My phone is operating like it is brand new. He also gave me tips on how to preserve the battery. The location is a bit hard to find, but worth the drive from Belmont and time it took to find it. I had a bad drive with important data on it and by thinking outside the box Calvin got me access to the drive and I was able to recover my data and store it in the cloud. Eventually that computer died and I had issues with getting the same full software functions running on the new computer. Some of the upgrades that came with my new computer actually severely limited my productivity. In around 30 minutes Calvin had my full functions back and tweaked the UI to my liking. I used to do this work myself but as I get older I am happy to have Calvin save me the time. For me the time savings is a great value for what I pay Calvin.

I told him that I will call the cops and that he will have to return my computer. He was real rude and kept telling me to shut up and that he is going to throw me out of his store. I finally got my computer from him and left his store. I am notifiying my credit card company to place a stop on the $250.00 charges. Please please do not take you computer there he is a nighmare. I guess if a customer isn't in front of you he/she does not count as a customer (or in my case, a paid customer) I called last Thursday and he said it would be done Saturday. Saturday comes, no call. I called him this morning and he yelled and hung up on me saying he has customers and his schedual does not revolve around me. No customer service. No respect. This experience was a nightmare.
