Eventually that computer died and I had issues with getting the same full software functions running on the new computer. When I told him that I will need it right away, he raised his voice and told me to shut up and that he will keep my computer for another two weeks. I told him that I will call the cops and that he will have to return my computer. He was real rude and kept telling me to shut up and that he is going to throw me out of his store. I finally got my computer from him and left his store. I am notifiying my credit card company to place a stop on the $250.00 charges. Please please do not take you computer there he is a nighmare. I guess if a customer isn't in front of you he/she does not count as a customer (or in my case, a paid customer) I called last Thursday and he said it would be done Saturday. Saturday comes, no call. I called him this morning and he yelled and hung up on me saying he has customers and his schedual does not revolve around me. No customer service. No respect. This experience was a nightmare.
