Amazing food and service. Our server was very polite and the food came out wonderfully. The prices were also insanely good considering the area the restaurant is located. My meal consisted of a 8oz sirloin, a loaded potato, and buttered corn all for less than $15! The drinks were also very good and very reasonably priced. So it's Saturday night at 9 o'clock and I ordered online which I thought was fine when I got the text that my order was being prepared. So I headed from my hotel which was 20 minutes away and when I got there I was told my order wouldn't be ready for another 30 to 40 minutes. Doesn't make sense why the communication was the way it was. Lost a lot of family time and spend extra money on drinks that I didn't want to read more

If I could give them a zero star I would. Poor service takes customers at 940 and close kitchen at 10 and mess your order up and your just out of luck don't waste your time. read more

While recently visiting Orlando,we decided to eat at this restaurant, and don't plan on going back. First off,customer service wasn't good at all. It took a while for our server to come to our table,and when she finally came to take our order, we had to keep repeating the orders to her. Being new to a restaurant, you try to make conversation with the server,by asking "what's good on the menu?" Well,she haven't really had much of their food,and that's okay. It took forever for us to get our food,and when it came out,it was luke warm. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken,with greens beans,and the carrots. I wish the portions,were like the plate online. The chicken was dry,but the green beans and carrots were good. The best thing I had,was the honey butter croissant. read more

Hate that we don't have Cheddars in CT, so take advantage of every opportunity to visit one that we get. Service was quick, cheerful and welcoming! Another chain restaurant in the style of Chili's. The restaurant itself isn't anything ground breaking. But Typically one can expect good service in a place like this - but not here. Out of dozens of restaurants I've been to, the service here was the absolute worst. Also, the food is a bit too much in the sense that my Monte Cristo sandwich was literally dripping with grease. We went to Cheddar's two times while we were in Florida. It's a great family restaurant with lots to choose from.

Traveling from out of state & took a chance on this one. Walked in at 525 pm, was seated, ate, and was gone by 605 pm. Prices were very comparable to other restaurants and food was very good. I got the half rack of ribs and shrimp and my husband got the country fried chicken. Quick service and very good waitress. I would recommend to others. read more

Great food, well priced, with excellent service. We waked in on a Friday night with a large party and were seated within a few minutes. We tried 8 different menu items and all of us were very happy with our dinners. The lemonade with fruit hit the spot on a hot evening. I really have been wanting to try this place for a few weeks now we finally went last night and The spy bleeding 45 minutes for a table it unfortunately missed the mark in almost every way except the mashed potatoes. First of all thinking you are coming to dine at a scratch kitchen you expect of fresh food with a unique twist of freshness but unfortunately what I was served at this restaurant was anything but unique the kids meals came out and the chicken look like it had been sitting around for 45 minutes before it was served to us sent it back the replacement chicken was better temperature and freshness wise but still it was extremely tasteless. My kids usually like to eat their vegetables but the green beans that were served to us work an edible they seem like something you would find arrogant army surplus can of green beans. At this point we had little hope for our entrées again we were let down on our main course. I've never experienced a chef who is able to make a ribeye steak have absolutely no flavor, I mean the ribeye steak and it's nature is delicious because of its fat content. I explained the situation to the manager stating I wasn't looking for compensation but I just wanted to bring it up to managements attention. I ordered a dessert to go for my kids which one the manager brought me over the check said that he took care of the desert but he did not it was on the bill and the worst part about it is they did not even bring us the desert to go before we left. Overall a horrible experience and a waste of money, for such a nice place aesthetically this place has two star food at best. read more

