to make it just right. I am not an expert with manicures but I am happy to have a nice nails. I highly recommend this place for a low key but personable experience. I recommend making an appointment. Currently they have a 20% special. I wanted simple, groomed nails and that is what I got. My dad and I went for pedicures. I have very sensitive big toes and my dad has arthritis and dry hands. My dad is a guy who never says much but after going to a few different salons he said "this is the best place I have been to. Very detailed, took their time, great massage, quick, and don't cut corners." I agree with him. I usually have a lot of pain from nail salons using the tools to clean my nails, Chateau was a very nice surprise for someone like me who has sensitive toes. We will be going back here again. I wish I could say I had a good experience but it really wasn't. I don't get my nails done often and as a mom of 3 it's supposed to be a treat when I do. Not to mention they were my birthday nails. From the minute I got there they were rude. They seemed to be rushed and were bothered by it. They didn't say 2 words to me the entire hour I was there. And my gel manicure was hardly a manicure. I had to leave so I couldn't ask them to fix the problems. Polish on my fingers, Air bubbles in the polish, streaks and cuticle still visible. I will never be back. The Groupon was for "2D," which would mean I should not need additional purchase as these would not be just the regular extensions, but more full. I called before making the purchase through Groupon to ask if she can accommodate the deal of pedi and manicure and she said she would just to come in. She did not sound too promising but because she called me back and ask if I was on my way, I repeated what I wanted which was a dip and eyebrow wax. So after she agreed she can do for me using the Groupon just to come. She made difficult and uncomfortable once me and my daughter arrive. There was no customers there so would think they would be happy to have us in. No they was walking to the back repeatedly talking in their language making me and my daughter so uncomfortable. At this time I have already made the drive and purchase . Once I fully paid for the dip, wax, and even my daughter nails to hopefully get some good service ~ no good. My daughter didn't even want to be a bother so she just got her previous nails removed. For three women's to be working there it should not be dirty either. I went for the first time today. It was very nice. The decor is very classy in light blue and gold, French theme. The salon was very clean and sanitary, very well organized. All the ladies working there were very nice and friendly. They have a good selection of mani's and pedi's to choose from, as well as the acrylic and gel nails. To me $45. to $50. is a bit pricey for a pedi, but it seems to be the going rate right now. I will definitely be going back!! read more

I have never, and I mean never... And I have hundreds of pedicures, had someone not clean underneath my nails at all, not trim my cuticles..literally PULL them off with the nippers, he filed so roughly at my toe that is raw on the skin at the tip. They are so crooked it looks like a toddler did them. It took him 20 minutes to get polish off, like he had no idea what to do. They've been painted for 2 weeks. was doing it would've been off in five he used a scraper to scrape them off of my toes which is scratched my natural nail and took a giant chunk out of the top of the nail, right in the middle. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 13 years and i have to take the same test as they had to, not one step was followed appropriately.. In my life I have never experienced something like that, and on top of it all, the please is FILTHY and looks like the year 2000 puked all Over it. I should have walked out the minute i walked in and saw what a mess and how dirty the place was. I have a bad cut on top of one of my toes, it's painful, i asked the man to please just don't touch that toes except to polish...i don't know if he was being a jerk or what but he literally squeezed it after i said that. I asked 5 times to please don't touch that toe, finally on the 6the time when he squeezed it, the pain was so intense I jumped out of the chair, bursted into tears, took my soaking wet feet and went to Deluxe Nail Spa Down the road. I explained my experience and they were as shocked as I was. The place was beautiful, it was CLEAN, and they went out of their way to correct chateaus disaster of a job. When I complained to the woman working at chateau and told her what was happening and could she please tell him to stop grabbing that toe...she laughed in my face and said awww it's ok calm down...I'm sorry..what?? I've never experienced this type of customer service, or better word is lack there of, and if I treated my clients that way.. i wouldn't have any. Probably why I was the ONLY person in the place. I have been coming here for my pedicures and Gel nails shortly after they opened and my pedicures always looked great and my gel nails don't chip like at other places. Because of their non-jetted tubs, I take my 92 years old dad with me once a month for pedicure. Since his immunity is compromised, I don't want him to get any bacteria from the whirlpool tubs. He always tells me that I should take him here every week so he can relax. I also got my lashes extension done by the owner 2 weeks ago and they really stayed on good. She put them on super natural! Btw, I found it's funny how that one person talk about the owner who is not an American .I am not sure if the owner is an American, but I have seen Whites, Black, Asian, and Hispanic workers in this place. I'm giving this 2 stars because my mom and I went in with Groupons to get gel manicures. My moms is still going solid so I'm bumping it up one star. Mine however, in less than a week, are about 65% gone. We got them done on a Thursday night bc my mom had a date Friday and I had one Saturday. We drove half an hour to use this Groupon and even though the place was empty the lectured us about not calling in and making an appointment. They were like well we're not busy now so we'll do it but next time call in. So it was not bad. My manicurist was very gentle, I liked that. But I could tell as she was applying the gel that it didn't look right. Thinking she knew best we tipped and left. Well by Saturday my right thumb is already chipping. I'm like ok well my date won't see my thumb so it's ok (I was already worried she would think I was a girly girl because I had to choose pink quickly because the beautiful mint color I originally chose they said oops that's not supposed to be there). Ok so by Monday they started peeling off completely. Now this morning, not even having been on a week I'm missing polish from 6 and one- half nails. I'm going to post a photo but when I get gel I expect to get gel. My moms blankly are holding up and she has more physically demanding work then I do. I'm a paralegal I just type all day. I'm so pissed. I can't even let them fix it because I'm not driving an hour round trip for them to mess it up again. read more

However, if you know you are going to go, I would suggest an appointment. I usually get a manicure and a pedicure. Their service is wonderful. The nail technicians talk to you while they are doing your nails and they are extremely friendly. They offer you something to drink and then the relaxation and pampering begins.
