    Hillbilly Candy

The food is always great because of the Cheba Hut bread and seasoning. This location has Aime's signature drink called "Hillbilly Candy. " It's delicious!

Chill vibes. Good sandwiches and not too busy. Good sandwich selection. Check the menu Ambiance is total chill with good tunes playing. Service is really chill and easy going. You'd think all the food were edibles.

This toasted sub shop is doing a lot of things right. It is obviously doing a lot of play on words relating to stoner culture but some of it it quite funny and they are not taking it too seriously. The employee working the register was so friendly and inviting (I missed your name) She gave us several suggestions and told us we were her favorite type of people when we said it was our first time in. We let her know we were visiting and she was awesome about letting us know her favorites. Great customer service! The food was nice and tasty. It didn't take too long to come out. I had the Dorito type nachos to start and a veggie sub. They offer a nice mix of meat and veggie subs and the one I went with had a nice kick because of the jalapeño hummus. Yum! The Dorito chips had a nice layer of cooked cheese on top. I also envy the ranch and jalapeños in the mix. The cost is reasonable and they play a variety of music from Beyoncé to rock. I would recommend this place for sure.

Let me just say...DAYUMMM! That's some sandwich love right there! Every time we come to Greeley, we eat here. Fresh bread, hot sandwiches, excellent options, and substitutions are okay, vegetarian options, fresh ingredients, and friendly staff... what more could you ask for? Did I mention the full bar and craft beer selection? Yeah, that, too. And really tippy décor to top off the vibe! This place is great. You really can't go wrong here unless it's closed. Then what a bummer. Truly, one of the better sandwich shops I've been into. So surprising that it's in Greely, but thankfully so, since we pass through here about twice a year. Come in for a beer and a sandwich, stay for the vibe. I'm certain you will enjoy it!

2 pieces of bacon ‍ thanks for the extra

The flavor was very bland-- mostly just tomato sauce and cheese without much depth-- and the crust was overly doughy, almost undercooked. The bigger issue was the service and overall operation. They're listed as opening at 11 AM, but when I arrived with another customer, the doors didn't even open until 11:10 AM. Even then, they clearly weren't ready to be open. There were no slices available, and it didn't feel like they were anywhere close to being prepared for customers. The atmosphere didn't help either. The interaction felt somewhat rude and dismissive, with a lot of excuses instead of solutions. There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming. The food is mediocre, and the service doesn't make up for it.

Btw, I have been to France many times on business, have eaton at some of the best restaurants in Paris, really good, just not to my taste. Ok, we went here last Sunday, I wasn't hungry, but my wife was, so we thought we would use the card. Wife ordered a beef dip, one of her favorite sandwiches, not on my top 10 list. I ordered a charcuterie plater, figured we could take it home, which we did. Anyway, I took a bit of her sandwich, and even though I wasn't hungry, I ate about half of it. One of the best sandwiches I have ever had of any kind. Very simple but delicious. Baguette was amazing, beef appeared to be cured somehow, huge flavor, au jus was great. Today I am going to Timnath to meet a friend for lunch and I am going to make a 30 minute detour to get a sandwich for us for dinner. Not inexpensive, but worth it. Life is too short to eat mediocre food, plus I am a stingy with my calories, like to spend them on delicious food. Thank you La Boutique. Sincerely, Bret and Michelle

I just love the FoCo food scene and wanted to try something new. The barista made a few suggestions. It was before 11am, so that eliminated all the pretzel roll options on the menu. I decided to go with the Roma. She was right! It was refreshing. I loved every bite. Very bread-forward but clearly a high quality bake. My partner got the French Dip and enjoyed it. There's a few small tables as well as barstools along the wall, but most people ordered to-go. Check out the marketplace items, too. So cute!