Our server, the bartender, Christian was great. Very attentive. The food itself was not so good. I had the vegetable plate which was for vegetables and soup. The potato soup was thick and cloying with too much bacon. Did not eat it. The broccoli casserole was thick with cheese and not good. The northern green beans were not good. The Niblet corn was delicious. The baked potato was good.My husband had the lemon pepper chicken. Went to eat here last night after a day at a theme park. No one was at the front to greet us and it took at least 10-15 minutes to place a drink order. The restaurant was not really busy, but potentially understaffed, not sure, so can't comment on that but I do know service was slow. Staff was friendly and did wear masks. Food was just "okay". Room temp. I don't see anything about "scratch" in the taste of our food. If you want chicken tenders, it's a good place to go. I would not return to eat here again. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I wish I could give a -1.. Came to Orlando for short vacation. Saw on Yelp that Cheddars had great food , so we decided to give it a try. We came to this location on Westwood and placed an order for the salmon and tender bundle, full rack of ribs with 2 sides and chicken fried steak with 2 sides and bread. Once we got back to the hotel and took the containers out we were missing the all of tenders, one of the sides and bread for the chicken fried steak and we were only given half of the croissants in the order for the bundle. I called and spoke to Jessica who had placed the order and said the manager would call me back, he did not. I called the following day and spoke to Donovan who said he would "take care of me". What that meant I have no idea because when I called to place an order again to get a credit or whatever they were willing to do, I was on hold for over 45 mins. Spoke to 3 different ppl- Jessica, then put in hold twice. Chris then put on hold again and finally spoke to Donovan who said he would speak to another manager, but he hung up on me, after being on hold for 45 mins! Terrible customer service. Food was not good, I had the tenders and grilled shrimp, for the sides I had corn and red beans and rice. The beans weren't the best but the best thing on the plate. Corn was wayyyyy to salty, shrimp were old and the tenders were really fatty. Won't be coming back! read more

I got Buffalo chicken tenders to go since I typically crave them at least twice a week and they are always on point. However, tonight my Buffalo tenders were burnt and overly salty. As well as there was barely any Buffalo sauce on them. This was very disappointing. read more

We were a little skeptical about going there at first, we were on vacation from new england and have been going to up scale restaurants in the Orlando area. We were staying in a hotel nearby and asked one of the hotel staff about the places to eat nearby and they suggested Cheddars. It happened to be mothers day and we stopped in for a bite to eat. I just have to say it was the best meal experience we had this week (we are leaving tomorrow). The restaurant looked like it was packed but we were seated right away and our server Jennifer was there in a matter of minutes to take our order. We started off with an appetizer and a couple of frozen cocktails that were out of this world. Our meal came a few minutes later and was very good. If you are in the area and looking for a good place to eat at very very reasonable prices this is the place to go. Just one more thing about the prices we had two frozen cocktails, cheddar fries for an appetizer, steak dinner, new orleans alfredo, along with salad and soft drinks with our dinner, all for about $60. Norm love Cheddars but wasn't fav visit. 3 of us, 2 meals chicken tender plates all was fine. Mine was chicken mushroom/honey mustard dinner & it was terrible. Took one bite of the chicken. I didn't eat other than rice/broc casserole which was great. The chicken was cheap, taste like plastic rubber something frozen you would get out of it convenient store freezer or some thing it was that bad. The waitress blew thru our visit trying to get rid of us as fast as possible. She continue to rush us in our order process, she never asked if anything was wrong with any of the food even though it was very clear I hadn't eaten any of mine, but the worst part was her telling us to pay on kiosk so that we would leave AS she almost through our food down. Never asking if we were going to have any dessert which we had planned to do & did. She was terrible & therefore 2 stars taken off for her & 2 for crap food that cost $15 + read more

If I could give them zero stars If I could by far the worst Cheddars I have ever been too from the service to the manager placed a to go order while on hold trying to place an order over the phone literally that's how long they left me on hold so I get my food get back to my room and the order is completely wrong i call before I return to the restaurant of course they answer and set the phone down after I Told them the issue with my order needless to say they never returned back to the phone upon my arrival there where about 10 or more irate customers two who were arguing with each in the to go area because the wait was so long they finally were able to track down my correct order no apology from the manager just a snarky attitude and to top it all off my food was nasty and the failed to include any condiments or silverware that was requested don't waste your time more importantly don't waste your money read more
