Luis went out to my car and was able to easily access the burnt out brake light, Ester came with and watched as Luis explained things to her - he was a great teacher. When I asked multiple questions to him, he always replied 'yes, ma'am'. Nice to see such nice manners by young people today... There is another 'chain auto parts store' that recently opened literally about 1/8 of a mile down Smoky Hill Road.....I have been going to this O'Reilly's I would guess for about 15 years which is about when they originally opened. I've been coming here since 2013 (yep, I keep my receipts as proof) and I can always find the part or accessory I need for my Jeep. As an added bonus, their sales team helps with (select) installs. Today, I had to get a new battery (it lasted me 5 yrs but was only cranking about 420amps). I was not charged a core fee and Joel took the time to switch it out. The latter I was so appreciative, not only because I didn't have to risk breaking a nail but have you seen the spacing (or lack thereof) in a Jeep? Its a tight squeeze relative to riding the H line during rush hour. Seriously, it was a busy weekend and that Joel took 20min of the afternoon to switch out the battery meant a great deal to me. Advance provides FREE testing of batteries, starters and alternators, install with purchase of battery or wiper blades, battery and motor oil recycling (oh yeah!) and loaner tools with deposit. How cool is that? Thank you Joel! I'll be seeing you next time for the A/C Pro kit!

I was incredibly impressed by the expertise and troubleshooting diligence exhibited by Kermit and the team at SHA. As a female, I usually hate speaking with auto shops because you either get dismissed or talked down to. Quite the contrary! Kermit walked me through the issue, was transparent along the way, showed me photos to review the work that had been done, and exhibited excellent customer service. They came out and tested the battery then agreed to install it too. They were getting slammed with business but a guy working there his first day on the job cheerfully installed it - and wouldn't you know it - it started to rain like crazy right when we got outside.
