While the service was polite, it took a long while for them NOT to accept my birthday reward. I was eventually given a 20% discount. My email did not say i could only use it ON my birthday which was a week away. It also didn't state I had to buy something in the last year. This is my first negative review and honestly I'm disappointed. I come here all the time and order via uber eats as well. Literally just now I tried to order via uber eats, was called from the driver and told that they "ran out of bread" 40 minutes before closing. 1) closing the app 30 min before i understood but why give us the option if youre going to refuse to make it? 2) how can a sandwich store run out of bread? This jersey mikes location makes my day almost every week. I prefer jersey mikes over any other sandwich chain. The fresh cuts of meat vs meat that's just sitting out makes a huge difference. My favorite is the cold sub with "mikes way" which is onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices the service is always great weather I'm ordering for pick up or walk in. I have been wanting to go to Jersey Mike's since they have been advertising and today I got my chance. The interior was sparse since you can't eat in. It was clean and had mark spacing for good social distancing. The wait wasn't long, with three ahead of me, and I tried the Sub, Mike's way. All I can say is that it was delicious and made the mouth watering commercial worth watching and responding to. I have since had Jersey Mikes twice, by way of Uber eats and door dash, as there are none in my neighborhood. It is very addicting so I really need to chill on it for a bit but it is so so good. Horrible service. I got there at 10:03am when they are supposed to be open since 10 am. The staff looked at me through the glass while I knocked on the window while i knocked and ignored me until i banged hard on the glass. Then she gestures like what? As if I'm somehow a bother. When she finally sauntered over to unlock the door, she gave no apology and actually proceeded to act like taking my order was an inconvenience. I regretted even going inside because the first red flag was that this very unprofessional staff person was wearing a sleeping bonet over her hair. Just finished my meal. The service was great. The ambiance was great. On Mondays and Fridays I been having a great experience. The manager Cheyenna leads a top notch team. I have mixed feelings about this location there were a few things that threw me off.  First off, The chick on the grill wasn't wearing a mask! But of course my BF wanted a cheesesteak. I went for a turkey sando because I know is fantastic (and it really was).  The lady making mine was masked and polite. I just had the most unpleasant experience at this establishment. It was my first time here. I had heard good things about the food, from my neighbor. I walk in and look at the menu. There is a sign that says, order like a pro. You pick the size...mini, regular or giant. The sandwich, by number, finally the type of bread you want, white or wheat. So, as per the instructions, I ordered #13 and #15, regular on wheat bread. The young lady, with glasses, who took my order wrote it down and gave me a receipt. She then proceeds to make my sandwich. I see her cutting into a white bread loaf. I asked another young lady, with braids, who was helping her... "Is that my sandwich?". To which she answered, "No, why?" I said, I asked for wheat bread. As soon as I said that, the first young lady took out a wheat loaf and started making my sandwich. Huh? So it was mine! Next thing you know, the braided young lady is walking toward me with a sandwich. She asks, did you want the other sandwich on wheat too ? I said yes. She turns around and says to the first young lady, "you need to start writing that down". To which, she answered... " I didn't hear her say that, she said regular." Now I get involved and say, yes I said regular, as in the size. I then watched as the meatball sandwich was made over, with wheat bread. She took the meatballs off the first sand which and put sauce on it and wrapped everything up in the same paper of the first sandwich. Waited in line for 15 minutes, ordered a number 7 (Turkey and provolone) and the woman working the deli slicer made a few other sandwiches and then next thing I know I'm at the following spot for the toppings and another woman asked me what I wanted on top of my sandwich. I politely said "that's not mine" because what was in front of her was a number 6 (roast beef and provolone) and the woman at the deli slicer said "thats what you ordered" and I said "no it's not" and she rolled her eyes at me. I'm not sure if it was because i am white or because i didn't tip on my card when i paid (the girl literally shook the tip jar in front of me). The best! So fresh! Being from jersey and vacationing at the jersey shore as a kid, this franchise has been long overdue for Long Island. The subs are freshly sliced to order and just taste like summer at the shore. The menu is simple with simple combinations. My go to is always the giant (18") number 13 original, most will recognize it as an italian stallion or godfather at your local deli. Get this badboy mikes way, which includes lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar and special spices. Nothing compares. I dont know if its the meat, bread or veggies, but something has always made this place so much better than subway, jimmy johns or firehouse. Only one place i know of that comes close is Village Heros in Syosset, however i now dont have to drive 45 minutes for my favorite sandwich now. read more

Went yesterday, my sub was good, but my problem was with the cook. He was chewing gum while cooking the subs and all I could picture was his spit and germs getting all over my food. Clearly it didn't bother me enough to not eat the food, but it did not sit well with me. read more

I checked this place out today as they took over my beloved Quiznos spot and I wanted to give them a chance. I got the chipotle cheesesteak which was pretty tasty, but very overpriced in my opinion. It came to almost $9 for the regular size which was 6". The foot long would have been about $15. For the quality of the food these prices are outrageous. It's at the level of Subway as far as ingredients go and there's really nothing to blow you away here. Not too many toppings to choose from and if you want to add chips and a drink it's another $3. With all of the great and fairly priced delis in New York, I see no reason to ever go back to a Jersey Mike's Subs. read more

Count me in as a fan. Place was very clean. I got greeted right away by a very nice young man. I ordered the Reg Turkey sub with just tomato, oil and vinegar and oregano I combined it with a bag of chips and drink for 11$. Not bad. I like the fact they slice the meat right in front of you so its super fresh. I will def try a different one next time. I only ate half and was full and i enjoyed it a lot. They do not have a lot of choices or sauces etc and only white or wheat. It would be nice to have more bread choices and some fun sauces but oh well. Def give them a shot. Ordered online using a coupon. Arrived at the restaurant for my order to be told that they could not process the order because the coupon could not be applied.
