We took my 90 year mother there for dinner. They seated us in a booth next to the bar. We decided to order margaritas before our meal. A frozen margarita is something my mother wants maybe three times a year. The waitress took our order and asked to see our id. Keep in mind our ages 90, 73 and 71. We said you've got to be kidding. We ended up requesting to see the manager. She said that was their policy and she had to enforce it. Obviously we got up and left. Will never go back! read more

Michael was the BEST waiter!!!!! Ask for him if you can! The food was great and always enough to share! We had the blackened white fish fillets with a great baked potato, loaded on the side, salad that Michael brought us 2 salads (wonderful)!!!!!! Cheddars has never disappointed and gone above and beyond!!!!! We search for them everywhere we go, I wish they were easier to find but then maybe they would have a hard time keeping the QUALITY so good! Tried it a few months ago and can't say a whole lot of good things. Somewhat friendly staff but when it comes to the customer is always right, they fall way behind. Average food, not a lot of choices and can't set more than two large groups at a time. Noisy and long wait for food. Don't waste your time or money unless you have tried all others read more

Horrible, horrible place. Waited an hour and got cold soup and burned nachos. Said on menu that they had a great selection of local craft beer but got blank stares from waitstaff and bartender when I asked what they were. 1 star because there is not a 0 stars option!!! We came in to eat and would be a table of six. We were waiting for the rest of our party to arrive but asked to be seated while we wait because we had a one year old baby with us. The hostess refused to sit us at a table and said that large parties cannot be seated until everyone is there. Shortly after she sat a table for four and only two of the people were there. I usually really enjoy going to Cheddars. They have good food and usually good service. However, my experience there last time was not the best. I ordered their pasta and was not told they were out of pasta until they brought everyone else's food. Therefore, I had to wait for my new order to be cooked. I got a 6oz sirloin and it was cooked well done when I ordered medium. Management didn't offer to comp. my meal or anything until I asked my waiter. When mangement came out to apologize and state they would the manager was very conscending. I am truly disappointed in management and the kitchen staff. My waiter was great. He was very attentive to our table, and apologized for everything. He took care of everything. read more

At first glance, Cheddar's seemed promising. I was sorely mistaken! The service was mediocre and the food was abysmal. My fish was raw and the broccoli and cheese casserole was anything but a casserole. It's broccoli with cheese sauce and cracker crumbs on top. My husband ordered the steak. It was DRY and tasted like char. I could have prepared this meal at home and there is no way it could have been worse! I will NEVER go back!! read more

My husband and I went here for my birthday and were for the most part very very happy with our experience. We had a server and a server-in-training and they were both super sweet and helpful. Our meals were good, the portions, I thought were big, we had plenty of left overs and were very happy about that. We each had a drink, I believe the pain killer and the Maui margarita, YUM! We walked away stuffed and happy. The down fall of the night, was the manager. We were so happy with our service that we wanted to make sure the higher ups knew what an asset to the company they had....we waited 15 minutes for him to come over and when he did he flatly dismissed us like we were wasting his time.
