I am on a fixed budget and needed an upgrade. The thing that I appreciated about Neil is that he is willing to work with you based on your budget and needs. You just have to communicate, open up a working dialogue, and hear out all the options. Neil found me a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad with all the right features and software. He could have also sourced me a new gaming laptop with the best speeds and processing power but of course- out of my budget. If you get to know Neil, you realize he does care about his clients and wants to make things right. So far I am satisfied with my laptop computer and if I run into an issue I can always call him and he'll do his best to help - obviously within reason.

    I took my computer in becasue I had left it a hot area. The screen was not functioning well and my…read morecomputer would get real hot. Pc Specialist had my compter for eight days and I paid $250.00 for it to be fixed., When I brought it home I had the same problem with screen and the heating of the computer. Instead of placing a brand new LCD (screen) he had placed a used one on my computer without telling me. I called and explained the situation and I took it in again. He told me he will have to keep it for another few days which was not acceptable to me. When I told him that I will need it right away, he raised his voice and told me to shut up and that he will keep my computer for another two weeks. I told him that I will call the cops and that he will have to return my computer. He was real rude and kept telling me to shut up and that he is going to throw me out of his store. I finally got my computer from him and left his store. I am notifiying my credit card company to place a stop on the $250.00 charges. Please please do not take you computer there he is a nighmare.     I drop off my laptop to get fixed, a week later I pick it up and not even 24 hours after the repair…read morethe same issue comes up. I have to go back and he says he's getting the same exact part because he doesn't know why the same problem happened again. Excellent. Two weeks and no laptop. I called and he keeps hanging up on me and telling me 'i have customers I have no time for this'. I guess if a customer isn't in front of you he/she does not count as a customer (or in my case, a paid customer) I called last Thursday and he said it would be done Saturday. Saturday comes, no call. I called him this morning and he yelled and hung up on me saying he has customers and his schedual does not revolve around me. No customer service. No respect. This experience was a nightmare.
