They had an option for everyone! It is a bit pricey considering it is just a fancy grilled cheese sandwich. But still don't regret the buy. The buffalo chicken and the bbq mac sandwiches paired well with their basil bisque soup. Only having to take out one star based on experience with one of the workers. One was phenomenal and the other that helped my friend messed up their whole order.. he added a side we didn't order and gave us the wrong drinks. We stopped by here today on our way down from bear. Our friends from Redlands always talk about this place so we had to try it. The area is so cute! The cali cheeseburger grilled cheese was the best grilled cheese my boyfriend and I have ever had. He got that and I got the jalapeño popper and made him give me half of his after i tried it. The popper was good too though! But the Cali burger one was INCREDIBLE. The guy said it's like an in n out burger but a grilled cheese but it was better than an in n out burger. It had that cheese sticks to the roof of your mouth heavenly grilled cheese taste with all those extra flavor punches of a cheese burger. Omg it was sooooo good. The tomato soup was also amazing and the cashier guy was super friendly! It was a 5 star experience at first bite. I only wish I lived closer to Redlands now to eat this more often. I've only gotten the bbq pork (or was it beef?) Mac and cheese grilled cheese sandwich. Been here twice and twice it was made perfectly and consistently. It is pretty expensive, I must admit. Their tomato bisque goes well with the sandwich. The service is quick. The cashier with the hooped earrings comes off off-putting and impatient, so don't let her wait too long. There is def a line at lunch so be prepared to wait. Parking isn't ample but also not too difficult to find in a small town like this. For dessert, don't forget to head next door for ice cream. Forgot Name of place but there's a good ice cream place about 20 yards away. FYI... I hear their tator tots are bomb but have yet to try bc of the GERD I have. Honestly the food is good. The outside patio is a great place to hang and enjoy your meal. The reason I'm giving such a bad review is because of there customer service. They're really slow which I can forgive. I'm a patient person some days however they take a ridiculous amount of time. Second they obviously don't know how to properly wear a face mask. So before I order I look at the workers and if they are properly following CDC guidelines I'll order there. If not I'll leave. Well today I wanted the buffalo chicken sandwich but because it was lunch time I knew they'd be busy so I called ahead to avoid all that. And I was right they had a super long line! I was excited to eat here after seeing the pictures of the food. I was disappointed with the food, I had set my expectations that it was going to be an amazing experience. I ordered the jalapeño popper grilled cheese, what I got was something that didn't meet the standard. The pepper in the sandwich was not a jalapeño, it reminded me of a bell pepper or plabona Chile. The sandwich didn't look like it's picture and the flavor was okay. Nothing really to talk about. The zucchini sticks were also okay, I feel that they buy them already made and just deep fry them. Overall I was not a fan of the flavors. They also had very little condiments, I didn't see any hot-sauce . So for a sandwich, zucchini sticks and a Diet Coke it costed about 16-17 dollars. For the amount of zucchini sticks that you get is not worth what they charge, which is about 6.50. If you go to Nicks Burgers or Joes Burgers you get way more and fresh fried zucchini. The seating is cute outside, but today was a raining day, so I sat in a hallway that connects other businesses, that wasn't cute at all. Overall, I have this place a two star review because of the quality of the food and the price of the food compared to what you get. You could get a lot more food for that amount. My sister wanted to try the Jalapeño Popper grilled cheese and its was pretty good had a little kick to it. I would order this again. Unbelievable filling and tasty grilled cheese the loaded bake potato grilled cheese sandwich was outstanding abd my daughter loved her pizza grilled sandwich. Her meal came with a drink and tater tots loaded with cheese (her selection) we shared those and I was o ky able to finish half my sandwich so I didn't stuff my self. I brought the other half home for my mom. Not sure what she thought about it but it was all gone the next time I saw the container and I mean not a crumb. I was skeptical when my daughter wanted to eat there but I am glad she convinced me as it is definitely new and unusual and delicious. The most popular is the BBQ Mac n cheese, but I opted to try the jalapeño popper. OMG it was delish! It wasn't greasy, it wasn't overly filling and it didn't make you feel disgusted after eating it.
