It was made with bourbon reduction, maple, hickory, sea salt, and of course, espresso & milk. Although I couldn't really taste the bourbon, all the other flavors were present from the sweet maple, smokey hickory, and occasional bursts of sea salt. Oh, and a great roast of coffee. This was a coffee drink I'd come back for again and again. The pastry case looked inviting but I was stuffed from lunch so passed. But dang, they amazed me with that smokey maple latte!

The coffee was very good, despite me not being the biggest fan, my friends said it was strong and flavorful. The baristas have always been so sweet! I recently asked one of them for the amount of milk used so I can track it and he happily gave it to me. The girls taking my order are helpful and so teaaa. I love the warm but modern inside too.
