While in Vegas recently, my partner mentioned that one of his friends had tried Cheba Hut out in L.A. and loved it, so when we realized we weren't far from one, we decided to check it out. It was a little later in the evening, so we ordered to-go instead of dining in. From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The energy was laid-back and cool--exactly the kind of vibe you'd hope for from a place like this. We placed our order: I got the Panama Red (basically a delicious chicken marinara sub), my partner went with the Kali Mist (a spicy twist on a classic club), and my daughter had the White Widow with added avocado. While we waited, we couldn't help but notice the place was covered in stickers... Naturally, I asked if I could add some of my own brand stickers, and the staff was totally cool about it. A fun little bonus! Once we got our food and made it back home, we absolutely devoured those sandwiches. Mine especially was so, so good, super flavorful, cheesy, toasty, everything you want from a sub. I'd 100% recommend Cheba Hut if you're craving something tasty and chill. read more

The young man gave some good recommendations. We got the 5-0, White Widow, and a Cinnamon Toast Crunch Krispy Bar. The Krispy Bar was delicious, made fresh that day. The ambiance is homie in the way a millennial wearing Osiris' and you want to be a skater but you aren't one but vibes are cool and chill. We will be coming back. read more

Having an aggressive amount of weed themed caricatures on the wall was definitely a choice. Their toasted bread on the sandwich matches perfectly with the sauces, so delicately spread onto their inner surface, burried under a pile of meat, veggies, and cheese. What a great shop my sandwich an AK-47 was great. A nice fresh lightly toasted bread was a beef dip with the fixing. TheSensi Kush was also very good nice fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly and professional and willing to assist you with the menu. The shop had enough parking and the shop was clean. With good seating. There was a sit at bar area too if you wanted to have a drink with your meal. read more

I'm a sucker for a good sub and appreciate when a sando is thoughtfully put together. And this place exceeded my expectations. I ordered the white widow (chicken, baco, and ranch) and my partner got the Pakalolo (ham, swiss, and pineapple). After finishing our subs, we both agreed that this was by far one of the best sandwiches we've had in a while. The white widow was bursting in flavors, a perfect balance of savory, sour, creamy, and crunchy & chewiness from the toasted bread. I have no complaints. We opted for take-out this time but the interior looked fun and vibrant with wall art all around. So will definitely take the time to dine-in on my next visit. read more

I love CHeBA Hut toasted subs. I usually order a 4 inch sandwich but today I was really hungry and I ordered the 8 inch. It was terrible! I don't think the bread was toasted at all and everything in it mushed in the bread and wasn't even warm. I thought all sandwiches at CHeBA Hut were toasted that's why they are called "toasted subs". Not sure if it was a New crew tonight or what happened but I did not enjoy this sandwich. It's ashame when a restaurant can't keep it's consistency. read more

My first time here and I came alone so I sat at the bar where Maurice took good care of me. They serve beer and cocktails here which is a plus, and they have this whole stoner vibe going on but it's not too cheesy which I appreciate. Been trying to make it here and finally did. So glad we did! The decor is super chill and I wanted to try everything on the menu, it all sounds so good! I opted for the Midwest Best on white bread and the Mister had The White Widow on garlic bread. Delicious! They use pickle slices which is unique. Staff was friendly and even came through when the mister was torn between two choices. We also got some munchies... so many to choose but we had the fruity crispy and cinnamon crunch bars and a chocolate chip cookie. Need to go back to try the others. All very delicious and we took food to go but such a cool vibe want to dine in. They have Kool Aide on tap! Also got bowl of meatballs with marina but haven't tried them yet look yummy though. This place is bright, vibrant, fun and delicious!!! Love that it's got the same vibe here in Henderson, and downtown Phoenix too!!! The first thing I noticed was a smiling waving bar tender taking care of a sweet little dog & their human... then an amazing friendly person waiting to take our order at the counter. Every single person who works there is smiling, you can tell they enjoy being there... And with all the cool art on the walls, and dope music playing? You'd wanna be there all day too! Throw in the delish food?... yeah this place just hits the vibe mood check! We dined in, and everyone was so pleased with their choices. I tried the BOMB (meatball sub) and can I just talk about the amazing level of toasty/cheesy/saucy/meatiness... including the seasoning it's like portion to ratio perfection... you are enveloped by the delightful Italian seasoning and the crunch of the toast as you bite into the sandwich... With just the right amount of cheese to pull away with your bite... like mind blowing... it's earned it's name for sure! My mom & sister are French Onion soup connoisseurs and they were two VERY happy girls. Disappointed in my recent visit tonight!!.....2 sandwiches definitely rushed and threw together but it was end of the night.....still no reason to give poor service because it is getting close to closing simply stop taking orders or you will receive negative reviews such as mine.....customer service is a joke rude acting like she didn't choose the job or she didn't apply knowing the hours of operation, the same female was also in very questionable attire wearing a big t-shirt appearing as she has no pants as if she rolled out of bed ....Is there not an employee dress code??All in all there needs to be some sort of dress code applied because letting people free for all is clearly not working and these employees need to fix there attitudes because the female was not the only person being passive aggressive!!10-27-2025 read more
