I often refer clients to a handful of agents so that they can choose the agent and policy that they like best. Diana CONSISTANTLY impresses my referrals with professionalism as well as beats out the other companies quotes. Not only does Intrinsic offer extremely competitive prices but I have NO DOUBT in my mind that my customers will be taken care of. She is always looking out for the clients best interest. There has not been one instance in which my client has given me any other feedback other than praise for Intrinsic and their employees. One reason insurance is such a headache to deal with is because its not easily understood by the average consumer. There can be different levels of coverage, premiums, prices, hidden costs, etc. but Intrinsic is 100% transparent. I have been a long time State Farm customer and I am impressed with the quality of service and attention I received from my agent, Wally Navarrette and his assistant, Veronica Luera. Wally called me within hours of the accident to be sure I was ok, and to get the details to start the claim, even though it was a holiday weekend. His assistants are always pleasant and very glad to help and my own experience with State Farm has been pleasant for over 30 years of association. They have always evaluated and assessed damages promptly and paid for repairs. They may not always be the cheapest insurance option but the time you really need a "good neighbor" is when you have that accident or mishap and try to collect on the insurance you have been paying on for years.

He said they were a brokerage, so they could shop around different companies to get us a good rate and coverage, which was cool (we were used to going directly to the insurance companies). I called for an auto quote and spoke with Glenn, and he was very responsive and informative. He went over in detail all the coverage's and discounts that we were eligible for and he found us a good premium for our auto and was able to get us a great deal for our homeowners. Our previous agent would take days sometimes an entire week to respond to an email. We were in the market for a new company and we are so happy we were referred Natalie. Initial Contact: When we first reached out to Natalie about getting insurance using her services she was very nice and helpful. She asked that we give her about two days to gather all the pricing that fit what we needed. She got us a great rate and suggested commercial insurance which was a lot cheaper than what we were currently paying for auto insurance. This was the first experience we had with her going above and beyond what was asked of her Communication: When we have a question or need anything she responds extremely fast. Most of the time it's with in an hour or two. Even if we email her in the night assuming she will respond in the morning, she responds that night. Our best form of communication with our company is email and Natalie is the best with email communication. Customer Service: Natalie is always very warm in her responses. Doesn't matter what time of day or what the question is about she responds with sincerity. Major Scare: We had a major scare when we were notified that our commercial insurance policy as canceled. There was a mix up with in our company with our previous accountant with setting up automatic payments. Fast forward to us being notified there was never a payment made and we were cut off. Natalie was super woman for us. She literally stayed up all night and all day helping us fight to get it reinstated. She gave very detailed instructions on what needed to be filled out, faxed, signed, emailed, etc. She was not giving up till she helped us. She saved us a tone of money and headache trying to get another commercial insurance. Words can't even describe how thankful we are for all her efforts.
