I don't usually write negative reviews, but this experience deserved one. This was, without question, one of the worst restaurants I've eaten at in a long time. I'm honestly surprised it's still in business. If I could give it a zero, I would. The food was terrible, the service was just as bad, and the overall dining experience was a complete disappointment. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. Our family stopped here on vacation, and it was a huge mistake. We started with the cheese bites as an appetizer. As you can see from the picture, the portion was a complete rip-off. Not only was the serving size disappointing, but they also seemed undercooked. I ended up giving them all to my son because I didn't even want to eat them. For my entrée, I ordered the Smokehouse Burger. It's hard to ruin a burger, but they somehow managed it. The burger itself was overcooked, the bacon was undercooked, and the so-called sautéed onions were just raw onions. There was nothing sautéed about them. My son ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with a loaded baked potato. I wish I had taken pictures. The bread was toasted, but somehow the cheese inside wasn't even melted. I'm still not sure how that's possible. As for the "loaded" potato, it came with nothing more than cheese and sour cream. That's hardly loaded. My wife's meal was even worse. She had to send it back to the kitchen three different times before it was finally right. You honestly couldn't make this up. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. Consider this your warning--save your time, money, and appetite by eating somewhere else. More pictures to come.

This is how long I was waiting for someone to come on the line. Had to hang up and decided to write a review since no one came on the line.

This is my first time ordering takeout the delivery went ok, but the food didn't come complete, steak was over cooked, burger was missing cheese, we were also missing basic condiments ketchup mayo and ranch requested. I called to sort things out I was transferred to the order department and was on hold for over 25 min. They get a 2 star because the other orders were good. I can't say anything about the ambiance but just the service.

I was in the neighborhood for another event and decided to get some lunch here today. I am glad I did because it was a very good experience. My server, Michael, quickly came over and took my drink order. He also delivered a complimentary croissant with melted butter on it which was very good. The menu had a few lunch specials, including a Philly cheesesteak. I decided to order that and it tasted great. For my side I went with the broccoli cheese casserole. The price was very reasonable. Service was also quick.

My wife and I are on vacation here from California and we were amazed on how much good food there was to get. Well we over ordered of course, but the super highlights were these hot honey butter croissants. AMAZING!!!! Shout also to our waiter Darian G. Super on point and very helpful and friendly. The place was packed and he managed to make us a priority.

Havent been to a Cheddars in 15+ years! Well worth the wait! Possibly the best service Ive had in a long time. Food was great.

I have been to other locations and have had good experiences, this one, not so much. I got to the restaurant at 1130 and it was empty. I was sat at a full sized booth in this empty restaurant. While perusing the menu a person came up to me and told me to move to a 2 top small booth. I understand that when the restaurant is busy they need the room but I found it to be very rude and unnecessary. The table he sat me at was dirty. I ordered a bunless cheeseburger which was ok. I won't be back.

Excellent service. Food arrived hot and exactly as we anticipated. Restrooms was clean. No downfalls. Would recommend.

This is my first time eating here, and the food portions and prices are very nice! Compared to other appetizer trios, this one is the most affordable but also the most tasty. I loved the cheese fries and the chicken. It took a while for our drinks to arrive, but it was during the lunch rush. It was also slightly dark where we were eating, but later on, they brightened the lights.

Great experience!!! We have been wanting to stop in and did so yesterday. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. The service was good, even though we went during non- peak dining hours. Next, the food choices were great and definitely a good place to go so everyone can pick exactly what they want. The restaurant does again offer complimentary croissants, which is great. Our food choices ended up being really good. I would highly recommend trying the onion rings. They are fresh and superior to any I have had. I will definitely go back.

For a simple meal for two people, the service was unreasonably slow throughout the evening. Our server, Svet, was polite and personable, but friendliness alone could not make up for the delays. The hummus appetizer was excellent and was easily the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful and served with pita, cucumbers, carrots, and red peppers. The food presentation overall was attractive and showed promise. The most serious issue occurred when my son ordered a refill of his virgin mojito and was served a drink containing alcohol. He immediately noticed something was wrong after taking a sip and handed it to me. I tasted it as well and confirmed that it contained alcohol. Serving alcohol in a child's drink is a significant mistake and should never happen. We also ordered the steak frites based on a recommendation and were told it was exceptional. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely tough and chewy, making it difficult to eat and far from what was described. Management apologized and removed the steak from the bill, but the combination of excessive wait times, the alcohol mix-up involving a minor, and the disappointing entrée left a poor overall impression.

Nothing was terrible, but nothing had me thinking, "Wow, I need to come back here for this." The mimosas, however, were doing their job quite nicely. Then again, once you've had enough mimosas, does the food really matter that much? At that point, it's all about the conversation, the laughs and the people you're sitting around the table with. We were staying at a Holiday Inn near Disney Springs so we decided to come here for a late dinner. One of the best decisions made here. We did a late night walk through the shopping center and landed here around 9:50 pm. It was pretty late and we worried there would be no seats but we were seated promptly. The establishment was very ambient, cozy, and well furnished. I liked the warm, glowing atmosphere of the restaurant. The server was extremely polite and took our order quite soon. We were starving after a long day but the food came out in around 20ish minutes which wasn't too bad. The serving sizes were quite huge. We didn't expect this much food for two portions. For $34 per plate, the dishes were large and came with a large helping of sides. The fried chicken was extremely crispy and juicy. They originally wanted to serve the food quickly/more fresh so they served a chicken thigh to me after on a second plate. They also forgot my substitution of Mac n cheese for mash potatoes so I got a free helping of mash which was sweet. The pickled cucumber was light and fresh which tasted great with the heavier chicken. The potatoes were a little heavy and I wish came with gravy, but still delicious. I really loved the Mac n cheese and finished that up. The chicken steak was also delicious with the grits but a little too salty. Wish they added the grits to the side for me to dip as it became a little too much at times. It was better to eat it with a side of potatoes to balance the flavor. The broccolini was sautéed perfectly and delicious, could eat a whole plate of those alone. The biscuits weren't bad but tasted better eaten with the potatoes. The food was a little heavy but so so good. We had to take half of the food to our hotel and ate it the next day for dinner as it was way too much food for one meal. Even after microwaving it, the food was just as delicious and flavorful. We spent about $80 but had so much food leftover. An expensive dinner, but everything tasted amazing. Would definitely come back if I had the chance.
