My go to speciality burger is Swiss ($15.95). Swiss comes with swiss, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. Burgers are served with fries. The burger was juicy and just the way I remember it to be. The fries are very crispy and the white sauce it comes with is very good. My husband ordered one of the specials, the Tamarind Cilantro Chicken Sandwich ($16.54). This sandwich is grilled chicken with pepper jack cheese, avocado, arugula, topped with homemade Tamarind cilantro salsa on ciabatta. The sandwich was also served with a side of fries, but you can substitute it for others like he chose 1/2 Sweet Potato / 1/2 Onion Rings for $2.07 more. That's cool and all to not know but she didn't stop there. She says, " No money, no food" and threw her hands up shrugging oh well. She then closes the window and walks off. The sheer lack of consideration for wasting people's time is blatantly dysfunctional, unorganized, and negligent. The whole point of placing a mobile order is for that order to be prepared and ready BEFORE the person arrives. The other way in which the staff is disrespectful, particularly towards delivery drivers who are getting paid to facilitate their business, is that they treat all drivers like thieves. After making drivers wait 15+ minutes past the pickup time, the staff has the audacity to then refuse to hand the driver the order until the driver has "confirmed" the order on the app. They do this because scumbag drivers in the past have stolen orders without confirming. The actual solution to the ROOT of this problem is to report those thief drivers to whichever company the order was placed on (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) and get that driver deactivated. Treating every single driver like a thief, especially AFTER deliberately making the driver lose money by waiting a long time for a fast food order, is disrespectful beyond belief. It's almost as if they don't realize that drivers are also potential customers, and fellow citizens who are just trying to make a living. Any business that's managed this way doesn't deserve ANYONE'S money.

Also, although the menu makes it seem like you have to pay for the banchan (appetizers), we did not, it came with the staple kimchee, and a couple other dishes. Not sure why they had prices on the menu unless they charge for refills? They also gave us this yummy ice cream bite for dessert which is usually unheard of in Korean restaurants. Having said all this, I do want to recommend this place, it was a nice local restaurant to get some Asian dishes with a great waitstaff.
