(Salty for me may not be salty for you) The burger description said it comes with bacon but the cook left out the bacon. The server brought out the bacon after half the burger was consumed. (Missing bacon wasn't the first thing checked but eventually the taste of bacon was missing ...and when asked the bacon was brought out on a plate, sitting in some residual oils. Eeks... The pickles were stuffed inside the burger and they were not cut like pickle chips. It was cut to serve on the side. Food Presentation was less than ideal. Service Polite but not knowledgeable. The server said the burger comes with a poached egg, when the food came, it was served with a fried egg. Not a big deal but inaccurate data. Ambiance Like... I'm dining inside sephora. Its a strange black and white stripe decor. The chairs are comfortable. The tables is a tad too high and wobbly. Food, service and ambiance not on par with prices charged. It doesn't warrant a repeat visit even if the prices were lowered. Its missing a chef with a passion to make tasty food. The serving staff needs a better understanding of the menu and what is being served. (Maybe Encourage the staff to eat the food so they can communicate to the customers better or give feedback to the cook about the food quality.)

And now an even closer location in Plainview! Pretty soon they're gonna open one right in my backyard or something haha. It is a lovely spot for authentic French-inspired pastries and coffee. It is also a very nice place to come with friends and enjoy a coffee and pastries. The elegant, pristine interior with marble accents and beautiful displays creates a welcoming Parisian vibe. Perfect for a quick treat or relaxed sit-down. I love the cookies here, they're soft and chewy unlike the Plainview FWS I always leave with a giant bag of 5 of every different flavor of cookie(chocolate chip, nutella, oreo, pistachio, etc) because the texture is so soft and smooth. I went with one of my friends. We both had the mochas and I had a shot of espresso because the book recommended it. The espresso was good, not overly bitter, pretty much just right. The mocha was amazing a good ratio of chocolate, coffee and espresso. It was pretty busy here and the atmosphere was nice. The snacks looked really good maybe one day I'll go back for a pastry. I give for five five stars and five beans and would recommend coming here if you like coffee shops.

The elitist attitude continued throughout the transaction; she couldn't be bothered to tell me which beans she was using, and once the coffee was finished, she didn't even acknowledge me or announce that the drink was ready. It's a shame when a shop's "gatekeeping" attitude ruins the experience. There is no excuse for treating customers with that much contempt. I won't be returning to a place that makes me feel like an inconvenience for ordering a coffee.

He doesn't say anything, grabs my drink and throws it away. He brings a new drink but very little strawberry puree. I say "I'm sorry but can I please have some more strawberry puree". He rolls his eyes, sighs, and throws the drink in the garbage again and makes another. He tells the girl to bring me my drink because I guess he doesn't want to look at my face anymore? Honestly please don't treat me like you're doing me a huge favor. I'm a customer, I'm paying $8 for a drink, and I'm polite about it. You don't want to work there then please don't. So rude, definitely won't be back.
