Cheba Hut is an Irie spot to get yourself a delicious "toasted" sub or salad, their subs come in 3 different sizes, nug-which is 4" Pinner- which is 8" or Blunt-which is 12" I opted for a pinner sized sandwich and ordered the Kali mist, which is basically a spicy club sandwich on Garlic bread, the sandwich was really tasty, I like the fact they use freshly sliced jalapeños and not the canned jalapeños like other sub shops, fresh jalapeños give the sandwich a better spice. We also ordered their loaded not'chos and cheesy garlic bread. All was good. Service was helpful and friendly and I loved the artwork and decor they have throughout this sub shop. You can also create your own sandwich if you'd like and there are 3 bread options, white, wheat, or garlic. If you've been thinking about stopping in, you definitely should give them a try. This joint is dope!! Finally getting around to try this new sandwich place here in Henderson. Cheba Hut is right by TJ Maxx, Corner Bakery on Stephanie /Warm Springs. Fast casual dining. So you order and pay upfront with the cashier. Self serve fountain drinks. Seat yourself and staff brings order to your table. Food - 5 What sets them apart from other sandwich places are they serve subs on Parisian TOASTED bread that's made only for Cheba Hut. You have white, whole wheat and their signature garlic herb bread to choose from. KGB & G-13 are what we had on our first visit here. They don't skimp on meats and Mr B was real happy with the way they made his sub too (without the veggies) and I like the roast beef sauce, shrooms on mine. Really impressed with the garlic herb breads. Love them toasted! Happy also with quality and fair price point for a full meal. Service -5 Staff was friendly, happily took Mr B.'s customizations and didn't wait long for our orders to come to our table. The Vibe - 5 Kinda reminds me of a hipster hippie ish version of SkinnyFATS restaurant but with a unique and fun play on the Cannabis culture. Running theme from the name of the place, branding and the menu items. Mr B. says I lead a sheltered life because I didn't get or catch alot of the Mary Jane references like he did lol. Like "Toasted" that went over my head. The dining section has booth seating on one side and banquette benches on the opposite side. A divider separates the dining section from the bar area. Cleanliness was on point. We both like that they are open til 12am! And starting in April, I read on their IG that this location will be open til 2am on Fridays and Saturdays! The workers are lively and vibrant, the restaurant is high energy with the music they play and the ambiance. Cheba Hut is a solid spot for subs. They have an impressive menu that also includes appetizer items, salad, and desserts. Don't miss out on the kool aid for some childhood nostalgia. This location has plenty of seating in one part of the restaurant and a full bar on the other side. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lively. The music was pretty loud on my first visit, but it was quiet during my second visit. The staff here have been very friendly. When I dined in we were checked on multiple times. My orders for dine in, carry out, and delivery through a third party app have all been accurate. They have online ordering available. Shockingly, one of their best items is their salad. Either the side salad or the option to make any sandwich into a salad. The salads have leafy greens and other fresh vegetables instead of a sad iceberg salad. The croutons are delicious and they have a nice selection of salad dressings. I like the house dressing which is a vinaigrette. Their Pacific Blue (Tuna) is tasty and the perfect consistency. I've ordered and enjoyed the La Canna (Italian) several times. My husband enjoyed the G13. We have to order the Fruity Krispy every time. The fruity cereal inside varies, but it's always fresh and gooey. I love Cheba Hut for both the variety and quality of their food. It's more than a basic sub shop. read more

Cheba Hut is a whole vibe. The decor, the music, the menu-all of it. I think my favorite thing is "Ice Cube" on the ice machine. We ordered at the counter and the young lady working the register was very nice and patient while we checked out the menu and the girl who brought out our food was super pleasant too. I love that they wear whatever they want, no stuffy uniforms here! I had a KGB roast beef with horseradish it was really good. The French onion soup was really good, especially for a fast food type restaurant-it sure didn't taste fast food. Did you know this sandwich shop has a bar? I didn't either. We enjoyed our lunch at Cheba Hut and will add it to our lunch rotation. Oops I have one complaint- they don't have lemon for iced tea- super bummer. read more

