Was in the area craving some pani puri and found this venue via Yelp search. Glad I did. It's a no frills quick, counter ordering venue that seems to be known for this Indian street snack and a few other dishes. I chose the regular pani puri and a mango lassi. You can choose self-service, to make the pani puri yourself, or to stand and "eat at the counter" where they will make it for you one by one, as you imbibe them - just like if you would be getting them at a street hawker. There's about 10+ tables with seating for 4 each inside. After you order at the counter, they call your name to pickup your food/drinks. Service turnaround time was very quick and prompt.

Food, service, ambience 5/5. I loved their pani puri and plain samosa which was great with the chai. Raj kachori also had a good crunch. I am looking forward to trying other things on their menu

I am unsure of the reviews from more than one year ago as this is a pretty good place for Indian street food. The service was outstanding. The restaurant made pani puri customized to your liking of sauces and filling. The atmosphere is very casual. They ask you to bus your own tables and not too onerous. Overall the tastes were great and we will be back! Highly recommended.

It was an amazing experience at Chatpatta Corner, run by a hardworking and welcoming family serving delicious vegetarian Indian food. The vibe and ambience is very family-friendly and makes you crave more for the typical desi street food. We enjoyed Pani Puri, Aloo Paratha, Tikki Choley, Dahi Papdi Sev Puri, Kachori with Chutney and Aloo Sabji, and the super-special Kulfi with Gulab Jamun! The variety they offer is truly amazing, and I have to come again to try the other delicacies! Check out more on my Instagram food page @veggie_central

If you're craving homemade, authentic North Indian vegetarian cuisine, this place is for you. An experienced, super duper kind aunty cooks everything herself to ensure the highest quality. And when it comes to live pani puri stalls, they are the OG, serving for over two decades! Their kadhi chawal stood out for me- it felt like my mom had just made it fresh. Every bite was absolutely delicious. I absolutely loved the cute decor. The host as I said was super super kind and welcoming. Don't miss their 10% Mother's Day discount. Use the code "mothersdayspecial" when you visit them.

Best pani puri in the Bay Area, consistent quality, and served with a lot of love . It's been our go to for 6 years, never disappoints

Ambiance is a bit dry and the food leaves a lot to be desired, sad to say but there are better options out there.

Terrible food, one of the worst chats in Fremont. Food tasted so bad that not sure how old it is. Please avoid if possible.

Expensive. $8.99 for just 6pices of pani puri. Chaat is average. Overall I found this place below average.

Chaat wasn't really tasty, tasted like the chaat you get at Indian buffets (not flavorful)

I have walked by this plaza many times, and every single time, I was met with an incredible,…read morehard-to-miss fragrance coming from Naga's Kitchen. I always told myself that if a place smells this good, the food had to be amazing too. I am so glad I finally tried it, because the food wasn't just good, it was great! I will definitely be coming back. Here is a breakdown of everything we ordered during our visit: Appetizers Chicken Lollipop (Dry): Flavorful, well-cooked, and wonderfully moist. Best of all, it had more meat and less batter than most other places, paired with a delicious dipping sauce. It has a slight, pleasant heat without burning your tongue, which is great for focusing on pure flavor. Naga's Special Apollo Fish: This was the absolute standout of the meal! It was packed with incredible flavor, featuring a fantastic mix of yogurt, curry leaves, and green chillies that hit the perfect balance of tangy, cool, and spicy. Main Entrée & Breads Butter Chicken: A wonderful, harmonious blend of sweetness and spice, leaning slightly on the sweeter side. It paired like a dream with our garlic naan. (Tip: If you prefer more heat, you can always check with the staff about customization!) Garlic Naan: Soft, perfectly cooked, and completely free of that dreaded rubbery texture. It had a generous amount of garlic, a slight crunch, and was the ideal vehicle for the butter chicken. Drinks Fresh Lime Soda (Sweet): Refreshing and crisp. You can choose between salty or sweet, and we went with sweet. Pro-tip: Make sure to stir it thoroughly before drinking, as the sweetness settles at the bottom! Service, Ambience & Practical Details Service & Ambience: There are plenty of tables, though it can get busy during peak hours. Even when crowded, the staff is exceptionally quick, attentive, and prompt with their service. Parking: The complex has plenty of parking spots, though it can get challenging on busy days, and some spots are a bit narrow. Keep in mind that the spots directly in front of the restaurant are mostly 10 to 30 minute parking zones, so it is best to park a little further back in the lot. Final Fun Note: Because the restaurant has such a wonderfully strong food aroma, be prepared to leave smelling deliciously like your meal! It is a small price to pay for such fantastic food and service. Highly recommended!

Somehow the paneer biryani was extra yummy, may be the rice was cooked just right and the presentation was standout. Customer service: fine Decor: clean, cool music beats softly Bathroom: very clean. Very good quality when you want it.

They have a bright and airy space, although the fake plants at the entrance make you wonder if this really is an upscale place. They also have an outdoor patio where we saw a group dining with one of their furry friends. For appetizers, we ordered the Kerala chicken fry - well seasoned and crispy with a delicious dipping sauce. For the entrees, we got a potlam goat biryani - a delicious biryani wrapped in a banana leaf served table side. We also got the Fish Pollichathu, a fish grilled with a tomato based topping that was wrapped in a banana leaf and served with a tapioca mash and rice. All the dishes were delicious. The portions are generous and we ended up with leftovers to take back home. We also received a complimentary gulab jamun creme brulee since I was part of their mailing list and a pistachio tiramisu to celebrate our special occasion. A truly wonderful experience that made our evening special. We will look forward to returning to sample more of their offerings.

There was a great variety, and it was a nice way to experience the flavors and spirit of Onam. Service was quick , and despite not having a reservation, they were able to accommodate us. The ambiance is very pleasant too. That said, we enjoyed our meal but my folks found most of the dishes to be spicy which may not suit everyone--especially young kids. We asked for yogurt which the restaurant provided without hesitation. My toddler found almost everything too spicy, but happily enjoyed the sweets, banana chips, payasam, which was definitely a highlight! At around $60 per person, it is on the pricier side for a vegetarian meal, but for a special treat and to celebrate Onam, it may be worth experiencing. Overall, a festive and generous spread, though we would have preferred a little more balance in the spice level.
