Stopped by this restaurant while in Greeley for a work meeting. Sat at the bar and it was nice to see all the staff new people by their first names as the locals bellied up to the bar for lunch or an ice cold beer. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich. The chicken unfortunately tasted and looked like the grilled chicken you buy it a grocery store in those plastic bags in the deli section. The bread was good. It was served on a hoagie and it was perfect soft with a little bit of crisp. The staff was friendly and it was a nice chill environment.

I wish I could write about the food, but I can't as we didn't get any, despite waiting for an hour on a Sunday at ~1:15 with attendance looking like the pictures below. Despite the kitchen being extremely lacking, our waiter was very friendly, and she understood when I told her we had to leave. I don't think we'll be back, as it shouldn't take an hour to get a club sandwich and a BLT.

Came on a date night and had a great time. Food was delicious and perfect. We made it during happy hour (2-6) and we got two house margs and the artichoke dip. Both great tasting! Dip came with three dipping options. Waitress was nice and on top of things.

Our UNC graduate and our table.

My UNC graduate specifically choose "The Cow" to have her post-graduation lunch. She chose this restaurant because of its sandwich menu and it did not disappoint. I began working with Ms. Jodie Redfern to reserve an area for 10. She was so amazingly wonderful and easy to work with. She had no issues with us bringing in our own decorations and dessert. She also ended up being our waitress on that specific day and once again she was Amazing! Clearly thinking of our needs even before I could. We were give the whole upstairs to ourselves while she ran up and down 22 stairs to bring us our food and drinks. Overall, all 10 of us agree "The Cow" was the best choice to celebrate our daughter. We highly recommend 10/10!!

We were first timers our lil tripod family my two boys and I. Location area and decor was fun. Service was good nothing fancy. The pesto sandwich my son and I shared was delish however quite pricey for the portion size, as well as the kids meal (1/2 a grilled cheese, handful of chips and 6 carrots).

Prime rib dip, Cobb salad, cowboy queso

The best nachos, fabulous sandwiches, the prime rib dip is out of this world. The Cobb salad is sooooo yummy! And the staff, always smiling, knowledgeable and kind!

I had the best French dip here! It's a nice atmosphere and a good people-watching spot on the corner in downtown.

I ordered the Hammer potato and when I say every element of it was perfect. The pulled pork so flavorful and juicy, the mac and cheese made me wanna turn around and go back for another order the tang from the green chilies. You need to go here. I cant wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. I cannot forget that the service I had was great, when I went in for pickup the gentleman was very pleasant, my order was ready and I appreciated everything about this place.

If you want a late night whiskey or beer or maybe a hot dog this place is fine. But if you want a warm meal then go somewhere else. I don't even think they have the equipment for it. Last two times I accepted the food and said nothing. Thought it was quirky or just my mood. Tonight was just stupid. My daughter and I rode our bikes here and we both ordered potatoes. They were uncooked. Not even warm enough to melt butter. I had mine taken back and reheated and even with the oven and everything they were unable to melt the butter on top of the potato. My daughter didn't complain and just picked at hers while we waited. After spending an extra 10 minutes in the oven the butter was still not melted. I'm not 100% on cooking but I'm pretty sure thats not how it works. They took off $5 for the potato (out of the $25 price) and then the waitress tried to defend it by saying it was the type of cheddar that kept it from melting. I really hope they fail and we can get a competent dive bar here because it is nice to get a late night drink.