I was excited to find out that there was a Cheba nearby my house. I had gone to another location a couple mths ago & really liked what I had but by the time I brought the food home it was cold so when I was on Yelp one hungry night & saw that this location wasn't far from home that is where I headed for dinner. I was soooo hungry due to fasting all day & it was late, prob around 10:20pm when I arrived. I had already planned to eat in. Of course I used GPS via Yelp & this location was easy to find. I was greeted as soon as I walked in but wasn't sure from who until I looked up & around. There was a girl sitting @ the bar on her cell phone but wasn't looking up when I saw her, my guess is she was the one who greeted me. I went up to the counter & I wasn't sure what I wanted. A young man came over & greeted me named Toast. I had told him that this was my 2nd time @ a Cheba & that I was thinking about trying something different. He offered suggestion's & a few of them sounded good. I was torn because I didn't know which one to try & then he mentioned I could get "numbs" I was like "what?" they sell 4" subs....SOLD!!! I ended up going with 3 different ones. I found a favorite....ding, ding, ding!!! 1.Dank sub. This is basically a pizza sub. Looked amazing, was a little messy to eat as the pizza sauce dripped out while eating it. It may have been a little over cooked as the bottom of the bread was hard. I liked it but it wasn't my favorite. I got it on garlic bread as Toast highly recommended the garlic bread, is a favorit of his. 2. La Canna sub. This is their Italian sub. Waaaaaay too salty for me. I'm not a big salt fan to begin with, I don't put salt on my food. I know that the meats in an Italian can be salty to begin with but man this sub was extra salty, not my favorite. Maybe putting it on garlic bread didn't help???? 3. Thai Stick sub. This is their Teriyaki chicken sub & this was my favorite. Yum, yum, yum!!!! This one I opted to get on white bread knowing wheat is better for you, but man this was very tasty. This one was a little messy to0 due to the extra teriyaki sauce leaking out & some of the fixings dropping out too. 4. Garlic cheese bread sticks are AMAZING!! Cooked just right, their homemade ranch sauce is the BOMB & their marinara sauce is pretty tasty too. I've had this before & really enjoyed them even though they were cold by the time I got them home. Talk about a carb overload this night I went in. LOL I have had their Pakalolo (ham, swiss & pineapple) @ a different location which was really good too. I would get this one again but on my next visit I am trying the White Widow. A couple who sat near me @ the bar got this & split it and it looked soooooo good! I chit chatted with them & they told me how delicious it was, so that one I will for sure get on my next visit. I headed straight to the bar after I placed my food order. I was ready for a drink & went with a White Claw Black Cherry, unfort. they only had one so I had to switch my drink to Topo Chico Pineapple. The bartender was nice, had a dry personality. At first she didn't seem very friendly but once you started to talk to her she was. She was attentive & took care of everyone @ the bar. She was a social butterfly once you got her on a topic she was into. I was even surprised to have another employee, female come up to me a few times to check on me to see if I needed anything. I think she kept coming from out back??? So this bartender has come up with her own drink, now I can't share the ingredients with you as we don't want anyone to copy it but it was tasty. See photo & corporate if your reading this check into this & give it try & hear her out. I LOVE the decor in here. Much "cleaner" in this location then another one in Vegas that I've been in that has a bunch of stickers all over the place. Their bathroom was clean, restaurant was clean, it wasn't very busy until closer to closing time the youngins were all coming in for some food & drinks. They had some kick ass jams playing, see video I posted of the outside with some Rhina rocking it. Staff was very nice & friendly. Very happy & positive attitudes. You could see that everyone gets along & seems to enjoy working there. That's such a great environment to walk into & be around. Gives the place a positive vibe. The first Henderson Cheba Hut location & with a full bar! I tried a few of their signature drinks which were really good. Be careful with the Hash Can! One of those will have you feeling VERY good! If you're a pickle fan, give the pickle moonshine a try. I really liked it! Food wise, I love my tried and true - the Kali Mist on garlic bread. I have been dying to try this place since it opened and I finally made it. I got The Kind; Turkey, bacon, mushrooms, Swiss. Unfortunately, I forgot there was mushrooms until my second half because there was only like 4 mini mushrooms. My fiance got the buffalo chicken and he really enjoyed it. I took a bite and it was fine. The best part of our experience was the bar and the bartender! Tons of creative cocktails and a large selection of canned seasonal drinks (my fave). This location is on Stephanie close to Warm Springs. They have excellent sandwiches. The best ones are from the hidden menu. You have to ask the staff about it. It's taped normally to the backside of the glass partition where you place your order. This place is very casual and clean. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The first location I visited was the one on Rainbow, but since relocating to the south side of Vegas, I was so excited to see they opened a location on St. Rose in Henderson. These sandwiches are so good, it doesn't even make sense (lol). This is hands down my go-to sandwich spot, and my man and I make it a point to bring friends and family here whenever they visit. Without fail, everyone raves about it. I can't even pick a favorite sandwich because I try something new every time I go. That's how you know it's legit! The house mix is mouthwatering, and the subs are toasted to perfection, soft and flavorful on the inside with just the right amount of crunch on the outside. I highly recommend going with the garlic and herb bread--it pairs well with anything on the menu. The atmosphere is quirky and fun with a full 420-themed vibe, which is super unique.
